My mom and I showed up for our scheduled appointment today. As we walked in heading to where optometry appointments are held the lady working with another customer stopped and yelled Do you have an appointment? my mom answered Yes. This lady proceeded to tell us they had no appointments then said that all the appointments are booked, then told my mom our appointments were yesterday without looking up our appointments. I told her that they had called me yesterday to confirm my appointment for today and played the voicemail. She then confirmed I had an appointment but that my moms appointment was canceled. This lady was extremely rude and should not be working in customer service. She offered us to reschedule our appointment but who would want to be serviced by someone who was extremely rude and confrontational? I would like to know who I can make a complaint to especially seeing all the complaints about said lady. We will definitely never come back to this walmart vision and glasses as I was severely disappointed in the service.

THIS PLACE IS INSANELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! First the woman at the desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. Second I made an appointment for me and my husband, his before mine. Missed his and came in for my own appointment, ON TIME!! Get told that the doctor assumed that since my husband missed his, I just wouldnt come!! WHAT DOCTOR JUST ASSUMED HIS PATIENT WONT SHOW AND LEAVES THE BUILDING!! Front desk worker was confrontational when I had a clear reason to be upset. If I could give no stars I would

Quick and easy process. Love my new glasses. My toddler daughter rearranged the way they sat on my face, and they fixed them for free! Thankful!!!

My father has went to Dr Brown many times and has never had a problem. I took him last month. Got his eyes examined, and ordered glasses and contacts. Spent over $500. A week later, got the glasses. He wore them out of the store and said he could not see. Went back the next day, and they made him an appointment to see the doctor again. They adjusted the prescription, and reordered the glasses. However they did nothing on the contacts. He is still having a hard time using the glasses, and is going to see another doctor. I am so disappointed that they will not refund his money on the contacts. We will NEVER return to this optical and recommend you find somewhere else to go.

I bought eyeglasses from Walmart and the purchase came with a 1-year warranty. According to their crew, all of the customer’s purchase history is supposed to be stored on their computer and they retain the prescription information as well. The glasses broke in 5-months, so I tried to make a warranty claim. All of my purchase history and customer information mysteriously vanished from their computer system and they can’t find the prescription information either. I’m guessing that the crew member pocketed the cash that I paid with and didn’t ring up the transaction, but I’m not sure about that.Anyway, they won’t honor the warranty and I suggest you buy your glasses from someone who’s reputable.

Dr.Adam Brown has always been more than great. However, the opticians running the store, can’t seem to fit a pair of glasses at all. I don’t see how they fit me at all, because the glasses I received won’t stay on my face at all. I went to Kaiser, where I should’ve just gone anyways and was confirmed that the frames are ridiculously too large for my face. If I didn’t have a backup set of old prescription contacts I would be screwed. Apparently it’ll take another week, for them to get me new frames and even though they can out “rush” on it, it won’t guarantee anything. What’s the point of having a “rush” option if it does nothing? The whole thing could’ve been avoided if the optician paid even a fraction of attention.

The lady that worked tonight (7/3) was either lazy, incompetent or does not care about her job or customers. She tried to tell us its been year 2 years since we had our eyes done, where I know it was barely a year. Said nothing was under warranty. She was NOT new, and she was very curt and not friendly.

I wish they had a zero stars. Doctor refused to listen to what I was saying. Now I have to pay again to go to a different doctor because they refuse to fix a simple issue that was the doctors fault in the first place. My prescription has not changed in 32 yrs.
