I loved everything about this place. Ive never felt so listened to by doctors and had all my requests tooken care of right away. I love this place and I would refer anyone here. And they except medicaid and medicare.

Worst pharmacy refill system!!! I came in today at 4:05 and instructed me to dial that number and wait at the parking pharmacy refill area. I followed everything on the phone instructions key in the prescription number and phone number so they say they’re going to call me back when it’s ready. I waited 50 minutes waiting for that call, they never call me so I finally call them again to ask what’s going on, apparently they didn’t have my info in there they said. Then just after 10 minutes my refill was ready. I have a pre hypertension and this incident triggered me so badly. All of the people who were with me in that waiting area getting their refill also were way gone , they come and go except for me! We were never treated this bad at Kaiser which is why we can’t wait to go back to them. When a family pays 25% of employer benefits heath costs, $20 k total per year, You would think they would be valued. It seems once a company like anthem and salud have your money , they think they got you.

Horrible service its ridiculous that you have a phone appt you miss the first call they dont even call you back and expected you to call back when they calls center are busy and calling back the next day they should be able to put straight number or shut down the clinic if they dont have the enough service to take care patients

This is something all salud patients should know. The Salud provider line is a joke! Yes the provider line, where providers call to discuss sometimes critical results from provider to provider. That line is non existent when it comes to salud. Hold times always max out at around 30 minutes then it hangs up and you have to start all over again. So if you’re waiting on test results it’s probably someone trying to get a hold of salud and salud just doesn’t have the staff to answer calls.

Im constantly disappointed with the turn over for the Pediatric doctors. Im aware of the general Dr. standard. Salud has had many amazing care providers that I genuinely miss.Dr. (Elizabeth)Groff, (Ila)Slimowitz, (Laura)Tippit, and now (Kelli) Shanahan (leaving soon). This makes me genuinely sad. I just want constantly for my children and myself. I will be finding a more constant pediatric office for my babies. If Dr. Rufner ever leaves the Women Center I will be completely done.FYI: Dental here is BS. So many local dentists accept all insurances (including Medicaid), you can find better.

I had two very good COVID vaccination experiences here. Both shots were administered efficiently and in a friendly fashion. I was pleased and relieved to get through this potentially scary process in such a pleasant way.

Really like going to salud. I have been a patient at salud since 1979. Commerce City then Ft. Lupton 8 years ago and the last 2 years of the 8 has been in Brighton. Salud is a great Clinic.

Staff are good. I dont like how you have to get ahold if them but other than that I had a good experience.

My doctor was good, but follow up is terrible. Tried to call for follow up and get put on eternal hold, leave a message and still dont get a call back. If you have health concerns that need attention, they dont have the time. Labs get done quickly, follow up to discuss them , good luck.

We were able to get out 1st dose of the COVID vaccine at the Brighton clinic. They have the entire procedure very well organized. Answered all our questions and informed us as to what to expect should you get any side affects. Waiting area and rooms ALL very clean.

Always so busy, hard to get an appointment, but gotta love the doctor either way 😉

My sister was able to get her covert 19 shot today, only had time to read 10 pages of my favorite book.. BUSTED WHEELINN DEALIN

I mostly just use the pharmacy! I have to say this is one of the most efficient pharmacy’s I have ever used! Very friendly staff and with covid they bring your medication out to your car! When most people think about pharmaceutical needs they think about Safeway or King Soopers. The big box chains don’t care about you the way your local pharmacy does. If you are tired of waiting in line at the grocery store. Try getting your prescriptions filled here. All you got to do is call it in and then show up and they bring it to your car!

An outdated system coupled with a complete lack of care and concern for any of their patients makes going to this clinic one of the worst possible experiences for anyones mental health. Along with that they add additional restrictions to themselves as to avoid compliance with federal regulations. I have never in my life thought I would have to try this hard to get the medications that I needed and then still not end up getting them. I am 100% confident that I could develop and implement a system that would erase all of these negative aspects of dealing with this company but they have not responded to my outreach, and seem to be very happy sitting in a level of complacency and ignorance of their patients most basic needs. Its no wonder the system is broken when people like this are put at the forefront to run it.

Love the Dr office at the wemons center but the pharmacy needs major help. Every time I go even having electric perceptions sent hours before and still not done. I use to work in a pharmacy and I can tell you there is no reason for this. Thats why I give it a 3 stay only because of the medical side. Other wise it would be a 0.

My first doc their was fantastic, unfortunately she left salud. This second one I have is horrible. I have a fracture in my ankle. Currently in a boot. Cant see how foot massage will help me

Absolutely the worst medical care I have ever received! Had x-rays done for possible broken hand and had to return to the facility for the results since they failed to call. Its been 4 days and Im still waiting for a referral to a hand specialist while I have a broken bone and no advice on how to care for it in the meantime. I hope my home made splint is sufficient to prevent further damage until I find more competent and professional staff.

Ive seen some reviews suggesting these folks treat anglos poorly. That was absolutely not my experience. I encountered nothing but really good people, really concerned professionals, and excellent care. Im an old white lady with little Spanish, and no one could have cared less. My primary care nurse was Hispanic; my doc was Indian. Both were excellent. This is a great community resource, and I encourage you to ignore the nasty reviews. They are suspect.

Very clean and professional. Staff were friendly. Wait time was short. Lobby was not overcrowded. Was seen by a PA who was very attentive. Pharmacy is in the building so, you can pick up any medicine that is prescribed.

I am honestly Blown Away by the performance of this office. The doctor was very very good the the assistant or nurse named Iris did an exceptional job drawing my blood. The front desk Was friendly, there was no wait whatsoever! They cleanliness of the office, everything was above and beyond my expectations!!

Excellent call center experience. Received an appointment within a few days. Brighton office was easy to find, very clean, professional staff. Ebony was my physician. It was very busy when I came in and had a 30 minute wait but, Ebony was very caring, a great listener and thorough. I really liked what the center stood for. Excellent care for all. No matter what your income level! Love that there are still people out there helping those who normally cant afford healthcare! I highly recommend this clinic.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. They treated me unfairly because I was white. I gave them two chances and this happened both times. I was taken out of the que when I went to the bathroom and came back waiting for another hour until I had to go up to the desk and see what happened. The receptionist assumed I left and didnt call my name to verify (my husband was there the whole time and she did not once say my name). Receptionist didnt even apologize. The receptionist down in the walk in clinic is horrible, she was so rude and disrespectful to me. I will never go here again and I dont recommend it..

Doctors are great. The nursing staff is very patient and kind. My son and I both go here and they have always taken excellent care of both of us.

I have been going here since I was 12, not once have they fixed an actual problem. Ive been experiencing A LOT of difficulties over the years and nothing was wrong. I found a new health care provider and they are helping me. There is good people here but they didnt help me.

Great clinic and the entire staff is very nice. Doctor really cared about my well being and made me feel well taken care of.

Worst experience ever. And I gave them 2 chances. First time, I got a same day appt for my son because he was running a fever and I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room until I was called back. Got called back, nurse took vitals then another 40 minute wait until the doctor came in. When the doctor came in she apologized and said it’s been a crazy busy day so I was understanding of that and decided to schedule my kids’ 2 and 1 yr visits with them. Big mistake. Arrived at check in time at 2:45 and wasn’t called back until 3:20. Here I am at 4:40 waiting for the nurse to bring in the immunizations for my kids. 1 hr 20 minutes and only 30 minutes of those were with the doctor and nurse in the room. Last time I will be here. If you have nothing better to do than wait here all day, then this is the perfect place where a 45 minute max appt turn into 2.5 hrs because according to the nurse they are “short staffed” and the schedulers don’t know when they “take their lunch breaks”. Well maybe you all should have a meeting and learn how to better run a doctors office. The only reason I gave one star is because I had to or it would be 0.

Health care is probably the most personally rewarding job there is, and the potential in the field is endless. For the people I will care for, I will see myself making a difference, whether it is bringing physical or emotional comfort. Doctors are friendly and efficient wait is sometimes long but majority of the time its quick especially their convenient care on the 1st floor of their building

Ive seen doctor Ruffner for over 11 years now! She helped through my teenage years,through a miscarriage, and through a healthy pregnancy! The staff there is amazing I would like to especially thank Claudisa in the front and Dr. Ruffner!

They have very good service, and they have good doctors I was impressed. They figured out what was wrong with me and got me on my way and I did get better. I would recommend this to anybody

The staff was amazing. Hardly any wait time. And even though they were closing soon they still made sure to take care of everything. Both our visit with the dr & the filing of our prescriptions.

I would give a 0 if I could. This place is ridiculously crazy I had an appointment at 10:20 and arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait 1 hour to get called and then after I get called I had to wait another two hours to get actually checked. These people are ridiculous and lazy I do not recommend using this clinic as there are better options. These people don’t think that I have other stuff to attend to.

First time at the walk in clinic, husband needed stitches on his foot and the medical assistant was really nice and the doctor was really awesome and helpful. I would definitely return if needed in the future.

Two and a half weeks to fill out a piece of paper and notify my surgeon that I am ready for surgery and they still havent done it! Why does it take two and a half weeks to make a phone call across Brighton!? If I didnt call and complain they still wouldnt have done it! what are you guys doing what a waste money and Time! I could have already had the surgery what are you guys doing????

Wait times are horrible! One provider serving however many people walk through the door at the Convenient Care Clinic. Their hours fluctuate from a day to day basis based upon if they have staff meetings. Awful experience! Waited almost 2 hours for 2 minutes with the doctor.

The wait was crazy long, but the staff is amazing. Dr. Ruschak is wonderful. She listens to all your concerns and truly cares about whats going on.

I went to the walk in clinic originally but they gave me an appointment upstairs. I was pregnant & severely dehydrated. A lady named Terri gave me an IV & she couldnt have been more accommodating. Multiple people constantly checked in on me & I felt like everyone genuinely cared which I dont see in hospitals often!

I went to find some help for my daughter and the triage nurse was amazing and helpful and went above what she needed to do for us. Im grateful to them.

Terrible service. Ive called 3 times to this clinic in order to get my prescription and I have even gone in to see the doctor in the past month to get my prescription refilled and have yet to get anything sent to the pharmacy...I dont understand how I cant even get a prescription refill after I visit the doctor in person they just stole my copay money and made me wait 3 hours for nothing...thank you for not doing your job staff of salud my health thanks you. Do not recommend this place at all

Just got off the phone with Molly because I kept getting calls since November for a procedure Ive cancelled since December. She was rude at the end of the call and hung up on me. The doctors are nice and proffesional but every time I go I wait over an hour and a half from when my appointment was set for and theyve brought me back and had me in the wrong room for wrong procedures for different patients multiple times. I only keep going because I love the doctor they give me.

If I could this place negative stars, it would get five. This is quite possibly the worst care I have ever received. Dr Lisa Ruschak is getting reported to the American Medical Association by me as well as Meicaid and so is this clinic. They cut off psychiatric medication suddenly, without warning, with a crazy explanation as to why, even though the medication states in a black box warning not to stop it suddenly. She offered no alternative. I have been miserable for three weeks because of it. The patient portal is only named that because you need extreme patience to use it because they do not respond. It is as useless as the nurses who do not make notes in your file. You will hold a minimum of 15 minutes to talk to a human. You have to explain to a minimum of four people why you want to see a doctor and repeat yourself a minimum of four times when you speak to staff because they are not listening and dont care anyway. Basically, Im convinced somewhere an asylum is missing its inmates and they stole the uniforms and came here. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND SANITY, DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!! THEY ARE DANGEROUS!

The building got a facelift, but the service is still just as terrible. Waited an hour past my appointment just to be told itll still be another 20 minutes. At 9am. With signs posted everywhere about how saluds is here to serve you, youd think they would be able to get scheduling figured out.

I had an appointment at 9 am. Get a call at 745 am saying my doctor called in and to call them back. I call back at 750 am and didnt get ahold of anyone till 830 am, which online it says they open at 730 am. They re- schedule me for 920 am. I drove from my job (downtown Denver) to Brighton to be told I was never scheduled at 920 am, and I could wait till 1030. This happens all the time. Customer service here is awful. The doctors are great, thats it.

My child had an appointment at 3:20PM for an annual well child check & immunizations. Everything was going good, we were brought back on time, vital were taken, the dental hygienist came in and interacted very well with my child, the provider was amazing, VERY professional (Dr. Peplinski ). It all went downhill when it came down to a lead & hemoglobin check. The M.A (Brenda) came into the room with an unhappy look on her face, didnt introduce herself and said ok we are going to be doing a lead check can you take off his shoe and socks we are going to poke the heel First thing that came to my mind was Ok? he is 4 years old not an infant why are we poking the heel? so I asked if it was ok to poke his finger instead, she did not want to do that and insisted with poking the heel. I gave it a chance, she was unsuccessful. She kept squeezing the heel for more than 15 minutes not even 1 drop of blood was coming out. My son was screaming his head out, crying at the top of his lungs ( he was fighting a cold so he was definitely not feeling well in the first place). She had collected the one drop of blood for the Hemoglobin ( Which your suppose to wipe off 4 drops before collecting the sample for testing) and placed it down for 15 minutes attempting to collect the Lead test. ( it should have been placed as soon as possible for testing into the Hemocue) Anyway, back to the Lead test, after 20 minutes of unnecessary squeezing and no drops of blood coming out she looks at me and says well there is nothing coming out, what do you want to do next? at that point I could not believe my ears. she said let me take this hemoglobin out for testing ( 20 minutes after puncture from the heel). She came back in saying she would have to do a blood draw from the vein in the arm like the ones adults get. I responded No, he is 4 years old this can easily be taken from a finger poke she rolled her eyes because I insisted with poking the finger. I even offered to do the lead test myself. They asked their manager and like I though , they did not agree. The M.A finally gave in handed me gloves to help squeeze the finger which was weird because thats their job not mine. We got a good amount of blood for 3 minutes then the straw she was using clotted so it stopped. I told the M.A I think it stopped because its clotted she ignored what I said and kept trying to collect. I repeated it twice and she said we can dump the blood from the first one we collected into this one to send I responded with that has been sitting there for more than 15 minutes that sample is clotted and will not work. She looked at the current tube and said thats it! we got enough blood for the test it was NOT sufficient as I could tell it did NOT measure up to the line on the tube. I gave up and just let the M.A be. They gave me a piece of paper with orders of a LEAD test to take to Childrens Hospital incase the test does not result. it was 5:30PM by he time we left. Disappointed with their job performance.

I highly recommend you do not go here!! They are awful with any type of customer service. Im convinced they do not know what patient care means. Had a sinus infection for almost 4 weeks now and they make it like you need Obama himself to come in and get antibiotics. Jessica is rude and unpleasant and Layne the doctor hides behind her unpleasant employees to deny request for antibiotics which are needed. The waiting room is just as pleasant as you watch patient after patient go in before you until there is no one left but you in the waiting area even though you were in before any of them.

I would give zero star if I could. I transferred from a different practice and I have been seeming the Salud for two months and they STILL don’t have my previous record!! Now 32 weeks pregnant and they thought I was 28 weeks. Went in here in person to make sure they have my record before I saw the doctor a month ago and they lied to me that they had it. But now they don’t. Terrible.

This is a horrible clinic, your PAs do not clean there hands when they go to a PT room or even introduces themselves, it happened twice(believe me I know about this, this is standard practice in any medical facility) they try to avoid you to do the kind of testing you need I am assuming to save money and when you require them to be taken there answer will be i am ok either way! When your kid is sick and you need answer you need a compassionate y knowlageble MD, PA or NP, this clinic will need the review there practice policies, the service other than the receptionists and some other staff is overall ok. I am definitely avoiding coming to this place again, not only for myself but for my kids, this is the kind of place you know your doctor has only 10 minutes for you and not a single minute more.... I will give zero stars but I guess Google does not let me, I will love for some management to contact me and talk about this standard points of care, also to provide names of the medical staff that was in our poor care .

DONT GO FOR IMMIGRATION EXAM. Went for immigration exam. The experience with the Civil Surgeon (Doctor) was good. The issue was with the administrative staff (Marisol). She gave me the packets that I was supposed to send to USCIS. I assume the copies that I could look at were the same as what was in the sealed packet, which were incomplete (signed by the doctor but absolutely no information about the doctor).Lucky for me, the doctor leaves before she can correct the forms and have her re-sign. The forms were not properly filled out also. I shelled out $375 for mediocre service. If I had not looked at the forms first before I left the parking lot, it would have cost me, at the very least, more money, more time, and possibly denial of application. Long story short, I have to send USCIS a form with a mistake because they could not fix it, because the doctor was not around to sign the corrected form. She told me to come back some other time to pick it up if I wanted it. Commenting, there are other patients. I did her job for her. She called Adobe PDF a system lol. I am dissatisfied because you should get what you pay for and this was very important to me. If you are seeking immigration exam, dont go here, or look over your paperwork very carefully before you leaveOne star for the doctor....if not would be zero!

Dont go there I have COPD went to there so called emergency clinic last Friday my was at 78 percent. It was a quarter to four was throw out the medical assistant told me go else where were closed Beware! Cherylschwisow

Absolutely the worst providers. No bedside manner, and it seems to me they churn people through here for maximum profit - not to actually help.

The staff is ok, but the fact that I was the only one in the waiting room at the walk in clinic and it took an hour and a half to be seen, the doctor spent a whole 60 seconds with me to treat my ear infection. I dont understand why I waited so long!!!

My teeth were hurting and the staff was very helpful in trying to give me some pain relief.
