Dr. Shaw is the most greedy doctor I’ve met. He “cut” my baby’s frenulum in the hospital the day he was born and it was unsuccessful so we had to have two other doctors do it after. We expressed that we didn’t feel like we should have to pay Shaw’s bill since it did more damage than good. He refuses to talk to us and just makes his receptionist say that what he did was successful yet I have proof of multiple medical record notes saying otherwise. They won’t hear us out and they’re unempathetic regarding what my baby and I had to go through for him to just be able to eat.

Dr. Shaw is a phenomenal doctor! His staff is on the ball, and very personable. Its easy to see that they love working in healthcare. I would recommend Dr. Shaw to anyone here in Brigham City. Hes one of the few honest doctors in the valley and we have never had an issue with unfamiliar charges posted to our account like we have had at Medical Arts. Nice job you guys, and thank you for all your help with my dad!

I love Dr. Shaw! He always takes the time to do a physical exam (abdomen, heart, lungs, etc) whenever I come in. He is friendly, eager to answer questions, and hires the kindest staff. Highly recommend. Oh, and the new building is just beautiful.

Although doctor Shaw is nice his staff is incompetent and complacent in their caring for patients after more than a month after a test was done and repeated calls my results still werent received and I was repeatedly informed that I was not the only patient and then I needed to understand that. I worry this is happening to more than just me and patients are being treated the same although I was upset rightly so I did not verbally cost them or swear at them or call them names and I was threatened there with the police rather than to resolve the issue. After that I was told I was not welcome back there again so if any of you feel this is appropriate medical care for anybody especially someone who is waiting on results and is probably scared then by all means go there.

Dr. Shaw is very caring and understanding. He takes the time to listen to his patients and his staff is very friendly. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Shaw is an amazing doctor who geniunely cares about his patients. My wife and I feel very welcomed here at this office. The nurses are great, and get the job done quickly. Not only does the staff treat their pateints like friends, but when you first enter the building it looks like a proffesional office. Dr. Shaw never ceases to amze me with how he treats his patients. Although there are good doctors around, he is the best family doctor in the valley!
