Met with the staff and loved the new renovated facility. Everyone was very kind and patient with us when we decided that our grandmother needed some assistance. We are very happy that she will be in good hands. They answered all our questions and made us feel like she would be treated like a family member. Highly recommend!

I had a really hard time finding comfort in the process of finding finding a healthcare facility that I could choose for my grandmother. The communications within Bridgeview Healthcare was the best I found. Great communications from the start. Smooth transition as we got my grandmother comfortable, and we are confident we made the right choice.

MY MOM WAS A PATIENT HERE SHE WAS DISCHARGED ON JULY 9, 2021 TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 29, 2021 AND BECAUSE OF THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE, THEY DID NOT DISCHARGE HER OUT OF THERE DATA BASE. THIS HAS CAUSE MY MOM SOCIAL SECURITY HALTED ALL BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVE HER AS A PATIENT THERE. THEN I SPOKE WITH DEBRA ON 09/29/2021 AT 9:00 A.M SHE PROMISED ME SHE WOULD FAX OVER DOCUMENTS TO SOCIAL SECURITY AND TO IDHS AND NOW AT 4: P.M STILL NO DOCUMENTS FAXED OVER GROSS NEGLIGENCE

I’ve worked for a private ambulance company for quite some time, transporting to Bridgeview more times than I can count. I have to say, the renovations over the last couple years have been impressive. The staff is also always extremely helpful and friendly.

Great caring staff that goes above and beyond. I especially want to point out the amazing On-site therapy team and wound care. On top of that, you’ll be amazed when you walk and see the renovations they have done.

I have had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing caring people. My Aunt received care here and the entire team is amazing. So many take time out to post the bad about places and not give credit where it is due. Again Thank You ALL!

Monica the Social Worker, Keia the Care Plan Nurse, Nurses Janice, Kimothy, Palestine and Care Assistant extraordinaire Arlene and Aya make the place run like a tight ship.The Therapy department is the Bomb Rochelle and the ladies really care and treat the clients like their family members. Even the receptionist Cynitha,Kelly and Stephanie; are so sweet. All the staff that that Ive encountered treated my mom like their mom or grandma, I never had to worry about mom while she was in their care and I cant forget Nursre Yomi so nice and caring.

It’s funny how so many people share their bad experiences but won’t take the time to write a review on their good experience. I am a visiting nurse to bridgeview and I have had a wonderful experience. Everyone has been professional and kind. The aids are very friendly and I hardly ever see anyone sitting. My patients that I care directly for are very well cared for and their families are happy with their experience. Thanks Bridgeview, for opening your doors to me!

I am shocked at the bad reviews here! My aunt stayed here before she passed and she was in great hands! She never had a bad thing to say and every time I visited her every one there was extremely kind and caring. She was well taken care of.

If there was Zero stars i would give this place a ZERO. The nurses are abusive and torture the elderly.

My grandmother was at Bridgeview and was on hospice and my family and I were there to visit during her last days. When we were leaving I heard the receptionist say, The end of days patients, I mean, I get it the family wants to see them but it shouldnt be here. No one wants to hear that type of conversation when visiting their family members that are in their last days. Then she had the nerve to get nasty with me when I called her out about it. She literally made me throw up. Ive never felt so disregarded and disrespected in my life. Not to mention, my grandmother died that night.The events of the forementioned day does not include the neglect that happened prior to that experience. My grandmother was bed ridden and her call button would be out of her reach so she couldnt call anyone to help her when she needed it. The floors had not been cleaned. Do not bring your family here if you love them. The receptionist is rude and nasty. The staff is lazy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE!!!!!

Staff is rude, verbally and physical abuse by not caring when caring for residents and doing it quickly and painfully.

Terrible facility, do not care for the patients, let them sit in there own waste, just collecting a check, multiple IDPH reports on facility

I was told that visiting hours were 24 hours a day. Just now i was stopped at the elevator & told no.. i need to call the social worker in the a.m.. My father is on hospice.
