Absolutely one of the smartest, kindness, caring and knowledgeable people I have ever met. Dr. Baak is extremely intelligent and really knows how to treat your RA on an individual basis. He also educates his patients on what their treatment is going to be and why the treatment is going to be that. All I have is good things to say about them trying to sleep this man knows his s***.

I have been seeing Dr. Bask for some time now. I have a very unique case that most doctors won’t even touch. Dr. Baak welcomed me with open arms. He put together a treatment plan right away and we’ve been working hand in hand ever since. He’s always had my best interest at heart and I’ve never left concerned, confused or upset. He is profound at what he does and I couldn’t thank him enough.Also, if you get the chance to work with Bryar consider yourself lucky!! He’s one in a million! He really takes his time with his patience’s and allows you to have your own voice. He has always been honest, consistent and through. When he learned about my unique case he dove right in and was anxious to learn a lot about my case and how he could help me!The entire staff is wonderful to work with, easy to get ahold of and always ready to help where they can!

I love this office and everyone there. The doctors and staff go out of their way to assist you and make sure that you are being taken care of. I would not do my infusions anywhere else. I am so thankful for the people here.

Do not go here! You only see Dr. Baak once and god forbid you have any questions for him after that first appointment. They’ll never be answered for you and he won’t give you the time of day. Also all he wants is your money. I was misdiagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. He looked at an MRI I had done through my orthopedic surgeon months before the appointment and decided that out of all the issues listed it was definitely ankylosing spondylitis. Instead of running more tests like an mri of my back or anything else he just said based off my symptoms it was that. When I asked for more testing he said I didn’t need it done. He then started me on infusions which I later found out that I didn’t need. Don’t go here! There are so many red flags and if you want to feel like your health matters find a different doctor. Don’t make the same mistakes I did. Also the ladies that work in infusion are not nice. They are very snobby and wouldn’t give you the time of day.

I love Dr. Baak and his staff. They are efficient and so very courteous! They seek to make sure you understand everything and are comfortable during and after your visit. Brayar is amazing to work with and has great bedside manner! I appreciate them!

Dr. Baak was an amazing doctor. Would highly recommend him! Sometimes you feel so bad you overlook things like small balances unintentionally . He was a excellent doctor and has a awesome staff.

After my husbands appointment this Friday we are going somewhere else. My husband had an appointment months ago. We were charged a 50 dollar co-pay. We then a month later get a bill for 10 dollars because my husbands co-pay is now 60 bucks a pop. That is fine and dandy. I will just pay the 10 bucks on the next office visit. Well, I call today to make and appointment and my husbands file...in the doctor office and the patient portal is locked because of this 10 dollars. My husband is denied medical care because of 10 freaking dollars. So we paid the 10 bucks. We got his appointment for this Friday....we will pay the full 60 dollars....then we are not going to this business ever again. They are not for the hurt people....or the people in need....they are so money hungry that 10 dollars matters more to this business than helping people. Turn back because this office is ALL about making money....not helping people feel better.

My whole experience with Dr. Baak has been exceptional. He took the time to explain my problem and found the right treatment for me. Dr. Baak and his staff are truly amazing. 10/10 recommend Dr. Baak!

I have been going to Dr. Baak for almost a year and couldnt recommend a better rheumatologist. He listens to my concerns and comes up with the right plan for me. Dr. Baak also has a very delightful staff. Its always a pleasure to go to the Arthritis Center and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I have been suffering with Rheumatoid Arthritis for years and have seen many doctors. Dr. Baak was the first doctor to really take his time with me and solve the problem. He came up with a plan and now I no longer feel that my arthritis is holding me back. Dr. Baak and the staff at the Arthritis Center are amazing and I cant thank them enough for everything they have done for me.
