Dr. Lu was very thorough in taking a history and doing an examination to diagnose my problem. He ordered an MRI and started me on a medication to identify and begin to see what would work to help my problem. After two weeks of taking the medication, I called the office to tell him the medication was not working, should I continue to take it or stop. Nurse said she would talk to doctor and get back to me. His nurse called back and told me Dr. Lu was sending a referral to a pain management doctor. No trying another treatment and my major complaint, I NEVER got a call to explain the results of the MRI.

He is very rude. He doesnt go over conditions thoroughly and he speaks way too fast. He spent one minute and thirty five seconds on a phone call describing what was visible on an MRI, thirty seconds of which were spent going through a hard to stand introduction. He doesnt answer emails or phone calls for weeks at a time. He is a very irresponsible Doctor.I would highly recommend not going to him. If I could rate him lower than one star I would.
