He’s very pleasant as well as professional. I love the ladies in the back. They all make your visit very comfortable, especially when your having the worst migraine in the world. I would most definitely refer him.

Today i took my mother to see Dr hepner. Her apt was at 2 40. We checked in, lady was filling her nail. She had a hard time with insurance. I called insurance there system was down. At 3 20. She was still messing with insurance then informed me we would have to reschedule. The Dr had to leave. We have been trying to reach the Dr for 3 weeks, left messages requesting Dr to call needed to discuss the medication he started in october. She has been terrible confused to the point of some melt downs. Finally i made an appointment. Mom and Dad both had seen his for years. Things are taking a dramatic change for both of them. Dad is in the hospital and mom is struggling to remember most of things. How we was treated today was heartbreaking and disappointing. Mom really needed this appointment today. Your office has made it incredibly difficult for us for weeks to communicate with Dr hepner. Last week he was out of the office. Mom had a major melt down on thursday and we have been struggling since. We had to cut her dialysis short today for this appointment and from 2:40 to 3:25 we sat in waiting room watching the lady push buttons on her computer. Her insurance is fine, it is the same insurance as last time. And we was instructed we would have to reschedule the dr had to leave and we could not be seen. Horrible patient services.
