I had a wonderful experience with this check-up. I highly recommend Alma, for your Dental Hygienist. Alma, is very professional, but welcoming and not judgy. she is thorough, but gentle, and very pleasant. Best teeth cleaning I have had there since my previous hygienist retired 10 years ago!

Very nice staff, they explain things thoroughly, seem to be conservative in treatment - dont tell you you need things you dont, and they do good work. They arent great at getting back to you if youve used their online contact form and cant get them on the phone, though, my husband and son didnt receive a return call that way when trying to schedule and appointment - so, that could be improved. Overall, Im happy there

Brooke cleaned my teeth expertly and the dentist examined me and all was good. In and out in less than an hour.

The hygienist was friendly and did a great job. Dr.Klein was professional, personable and gave me a couple options in treatments. I had been to a franchise type dental office recently and the difference between my experience there and at Carrollwood was night and day. I would highly recommend Carrollwood and Dr. Klein.

I have been coming to this dental office since I was a child. Great, friendly staff!!! Facility is always clean and the work is done quickly and efficiently.

Always professional, always on time and always well priced. Full disclosure: I have a family member that works here (I do not get a discount however, so that doesnt color this review.) That out of the way, My kids have been going here for quite a while as well as my wife and myself. I was personally seen today and treated by Dr. Klein who was very good. Tracy and Heather also took very good care of me assuring that I was comfortable and I was in and out within twenty minutes.

I was going to Carrollwood Dental for about 8 years. A few years ago I had a hygienist cleaning and Dr Klein examined my teeth when the hygienist was done. He said my teeth looked great. I told him I wanted to know why my gum had been hurting under one of my molars for about a week. He said I had a cavity and told me to make an appointment to talk to him about it. So I did. I came back and he said he was going to give me one filling on that molar and check things out. He gave me a filling on all three of my molars on the side of my mouth he had numbed. Now three years later I bite down on something hard and my tooth breaks. My molar a whole quarter of it is gone. So I get into another dentist referred to me by a friend right away and they take x-rays. The dentist showed me the x-rays and all the white areas where the fillings were. It turned out that Dr. Klein had put one filling on one and two fillings on both of the others. I was wondering why the bill was so huge for one filling and now I know why. Im pretty sure he actually broke the broken tooth the day he did the filling because he jumped back really quick and almost started cussing and then put his fingers in my mouth and pulled something out and started mumbling to himself. I never had a cavity before and dont think I had a cavity then. None of my teeth had any problems or pain before he worked on them. A couple years before that, another dentist in his office said one of my fillings he put in had fallen out because Klein did not do a good job which surprised me. Dr Klein gave me no treatment plan, no cost estimate, was vague about what he was going to do, and ruined my teeth.

Seriously wondering if all these 5 star reviews are paid? The hygienists do a great job with cleaning, however I feel the office and dentists do a very poor job of communicating what is going on. My spouse had to come in for needless visits. One of which he was supposed to come in for a filling, but they were setting him up for extractions??? Then told him to come back for a root canal where they ended up just giving him temporary fillings?? He was given a print out of recommended several services which were either not medically necessary or would change at each visit or the number of fillings or extractions would change. This ultimately lead to us leaving this practice as we could not trust what they were telling us.

The dental services were good.It’s just that those front desk people kept charging me more out of pocket than I was quoted.

Very nice experience at Carrollwood Dental Group. All the people are friendly and helpful and very nice. This includes Brooke who was great during my clearning and of course Dr. Klein who is a real good dentist.Anyway, Im pleased with the group.

Great dental office. Very friendly staff and I like Dr. Klein. Prices are very fare and office is always clean. My only complaint is sometimes its hard to get in when it is convenient for me and in an emergency. I do highly recommend them though.

I have been seeing Dr. Stegmann or Dr. Klein here for 10 years. That, in itself, should say enough. The staff is always professional and courteous. Dr. Stegmann performed my root canal nine years ago and for those of you who can’t stand tooth pain, he is the guy to see. I actually don’t mind going to the dentist any more and I hated it as a kid.

I liked Dr Clark until they said I needed a crown that I later found out was not medically necessary. Now Im stuck with the entire bill because my insurance denied the payment. If you want to go to this dentist, please take my advice and get a preapproval from your insurance before starting any treatment.
