Ancient Chinese medicine is practiced here and it has been life changing. Great people and great professionals. If you are in severe pain, you should go to these people. They have students from UBs Chinese medicine school who are very, very good and their teachers who are even better!

Ive been working for Optimus since 2008. Not trying to show boat but we have the most helpful & courteous Dental team at all our satellite offices. We are a one stopshop. Services include not only Dental, OB, Pediatrics, Medical/Dental Urgent care & General medicine & more. Optimus supplies a lot of services for all patients. There are wait times in any office whether it be to 15 minutes to hours. We all just need a little more patience and know we are receiving the best care by the providers. What I would like for all to understand Optimus supplies continuity of care, meaning the doctors take their time with all patients needs and also help educate as well to understood dental health is as important as medical health. It would be easy if everyone leaves happy but its a two way street and no patient is turned away but accommodated in full schedules. Dental exams & cleanings, depending on insurances, are every 6 months to once a year and if you have dental work its best you make the proper accommodations to fix because oral pain is no joke. I enjoy my job and helping others. The smiles that exit the office is what does it for me. Lets work together.

I dont like getting conned at the Dentist. Walked in there with insurance and they tried their best to get me to sign a waiver. I guess this works with people who dont read. I didnt sign it and when the receptionist asked a second time, she said its just worded wrong. As I was on the phone with my insurance provider, she called someone and talked loud enough people are complaining about the wording on the waiver. Beware if you go to this dental office. Your dental insurance covers a cleaning and prophylaxis. Dont sign. Just walk out.

I went there for OB/GYN they re fast you dont have to wait hours unlike other places and the staffs are friendly and organized,they will call you before your appointment to remind you .
