It was a very pleasant dental experience 🦷😀

I’m pretty sure a good amount of these nurses and doctors are very impatient, as well as insensitive to a patients needs and concerns. Especially the doctor who works in the lab. I don’t know her name, but I know she does not care and does what’s “best for her” and “what’s quickest” because I told her I faint when I get lab work. And if I could possibly lay down as other doctors had done for me. Nope. That inconvenienced her and she looked at me and laughed. “I’ll just wait till you calm down or you can schedule for another time.” And sat down not caring at all about my concerns. I also had to beg her to use a butterfly needle. Once everything was over, I felt so faint I had to sit in a chair and get my self to calm down because none of the nurses around me seemed to care at all. I’d say this place is inconsistent and honestly not worth going to if you can find somewhere better.

They let my mom go two years being pre diabetic without informing her. Then when she went to get a physical it took them over a week to inform her that she is diabetic because the doctor went away for personal reasons. Her sugar could have been dangerously high and we wouldnt know it because they didnt tell us anything. On top of that, we waited over an hour in the room to be seen. Go elsewhere, they have too many patients clearly. If my mom was notified that she was pre-diabetic 2 years earlier, she may have been able to avoid crossing over to full diabetes. But she wasnt given that chance due to the negligence and lack of care from Optimus. This is unacceptable!!

I have the best Doctors in the city I was very sick when I went there bit with all the help I was given given there I am back to myself almost 100 percent thanks to the professional staff.

This is the third time I have tried to make a medical appointment with my provider to be told they are fully booked. Although the receptionist was professional and offered to send me to another location, I am not comfortable with seeing someone else and this is not the first time they brought up a switch in my provider. Do not even waste your time on the medical side. You are better off going to a walk in.

The worst. Bad service

Ive been a patient here since they opened. Ive always received great care from a very caring staff. But..... they are ALWAYS so busy & crowded. Patients are overbooked with an appointment being only 15 minutes long & the Dr. still hasnt finished with the previous patient so you have long periods of time waiting, (for me, up to an hour) in the room. And also Ive gone through several doctors because everyone leaves. Its not easy after youve had a great Dr. for a long time. They need to work on getting more staff & giving the doctors more than 15 minutes for an appointment. They always are longer than that!.

This place aggravates me!!! Dirty as hell!!!! They schedule you for a particular time then you are there waiting more than hour to be called, then after registered, then vitals, then put in a room again to wait for the doctor!!! Its better going to an ER. The only reason why I come here is because of my kids pediatrician she is awesome!!! And they make it so difficult to switch your kids from one pediatrician to the next especially with husky!!!

Dr. Had me waiting in the room for 38min. Waiting over one week for blood results. Dr. Werent attentive at all.

Doctor come and go, they change doctors too often and there is no pediatrician currently. With the dentist I went for a rutine cleaning and it was the most hurtful experience in a dentist office so far. The good thing is that they talk Spanish.

I am highly critical of dentists. Dr. Kotsay I found to be immaculate in being a professional and in being well mannered. He has a passion for his work which comes from the core, and compassion for his patients. I look forward to his further work on my teeth -

Incredibly unprofessional. The office is dirty and the staff is unorganized. Doctor was rude and insensitive. I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone.

Im so genuinely shocked that they have a 5 star rating but I see its because there are only a few ratings. This place has got to be the worst clinic Ive ever been to. Ive been going there since I was a kid (Im 19 now) and I cannot fathom how they still have the same awful workers that are there. The OBGYN Ive had maybe one issue with but otherwise they are great and I love the gynecologist Fern who works there. However the dentist and regular medical portions of this place are just awful. Every time Ive tried to call them in the past few months now maybe 5-6 Ive gotten no pick ups. The workers have attitudes like crazy over nothing and they dont bother helping a patient who is in obvious need of information on what to do for certain specialists or appointments. I could spend hours writing the list of all the reasons why this place is absolutely horrid and make this already novel of a review 10 times longer, but instead Ill save you the torture and just tell you DO NOT GO HERE. Try the other branches maybe youll have better luck but this place is awful.
