Ike went above and beyond for my handicapped Mom. He was polite, courteous, helpful, and over the top professional. Really solid guy.

Quest Diagnostic is vey clean. Their check in system is very efficient and easy to use. Their staff are professional, courteous and make your experience quick and painless. I would recommend Quest on Main St. to family and friends any day. Thanks Quest.

Robyn took such good care of me. I almost passed out in her chair cause I’m not the best when it comes to getting my blood taken. She quickly reacted when I told her I felt dizzy. She got me to a new chair and was so sweet and calming. She didn’t make me feel silly or ashamed, but was concerned for my safety the entire time. Thank you!

I usually go here. Staff is nice. Not too long a wait , but I usually go early, like 6am. Its clean, electronic sign in was a nice change. TV in waiting room, plenty of seating. Wheelchair accessible. If you have an outstanding bill, they wont service you unless you pay, but you can pay right there.

As a first time patient I found this facility to be great. The digital check-in took all of 60 seconds to fill out and I was being helped within 5 minutes of that. Maryjane took my samples and was both professional and kind. I checked in at 640am and was back on the road heading home by 7. Patients seemed to be flowing in when I left so coming early is key.

I went there Saturday at 11am. The waiting room was packed with people, but it was because their was no one servicing the front. You cant take blood and service front. They need some just doing intake only.

I have been going to this location for a long time time and my experience have always been good but today it wasn’t,brought my son in and the lady that was working was extremely rude,when I was signing in she was being so mean to an elderly woman who was having trouble signing in on the pad instead of helping her,then when I got the text to come in she was already mad because she was calling my son’s name in the waiting room Even though I checked on the tablet that I would wait in the car andthen she got mad because I made a suggestion that I didn’t want her to stick my son on a spot that she was already going to and asked me if I wanted to draw his blood myself, she’s so unprofessional and belongs in the back I have a warehouse where she doesn’t have to deal with anybody but her rude self, and unfortunately I don’t know her name because she does not have a name tag and does not tell you her name

I have been to this Quest many times and Staff have been grate but this last time this lady was not happy with her job I did not verify her name and record her customer service skills next time I will and make shore someone on top knows, plus I been wating for my results and still NOT ready

I am writing this review to inform people of this facility.My uncle went in to have his labs drawn before surgery. Unfortunately, he is a person that is computer illiterate. The person at the front desk rudely turned him away due to him not knowing how to work the iPad. At 6 AM he had to call his daughter so that she can get out of bed and come and sign him in. Me being a person that works in the medical field was trained to be kind and helpful to those that are in need of our assistance. How many other patients were turned away due to not knowing how to sign in on a iPad. Shame on them for not offering assistance.

Listen, please read!!I went yesterday to get my blood drawn, i noticed the girl couldnt find my vein but i didnt say anything, was being patientShe sticks the needle in, moves it around then takes it out. Goes to my other arm and tries there. I asked her you cant find my vein? And pointed to it on my arm... she then asks the other girl to help her. The other one did it in 2.2 seconds.Now here is the thing. There was a bruise on my arm yesterday and today i woke up with it being larger and purple, blue!I tried calling them, and the corporate office and cannot get through, so im giving snyone who reads this a fair warningIf you notice someone struggling to find your vein, stop them!! I would suggest leaving.

This particular location has an extremely high volume of traffic. It always has. I utilized this site years ago on a weekly basis having been on Coumadin at that time. I believe its popular in large part due to the later hours, bigger facility and larger staffAlthough there is a self check in kiosk now , youre going to want to visit the website if this is your location of choice to schedule an appointment in advance.Appointments are taken before walk ins. I entered Tuesday afternoon at 12:05, thinking that I had a high probability of being seen during my lunch hour. Not a chance. I had to exit at 12:50 to return to work by 1:00. My estimated time to be seen would continuously be pushed back from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I decided to leave, due to the people that scheduled appointments in advance.However, when I returned after work for my urine test, just before 5 , the place was empty and the nurses took me right away. They were extremely pleasant toward me . And even though they were finishing up a busy day, and were tired, they were so nice, friendly and courteous. If by some small chance they read this , which is a long shot, I want to thank them for that. They were so nice to me and wanted them to know I appreciated them.My results were reported to me within two days of being tested by my ordering doctors office

My recent experience was a great one! My 3 yr. old son needed blood work to complete his physical needed to begin daycare. Dominique at Quest was like an angel sent from up above! Her interaction with my son while drawing his blood was amazing. She entertained my little super hero so well, that for the first time ever, he did not mind the procedure at all! I was so grateful, I had to give her a hug! Continue to be great at what you do, you are one of the few great ones out there!!

I was at this facility with my disabled clients, the first one went very smoothly staff was so very nice and polite. When it was time for the second client she called his name M.K he went into the first room I followed, she says, I got this you don’t need to be in here, I said yes I do because I need for you to fill out a paper that says M.K was here and I need the results faxed or mailed to the house. She cut me off and said we don’t fax to houses we will mail the results and here fill this out I did then she says you can go, ok so sat in waiting room and when M.K was done I says to him, did she give you the paper that says you were here he says no? She’s standing at the door I approached her to ask where is the paper I asked for she says oops I forgot let me get it for you. My experience was very unprofessional with one of your staff members and when your working with the public I understand it’s not easy but, common courtesy is and this is unexceptionable behavior when you treat people this way especially disabled people.

The workers here are very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed talking to them. The wait wasnt long, it was fast and easy. Thank You All Very Much!

Hi on Tusday May the 15th I was in this location 13:30 PM for blood work I waited for maybe five minutes before they called my name the technician was very nice she didnt have to cut my arm two pieces to be able to draw blood the place was clean and the receptionist she was nice also like always .

I have been going to this location for years and a pleasant experience until today. The person assigned to collect my blood was rude from the get go. I guess sdince now they dont check your paper at the desk nut in the room, she was rude and when I asked to send my results yo my second doctor which they did all the time she said no, well thats ok if you dont want to do it. But she asked one question with your back to me and I did not understand, she turned and yelled at me the question so loud and rude I had to brings my hands up to tell her to calm down!! Wow, is not that I did not hear her, it was she was mumbling and her poor diction was unintelligible. Such a shame because she is very skilled taking the blood vials. Besides that , its a great place to go without appointment. Im going to retract from saying her name, which I got. I just hope she rechecks her attitude so her place of employment dont get a bad reputation...

I was waiting 25 mins before anyone even acknowledge that I was there. I was the only customer in the facility . The girls were to busy talking in the breakroom and the other two were to busy talking in the back. When I was finally called the phlebotomist was not friendly. I will never come back here.

I had to get blood work done on 9/1/2016. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The people who work there are very professional and pleasant to the patients. 😊
