I came here first time for a scheduled mammogram and breast US and had a very negative experience. First, the technician didnt want to accept my USB stick from Adv. Radiology, because she was only familiar with CDs and second they refused to do the US. I was told that the radiologist decides whether I need one or not. I said that my doctor has ordered both as every year, bc my tissue is very dense. That I was scheduled for both and that they should simply provide the service.I had taken the afternoon off from work and wanted to get it done.I agreed to wait until the radiologist has read the mammogram. But it was Friday and no doctor on site. And without the images they wouldnt do it anyway. This is so ridiculous.She brought the manager, she explained the same story. And said that the scheduler should know better and not schedule both, that they had already sent emails to them without success.I experienced the technician as unfriendly and immediately annoyed just because I wouldnt accept their reasons. I got a very unprofessional impression of the place, not to mention the lack of friendliness and compassion. After all, there are many women who come there, who fear to have breast cancer and we all deserve a caring environment and staff.I got my US at Yale in Greenwich and was very satisfied with all.

They charged me hospital price for an ultrasound. Now I have an outrageous bill insurance wont pay..Would not recommend or ever go here again!
