Beautiful, quiet location right on the beach. Our apartment looked newly updated and had all the amenities we needed. It was also spotless. We could barely bring ourselves to leave. Sunsets were amazing!!

As an Audubon member its disgraceful to see your private guests ruining the dunes and beach grass. There should be policies in place to help protect the beach from erosion. I will definity update this review when there are improvements in place.

A truly relaxing family vacation. The cottage was clean and well maintained with all the amenities needed for our stay. Get communication with Bruce. The beach, Linnell Landing is a short walk from the cottages. No need to worry about a bay permit during the busy season. Great location in Brewster. Cobies restaurant is located at the end of the road and the Rail Trail with very close. Route 6 is right there and it was easy to travel to Provincetown and Chatham. And of course no trip is complete without a trip to the Chocolate Sparrow! It was literally the best family vacation I have gone one. Cannot wait to return next year!

Amazing place to visit and bring the whole family or for a romantic getaway. They have apartments or cabins for 1-10 people depending on your needs. All apartments or cabins are only seconds away from the beach and are fully equipped. There is no need to bring anything, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, silverware, coffe makers, you name it, its there. Walk down to the bay to the private beach in the evening and dig out some mussels, clams, razor clams or oysters for a romantic dinner. Pair them with fresh right out of the sea lobsters and fish from the local fish markets for an amazing time. If you visit them you will not regret it. Oh they even have a laundry, detergent and use is already included. We felt like it was our own home, everything readily available. You will love it!

I have been coming here for over 20 years. Bruce the manager is fantastic and so helpful. The cottages are beautiful, all updated open concept design. You couldnt ask for any better place! The beach is just a few feet away and private. Right on the bay, beautiful and has breathtaking sunsets. I cannot say anything negative about this place. I will be going here for my whole life!

Such a great place right on the beach. Very well-maintained units. Well-appointed kitchens at least good enough for a short stay. Very clean and comfortable with an awesome atmosphere and setting. Staff is super friendly and very capable. Its no wonder the place books solid in the summer. Make your reservation early.

We rented the Dunes cottage. The first thing we noticed was how immaculate it was. Probably the cleanest place weve stayed. The location cannot be beat. Just over the dunes to the water. Super quiet. All of the other cottages were rented and we never heard a sound from any of them. Everything you need is furnished for you right down to a small bottle of dish soap. Bruce the caretaker is so friendly and accommodating. We had to call because the hair dryer was too hot and within 15 min we had a new hair dryer. We will definitely stay here again. Cannot wait for our next trip.

Amazing cottage and surroundings everything was perfect for our short stay with our daughter and husband visiting from England. We drove up frim Canada. Thanks Bruce we will be back.

Love this place. The house we stay in is right on the beach. Immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. The beach here is perfect for young kids. Sandy, calm and shallow.

I totally enjoyed every minute...our house was fantastic and very comfortable with all the amenities...would definitely recommend....we were not right on the ocean but only a short walk away...very beautiful beach!

Clean, updated and well maintained houses with a private beach in your backyard. We made some great memories exploring the mudflats for sea creatures and sitting in front of the fireplace sipping hot chocolate.

I have stayed at Linger Longer before. The staff is great and helpful if something breaks. This year we had a smoke alarm go off at 3 am. The fire dept came out and confirmed that it was a co2 alarm caused by a detector that was covered by cobwebs in the cellar. We learned this year that our dog could not be there even though they told us it was pet friendly before. The policy changed and we were not notified.

Great house, management and location! My girlfriends family loves it so much they have been coming here for over 20 years.
