I’ve been coming here for a little over 3 years, I love it. I lack knowledge in certain things, but Emily helps me out and guides me towards what I need in order to get the results I want. She’s also super sweet and easy to talk which makes the experience so much better.

Such a pleasant and informative visit start to finish. Heather is extremely detail oriented and thorough in her patient education and recommendations. All possible scenarios post procedure were highlighted. I felt at ease throughout the appointment/ procedure. I was comfortable in her chair knowing she had been through the same procedure. Prior to my second BBL treatment today, Heather took several photos for comparison. Wow!!!! Changes were significant! It’s crazy the improvements that take place in 3 weeks. I noticed subtle differences. However, the photos showed much more. Looking forward to further treatments and improvements and the differences between sessions 1 and 2. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at CPPS especially Heather Happy. I have had problem skin my entire life but have never had luck with even expensive skin care. I decided I would try one, last ditch effort with CPPS since I’m about to turn 50 ☹️. I sat down with Heather and told her all my issues. She, in turn, put me on medical grade skin care which absolutely transformed my skin! I stopped having oily breakouts and uneven skin. Also included was laser BBL treatments. I’m on my third (and last) session. Heather explained that these treatments in conjunction with the skin care are responsible for my skin looking so wonderful. I had a first consult appointment yesterday, May 13, 2021, with Dr. Sarosiek. When I tell you this is the best consult appointment I have ever had with a doctor- I mean it was THE best. When I first walked in the door for the building I was greeted by a massive balloon construction that was as big as the spiral staircase. I was in shock and thought THIS is amazing. I noticed an elevator door on the left side and decided to take it up after taking 50 photos of the balloons. HAHA! Once I got on the elevator and went up to the second floor I was greeted by about 5 different women at the front counter that were eager to help me and very kind. They were all so professional and upbeat. I knew off the bat that I was going to enjoy my visit just by the friendly staff. My appt was set for 11am and I arrived a little early. Nurse Sarah called me after waiting for about 3 minutes to come on back. She was very personable and asked me about my job, kids, hobbies, etc. She in turn told me about herself. We had a conversation that was rather pleasant. She then took me back to get some before photos done of my neck- I was wanting to get Neck Lipo done. I sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes and Dr. S walked in, introduced himself and made me feel like I was family. He told me about his profession, family, etc. He showed me some of his work and explained what he could do for me. I remember at one point I was tearing up because this is just so important to me and he made me feel very validated in my choice. After consulting with him I then met with Ms. Lisa who showed me pricing and available dates. She was a PEACH! I just adored Ms. Lisa. She was able to get my surgery scheduled 4 weeks later and has talked to me twice on the phone since yesterday. I feel like this is one of the best decisions I have made and have decided to go with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in Brentwood. I cannot rave enough about the cleanliness, professionalism and staff. You wont regret going here.

If you have been considering an appointment with Destiny for anything skin care related DO NOT WAIT! She is amazing & completely changed my skin.I used to not think twice about investing into injectables and was always hesitant to spend money on my skin until I took a photo one day and was discouraged by how dull and tired my skin looked even though I had been spending hundreds of dollars on botox and fillers to keep my skin looking youthful. My wedding was approaching and my skin aged me and looked dirty when I had makeup on so I knew I had to do something.I had a consultation with Destiny and she immediately made me feel so comfortable and let me know that with just a few products and a simple treatment plan she could turn my skin around. Destiny recommended to begin a treatment plan consisting of a series of peels to address my pigment. She then recommended a skin care regimen that would maintain the continue to improve the results I would see from our in office treatment.The peel was so quick and easy, practically zero discomfort and just about a week of down time where I was flakey. Destiny checked in with me periodically after my treatments to monitor my progress and was always available for any questions I had. She made me feel like I was her only patient even though shes a very busy lady!Destiny mapped out EXACTLY what I needed to use morning and night which made the skin care routine so much less intimidating. The office staff are incredible. They are nice and make you feel welcomed at each visit. Heather Happy is so good with everything she does. She makes recommendations based on your skin but never pushes you to buy products or procedures. This place is great!

I initially had a consult with Dr. Papillion & he was excellent! He did my breast lift & tummy tuck. I’m SO happy with the results & the care I received! He is meticulous with his work & has great attention to detail (which is a MUST in this field). I had some complications, but was given the doctor’s cell & could reach him at any time. He even met me on a Sunday due to minor complications. His office & staff are extremely helpful. They are very friendly & willing to help with any questions/needs/scheduling. There aren’t enough words to describe what an amazing doctor Dr Sarosiek is. I’ve debated getting a procedure done almost 10 years because I was too fearful of surgery/going under anesthesia. Dr Sarosiek took the time to explain how safe it is and basically walked me through everything making me feel super comfortable with him and his team. I had several consultations where the doctor was in and out in less than 30 minutes not asking any questions about what I wanted. Dr S is the complete opposite. You can tell he genuinely cares not only about his work but his patients and their happiness! All of the nurses and the anesthesiologist were very thorough throughout the process and took great care of me. The office itself is so beautiful and clean. I’m almost 2 weeks post op and am just shocked at my results already. He went above and beyond and I am just so grateful I found CSPS! He’s the BEST and I am just so happy I made this life changing decision!

Dr. Sarosiek is truly a miracle worker! He put my lip back together in the emergency room after a dog bite that tore my lip apart. It’s been 2 months and my mouth is almost back to the way it was! I started searching for a few local Plastic Surgeons with the intentions of checking with a few places before I made a decision. I call Dr. Sarosiek office 2 days prior to see if they could fit me in, which they were able to accommodate. Of course, I was super nervous. Dr. Sarosiek, and his nurse Jasmine came in and we hit it off instantly, so my nervousness definitely didnt last long. He listened to what I wanted and my concerns, and he explained everything so thoroughly. There was no pressure at all. I booked my surgery the very next day, and had my surgery the following week. I knew I didnt need to look anywhere else and they were the one, and they were going to take care of me. I did have a easy recovery, and I do believe that the doctor has a lot to do with that. He called my significant other a few hours after surgery to check on me, and the next day as well. I am ecstatic with my results, and part of one of the incision went into a tattoo, and you would never believe that he cut through there at all. and I also dont wish I would have done anything more or less. Him, and his office was nothing but perfect. I really couldnt have asked for anything more.
