New Life Physicians atmosphere was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful! The Doc was attentive, insightful and gifted me with anew perspective on testosterone therapy! I encourage any one to go see the Doctor for a consultation! I’m confident this will be Life changing!

I just received a hair procedure today and it was an exceptional experience. The staff (Mandy, Izzy) and doctor (Dr. Moor) were absolutely wonderful, friendly and highly professional. They took time to listen and answer any of my questions and concerns. I can’t say enough good things about this office and would highly recommend anyone to use them. They promptly scheduled me for my next appointment and were very upfront with the cost. I was very impressed on how they explained the process of how the procedure went and what it takes in the future to maximize the results.

Dr. Moor and her staff have been helping keep me in good health for 7 years now.Not only have they been a great resource for my HRT needs, they have managed my metabolic (thyroid) hormones as well as vitamin/mineral supplement recommendations based on routine labs.The staff is excellent at helping with education, labwork, insurance, etc. Over the years, they have been consistent with a 24 hour turnaround on medical questions and requests.They have been fabulous and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Absolutely love Dr. Moore and her staff!! Im in my early thirties and have suffered from endometriosis since I was 11. She was the only Dr. Willing to help and listen to my concerns. After balancing my hormones I was able to get pregnant after 10 years of trying.

I went here and the staff and Dr Moore are defiantly friendly. Thats where the good news stops. I went to her for procedures that I was told where safe and at first seemed helpful. The protocol she recommended in the long run did serious damage and has ruined my life. I am very worried that the damage is permanent. Her procedures for sexual health where created by a Dr Runels who was banned from doing clinical trials by the FDA. He also has been fined for misusing hormone therapies.Going to her for assistance may have been the biggest mistake of my life! Im depressed all the time and never have a day I dont feel terrible.

I started going to New Life Physiscians in 2009 when I needed to change my hormone replacement therapy. Im still going! Dr. Moor is knowledgable and stays right on top of the latest treatments. You receive personalized service from a friendly and well- trained staff. Im also thrilled that they also offer fillers and Botox and that Dr. Moor herself does many of the treatments. She completely understands facial muscles and how treatments work together for desired results. I couldnt be happier after 9 years and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I been going for quaterly hormone therapy for 12 years. The office staff is efficient and helpful. Your dosage needed is determined by blood work, not by guessing. After menopause, i was dragging but this therapy has kept me active and at the gym at age 63. My skin has not lost its turgor and my overall health is improved. I recently met someone who thought i was 5 to 10 years younger than them but actually i was a year their elder.Thermography is in the office too and it is a great alternative to mammography. My Internist and GYN docs both approve. Vanderbilt approves thermography as well.

This office is a joke! I was told by the nurse that I needed Juviderm on my face and quickly after the procedure started was told that the whole syringe, which was $600, was not needed and I could bring it back later when I thought I needed it again. It was put in a box inside a bag and I was told not to open it until I brought it back to use again. When I called later to make an appointment to reuse it, I was told it probably expired and the nurse that sold it to me wasnt there anymore. I opened my bag and realized the product had actually expired 4 months before I had originally bought it. I told New Life Physicians that and they said the nurse is the one who sold it to me and there was nothing they could do. I told them I wrote my check to New LIfe Phyicians and I had chose their location above others because I thought the doctor oversaw the nurses there, they said it was my fault for not knowing that the nurse was responsible and hung up on me. I also had a procedure done there for a vein in my leg that actually became worse after paying to have it removed there. When I asked another doctor about it, he told me the laser they used was not recommended for veins. The procedure was very painful and the nurses laughed at my pain during the procedure and were very unprofessional. I drove an hour to this clinic because I thought it was a reputable place ran by a doctor, but obviously it is run by idiots and the doctor who hired them doesnt care as long as she is making money off of them. The hormone part of the business is also a joke. I had a friend who went to his doctor to have blood work the same day he went there and the doctor told him his testosterone was fine, but they told him his was low. Dont waste your time or money going there!
