The staff at Miracle Ear is extremely helpful. They have excellent customer service and made the process less stressful.Theres so many questions that need to be answered and Beth answered every one easing any concerns we had. We feel very comfortable moving forward. Thanks again Beth!

The ladies here at miracle ear are amazing! I have been telling my grandma that she needed hearing aid for awhile so I called to make a appointment and beth helped me. She was super friendly and was patient with helping us book a appointment for my indecisive grandma who couldnt decide what time she wanted to come in. Glad we found somewhere close to us with friendly staff!

AT FIRST when we paid NEARLY $4000 for new hearing aids the customer service WAS impeccable...😟...Today my Wife was out of batteries and we didnt have any money to get any ( we lost the ones we had already purchased for the month) So, we called FIRST and asked if it would be alright if we came out and got 1 battery...She said yes, come on out...Im not sure if Beth was the one she spoke to on the phone. But when we got there my wife asked about the hearing aid battery, she was told that she needed to pay $1 for the battery. Nothing was ever said about this when we were speaking to her on the phone.. my wife told her that all she had was $0.60. She said I will do it this time but I cant do it again. To me, this was very shocking, that they would call us all the way out there. (from Antioch to Brentwood) without saying one word about having to pay for the battery until we got there. Wow, what compassion huh??!!James and Christine Young.

Beth and the rest of the staff here were super helpful. Its not a fun thing to have to bring a loved one in and confront the issue of hearing loss. But they made the whole thing casual. Helped take away the sting of the perceived hearing aid stigma.
