If I could give a negative star rating I would. The Home Health Nurse that Humana sent to visit my Dad was very unprofessional and offered unwanted or asked for advice to the family that had nothing to do with my dads health. He unwanted Mental Health advice was directed at the family and she had no specialized training in that area. If any has the same situation come up I would advice to ask the nurse to leave and or let him or her know that its unwelcome. The Nurse caused my family to have an verbal argument that will be on going for over a week. Trying to call Headquarters and trying to file a complaint is impossible. I personally called and was transferred several times and wasted 20 minutes of my time for nothing.
