Ordered 3 signature chicken club sandwiches.While the person behind the counter was attentive and asked questions to personalize our orders, he didnt write anything down even as our sandwich specific details seem to confuse him as he listened on and repeated back to us.The sandwiches that we ended up getting were cold, even though we were asked to toast them and told him yes. The meat also appears to actually be turkey deli meat and not chicken after opening our sandwiches at home, as well as being on ciabatta bread instead of the multigrain that was listed on the menu.

The main reason Im giving 3 stars is because this place is hit or miss when it comes to the freshness of their produce and availability on products.I always experience good customer service. The variety of fresh fish is impressive. The store is always very clean. They open right at 7 a.m. and best time to shop if your wanting to avoid the crowds.They have bins filled with a variety of nuts, seeds, grains, candies and other misc items. I wish they would offer the individual 1lb bags again for those who dont trust other people not to grab the product with their hands.Parking lot is spacious with plenty of parking. Also have a few EV parking spaces.

Sprouts is one of my favorite places to shop, like that their produce is fresh.

Cashier seemed to have no interest in me or what she was doing. The bagger literally dropped my bag of produce into my cart because they could be bothered to set it down gently. The bag was overpacked as well crushing the salad.

I want to love Sprouts, but...* Its hard to find things there. For instance, gluten free bread is in at least two places for no apparent reason. And the one mi esposa usually buys was no where to be seen, though its never been out of stock when weve ordered it.* For a store with a vegetable for a name, the quality of produce isnt great. I do prefer Safeways organic optionsI will say they have the friendliest staff of just about any store Ive ever been in.

I like going here and I always find the things I need. However today I didn’t like that the cashier didn’t tell me the price of my items at all, she just waited for me to pay. She also didn’t ask if I needed a bag. It’s a minor issue but needs to be recognized. Besides that I really enjoy going to Sprouts!

What’s with these healthy grocery stores? Do they purposely train the employees to ignore customers? The only customer service I received was from a gentleman working in the vitamin section. I was completely ignored by the rest of the staff in every department. I even made eye contact but that didn’t work either.On a lighter note, the store was clean and neatly stocked. They have a huge assortment of just about anything organic. From pasta to supplements you have a lot to chose from.See pics to tell the rest of the story.

I love sprouts. I love their sandwiches. You can get them toasted and the cheese melts. They have great products also, I get the shea butter.

Delicious healthy food. I love their fresh tuna salad, it doesnt have a lot of mayo in it. I get it every single time.

Absolutely love this place. Wife says its more expensive, but she also says I Absolutely devour my salads now. Thats just a salad. She also says its the only store I will go to with her anymore if asked. I love good quality fresh food. I havent tried their meats yet , but yesterday they cuts looked phenomenal.

Love coming here to fill up my fridge. The quality of food and very helpful staff here is the best in Brentwood. Now I can enjoy my beer with my beer nut.

Great place to buy a high quality product

Beautiful store. A bit pricey, but that’s the cost of quality items. My only problem is that I am disabled and need to use electric cart. On two occasions have arrived and carts are not plugged in and have no charge. No use having electric carts if not operable.

Friendly and easy going staff. The layout of the store is easy to navigate to find staple items. Only downside due to covid is that the coffee that normally able to be sampled is not available. Otherwise great experience.

I love this store this is my favorite grocery store. The staff is friendly and helpful except today I came across Shelbi she was to concentrated on talking to her co-worker that she forgot to thank her customers and that may come off as rude to me and everyone else around her.

The ease of finding parking at this location is awesome. I can always find my raw milk and cream. Staff is friendly and always ready to help if needed.

I was cheated by this store.When I finished shopping I didnt check in store,for me personally I believe the store.After I go back home, and open my bag check receipt. I am angry about what store do for me.On the receipt I put the red line on, I didnt buy RED MANGO, and I felt sad about my trust was so cheap in this store.So I put it on the network to tell everyone, dont go to this store, this store has no credibility.I dont need to lie, I have bought so many grocery in different stores, only this one makes me so sad.

Very clean and quiet supermarket. The prices for produce and fish were very good. Sprouts has very healthy, alternative food choices and everything is marked across the market. Checkout was fast. Easy to get in and out.

We’ve enjoyed Sprouts/Henry’s for decades starting in San Diego in the 80s. We attended the grand opening at Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Dublin, and Brentwood. Sprouts stores are bright, clean, mostly uncluttered with plenty of free parking. Prices are considerably less than Whole Paycheck, sorry Whole Foods.Bakery items prepared onsite are very tasty and well priced. Very nice deli, juice bar, coffee bar, prepared foods, meat market, fresh fish, and outstanding produce at competitive prices. Large bulk foods section. Helpful well trained staff, informative, great vitamin section and personal care items.Oversold item coupons never expire, great return policy, handy eat in Area for you to enjoy hot soup, sandwiches, and prepared foods. Well managed, a treat.

Very good organic food market. Small place so.

Not my first choice in health food stores, but it definitely does the the job when I dont have time to go to Concord or beyond. I would think twice about getting bulk tea from them, their green tea is not right. It tastes like its moved with another herb. Harvest house is the best for bulk anything. The sprouts sales are pretty good too.

Has anyone noticed that their salads are made in China? We are talking about a grocery store that claims to be a “farmers market”... but they can’t even venture to support our own farmers/producers in our own country. Amongst the countless other products that come from other countries, they don’t care for the people making those products and they sure don’t care for us as consumers. We need more big-money companies to address the problems that face the US agricultural industry and not perpetuating them- forcing us into “food deserts”. With all this aside, I’ve had a bad experience at the deli here and their customer service needs some work.

I loveeeeeeeee Sprouts now! Pretty danm expensive for 4 items but man, you can find stuff there you cant find any where else. I always go to Sprouts now. Its easy to navigate there, most of the staff members are great! Not so much the Butcher as he seems not to enjoy his job, much older guy. Some of the cashiers are really kool and enjoy a small conversation. Alex is kool, Jackie and a few others that see me on a regular basis. Just really love the help if I cant find something. Someone that does Instacart, who works for Sprouts, if you ask him for help, hes awesome and is able to find things for you!

About the size and price point of a Trader Joes with the healthy vibe of a Whole Foods. I love the natural product selections from personal products to cleaning supplies. My husband is a big fan of the grab and go snack boxes from the deli section that are usually under $4 -Quite a deal for a healthy lunch option! I like the many store brand products they offer.

I have shopped since they opened and really liked them. The deli service is horrible and Ive decided to shop elsewhere. Im not sure if that is where the store staff spends their breaks because there are usually at 4 to 5 people hanging out ignoring customers. Last weekend was the 4th and final time. First couple of times, I thought maybe they were helping someone else. But then you here them talking about so and so and so. Once in a blue moon it happens. Four times in a roll when there are a couple of customers standing around asking each other if they have been helped. Unacceptable. I have worked with the public and always try to be understanding that working with customers can drain you. I wasnt unpleasant, didnt say anything. Just decided to walk out.

This is a great place to go to find gluten free food options at really reasonable prices. The store is on the smaller side and it wasnt overly crowded when I went. Its very clean and feels open. There are a lot of bulk bins, many options to accommodate various food allergies, and a ton of organic choices as well. The supplements available are varied and include herbal and homeopathic options. Ill definitely be going back.

This store is one of my favorites when i was living in Arizona. we found out they have on in Brentwood and were estatic. they got great stuff here and the people who work here are super kind!

I do like Sprouts alot because of the bulk bins & slot of other plant based food items I buy but the produce is close to rotten alot of the time & thats not good!

Sprouts started off a little rough but has turned around since. Produce is great and the meat department is even better. I used to shop Costco for the meat but will be going to Sprouts for now on. Plus its very friendly!

This store is a great addition to our town. They have a nice selection throughout the store of organic foods and their prices are pretty competetive.

I was excited to learn about the sprouts here because its closer to my house than walnut creek and I really like the boars head sandwiches. I like the products at sprouts but I HATE the customer service or lack thereof at this particular sprouts. The help was non existent and the cashier that rang us up has given me the VERY WORST experience Ive EVER had at any grocery store, period. He was so rude from the beginning, never said hello and basically rolled his eyes at everyone walking up to his register as of he HATES human beings. He asked me if I wanted bags & I said yes, but the items wouldnt fit into one bag so instead of getting another bag he just stopped packing my items left a bunch on the counter and started on the next person. IF YOU HATE PEOPLE, DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wont return to this sprouts, Id rather drive to walnut creek 20 miles out of my way than deal with D bags like this.

I will never shop at another Sprouts. Went in for deli meat. One person or maybe two working that area idk because the lady just kept popping in and out the work area. Guy had 4 sandwiches to make with no help but here is my problem. We stood there and waited while he took his time making the sandwiches for the people in front of us. He said nothing to acknowledge we were waiting. No big deal if your busy. However he wasnt busy enough to acknowledge to two Caucasian women who walked up to the deli right after we walked away. And for that I will NEVER spend my money in ANY Sprouts EVER!!!!!
