I and my family went to this clinic. I said we wanted to have a flu shot. I asked the counselor. Is my insurance valid? He said yes to me. Then they send me an invoice. I paid. This is unfair

I was in the store so I checked to see if they would except my insurance. I was supposed to go online and make an appointment but they said since I was here they would just take me straight in without having to make that appointment. Great customer service wonderful personalities and nice smiles. They made my experience great.

This used to be a great urgent care location. Now, even though their website shows walk-in wait time, they no longer take walk-ins. Not a very convenient urgent care when they require appts, and no appt availability for multiple days. I would rather go see an actual doctor.

I took a family member to The Little Clinic in Kroger (6690 Nolensville Pike. Brentwood, TN 37027) for a Covid test. Instructions said to call from car. No one answered, so I went in. The receptionist said they are so busy, they dont have time to do tests from the car anymore. She said the person getting tested should just come into the store. I am flaberghasted. Really? We should send potentially positive covid patients into a grocery store!?!

The time where people can be seen the most is on the weekends and its there shortest time scheduled. On top of that the need to have a break. Which I can understand but have no coverage so the clinic can stay open. Tell people who can be sick that theyll need to come back later. Its was about 1:45p and I was asked to come back at 4:30p which is 30mins from when they close.My family and I will never use this clinic again. I guess there is a reason they are only 3.3 in a star rating.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. My daughter had an awful ear infection & they would not prescribe the right meds. She has had many ear infections we’ve been through this. We knew the exact medication she needed as she has had it many times. The doctor was rude & said it would do nothing to help her. In short we took her a few days later to her regular doctor as it was not getting better. Our doctor said her ear was so bad it looked like it had never been treated at all. In fact from not getting the proper treatment her ear drum ruptured. Don’t trust your going to get quality reliable care.I would give negative stars if it allowed

This is by far the worst walk in clinic I have ever been to. I normally do Vanderbilt walk in clinics and have had good experience with those. My son got sick late in the afternoon so to save myself from making the further drive to Vanderbilt I thought I would be saving us time by going to Kroger walk in. Boy was I wrong. As soon as I got there the lady at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and looked annoyed if anybody spoke to her. When I walked up she didn’t acknowledge me at all. I looked around and noticed a computer and I asked If i should sign in there. She nodded her head without even looking in my direction. During my hour and a half wait I watched her treat anybody who spoke to her or asked her a question the same way. She looked offended if you even speak to her. There was only two other people in the waiting room with me at the time. We waited for an hour and a half and still had not been seen. A lady and her son came in after we were there for an hour and she got in before us. I’m assuming you can make appointments online and this is why? We ended up leaving and calling it a night. I will never be back here. I will go to Vanderbilt walk in like typically do. The drive is a little bit further for us but we never wait longer than 20 minutes there and the staff is so friendly and kind.

For the new location in Brentwood off of Franklin Road:Im very pleased with the customer service. I was able to get in right away at 10am on a Saturday. The assistant and nurse were informative on how much it would cost, they didnt rush me out the door, and they asked me all the needed questions to diagnose me. They even made sure I had an affordable prescription right away at the pharmacy inside Kroger next door to the clinic.I will return here for other medical needs I have in the future. Unless its a life threatening emergency... Ill go to the ER!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical practice. I went in with a sinus infection and was given only steroids, 6 days later I had a double ear infection and was in incredible pain, but when I tried to speak to staff they brushed me off and just kept saying how busy they were. The provider was supposed to call me back that day but I didn’t get a call back until literally 3 days later, which I know is breaking their own policy after a call to corporate. These people at this clinic do not care about helping anyone.

This place is ridiculous. I came at 2 to avoid the lunch rush but they are closed from 1:30-2:15. So I follow the directions and sign in and it says 1 hour 15 min wait. At 2:40 I ask how much longer since there were only 2 people waiting when I got there. She tells me they have had people sign in and make appointments since I signed in and now it was going to be after 5pm another 2 and a half hours. This is a bad way to do business. If it’s a walk in clinic it should be first in first out. How do 5 people get to request an appointment ahead of me after I already checked in.
