Dr Gentry is by far the kindest most genuine doctor I have ever had! She really listens showing me that everything I say she hears. If I ever need a Rx refill or a question etc I just send a quick message to her through the St Thomas portal where she always gets back to me.

I had previously seen the same PCP for almost 15 years and was very nervous about having to switch, but Dr. Gentry was amazing. I was impressed by her diligence and thoroughness, as well as how easy it was to speak with her. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a Primary Care Provider.

My pcp Dr Jacqueline Gentry is the best there is. She takes time and she is thorough. The others there pcps and specialists at every location have been sorry as hell but Dr Gentry is a real doctor. I appreciate her.

The staff was so great and personable. The ladies at the front desk were funny. I loved the nurse- Tonya. I did not wait. They called me right to the back. Very prompt. Very kind. Dr. Gentry spent time getting to know me because I am new to their practice. She was very considerate and was not in a rush to see me and get to the next patient. Highly recommend!
