Great customers, been going to CVS for years. Pharmacy, all are great and helpful. Staff in the store are always willing to help me with a smile.

I want to record my appreciation for the staff of CVS at Second St in Brentwood. I was there for my Covid vaccine yesterday. I came across quite a few staff who went out of their way to be helpful. At checkout was Kim. As a greeter was Lynn. Very sweet person at the pharmacy. To top it all, I had a superb experience at the vaccination site. Both the women there weee exemplary in their work, had very positive body language and were very clear in their explanations of the workings of the vaccine!!!! 👌👌👌Thanks CVS 🙏

Wont ever be coming here again. Been shopping with backpack here for months without even the slightest glance. Just now couldnt even get in the store without being asked to put my backpack with valuables on the ground not even behind a register.Promptly went to safeway with problems.

Staff was rude... mumbling under his mask then irritated at me for me saying, “excuse me”. Maybe he was just having a bad day.. I’d give 1 star but they had the over the counter meds I was seeking.

Always get good customer service they know me by name.

Probably the worst CVS I have ever been to!!! If you have time to waste go to this CVS. If you dont have time to waste stay far away from this pharmacy. Everytime I go to this pharmacy it takes at least 5 hours. If I didnt have to use CVS/CAREMARK pharmacy I would never go to them again. If I could give 0 stars i would. Staff are extremely rude as well.Good luck!!

Customer service is average, not the best. However, it is CVS and you can find inexpensive cosmetic products and more.

They are always out of something! How about putting/ordering more than 2 for the shelf.
