I cannot recommend Pinnacle dermatology enough. I drove 4 hours to see Madison Webb at Pinnacle Dermatology’s brentwood location because she is that amazing-that should speak for itself. I have been a patient of Madison’s for multiple years and she truly changed the way I think of medicine for the better. As a current medical student, she is the provider I most want to imitate. Her work has shown me what truly good and personable care is. She is patient, happily answers any and all questions you have, and genuinely gets to know you as a person. I strive to one day be at least half as good of a provider as she is once I finish training. The rest of the staff is wonderful, kind, and funny. I wish you all the best and am grateful for your phenomenal work.

My son and I got in quickly. The staff was polite, courteous, and friendly. We live less than 5 minutes from Pinnacle. I would highly recommend their services

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The provider for my appointment was Madison (PA) and the nurse working with her was Olivia (RN). Both of them were extremely kind, personable, knowledgeable and professional. I was comfortable as well as confident in the care I received. I will add that the receptionist (I regret I didn’t catch her name) was equally sweet and proficient as well! I highly recommended this office and particularly these staff members for any dermatological needs. They were exceptional!

Just like all the other reviews, treated so nicely and with respect. Took time to listen and ensure I felt completely taken care of. Their treatment was spot on and was doing better by that evening with the right cream. And they took me in with a same day appointment saving my day and weekend!

The Brentwood staff has to be the most friendliest staff I have ever encountered in my 35 years of life. From the Receptionist at the front desk, to the RN, to the Provider. I honestly do not think I have ever encountered more energetic and enthusiastic people in any business EVER. The provider gave great advice and the receptionist at the front was outstanding. Definitely would recommend 100 stars in my book! Keep up the great work ladies. You do a phenomenal job!

They were amazing! They went over all of the options and were very clear about each process so that we could choose what was a best fit for our family. My child was very nervous and they were so helpful to me as a parent.

I saw Kate Merriwether, NP today. She quickly diagnosed a painful rash which was spreading on my body and prescribed two medications which have already cause the rash to subside. I am so relieved and feel much better physically.In addition, I was seen promptly and everyone was very friendly and professional. Whats not to like?

When I arrived, I was seen immediately. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I like them and scheduled another follow up appointment.

From the time I entered the office, the insurance specialist/receptionist was extremely welcoming and caring. I was scheduled with another doctor at their other location. Once the mix-up was revealed, the receptionist immediately called to make the necessary changes. I was able to be seen that day by another practitioner! The nurse was so sweet and pleasant. She made me feel so comfortable. She had excellent people skills. Madison Webb was my practitioner. She walked in and I immediately felt that this was the right place to be. Her level of knowledge concerning my matter was so reassuring. Lastly, I was introduced to the ZO skin care regimen!!!! I am SOLD!!! I was so excited to start my new facial cleanse. I’m so happy I came to Pinnacle Dermatology!!! Thank you to the ENTIRE staff for giving me just what I needed!!!!

My visit at Pinnacle was easy from start to finish. The office smelled amazing and the front reception was very welcoming. I had a short wait time before meeting with the nurse in a patient room. They asked about my needs and reason for visiting. The doctor came in and was thorough. I appreciated that she was easy to talk to. During a biopsy, the nurse explained each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend all my friends to go here for their skin needs.

Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Everyones schedule was messed up in the waiting room. My appointment was at 1 and sign on door said be back at 130. Lady got over charged while i was there and the front dest girl said she will pass it on to higher up instead of fixing it. When i was finally seen they told me i dont know what my lump was and for me to see my physician then charged me $122 for literally a 4 minute conversation. They told me if i wanted to have a cyst removed it would be $600 if i paid cash. Please note my dermatologist charges $100. Wont be back. Actually kind of a joke establishment.

UPDATE: Had my appointment yesterday and the staff were wonderful. I got in/out quickly and Im very very pleased. Thank you!Really disappointed to arrive at the Brentwood office for my first patient appointment, only to find the office closed for the day. Called the main number and receptionist seemed less than concerned and offered no explanation or apology for my inconvenience. I did reschedule for another date so well see if my experience is better next time. A simple phone call to reschedule would have been appreciated and saved me time off work and travel.

I had a fabulous time with my aesthetic nurse, Liv (Olivia). She was very patient, explained everything very thoroughly, and was very skilled. My experience was great from the moment I walked in when Marissa greeted me, to the manager Brandy checking on me and asking about my experience. I will definitely be going back!

I was able to make a new patient appointment within the same week of calling. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely friendly and the appt started right on time. The nurse who went through my history and current concerns was exceptional. The PA came in and addressed all my concerns, was not rushed and was very thorough with very practical recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Pinnacle for dermatology needs.

I had read reviews that said the the exams were not very thorough.I was a little hesitant, but I went anyway. I had an excellent experience.Kate the Nurse Prac.was very thorough and answered all my concerns. She also found a couple of moles she wanted to keep an eye on. I asked if we could just go ahead and biopsy them now and she said sure and went ahead and knocked it out. The rest of the staff was super kind and very attentive. I never leave reviews, but wanted to take the time and write this one.

Amazing place! I have a very troubling boss and only had this one day to do all things I needed to regarding doctors. I called in they were able to see me and resolved my issue that same day. The doctor and staff were very kind and sweet. Made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go to them again.

The front desk personnel of this location is amazing!I always tend to find many dermatologists are super quick - pop in the room to ask a few questions, pop you a perscription, pop out, and make sure you pay your bill (so much money for so little time)... While the individuals I saw were extremely kind, they didnt seem to spend much time with me or look very closely at my skin. How can you evaluate my skin condition from 5 feet away? Ah, well....I am not a dermatologist so perhaps I lack understanding of the trade. Not a bad experience, more of a meh.

I loved my experience at Pinnacle in Brentwood! Everyone made me feel so comfortable. It was so easy and painless!

I was excited to have a Dermatology clinic come to my area. Scheduling was great, the office was very good to reschedule to help with last minute changes for work. What fell short was the medical exam. I have a history of multiple skin cancer surgeries and get regular screenings. For this visit, I had specific concerns and also asked for a full screening exam as I was behind due to covidThe nurse practitioner did not do an exam, just asked me a few questions. I had to try and show her the specific issues. I told her what I had already tried as I am a nurse and it had not worked and she recommended the same thing instead of moving to a next step to work with my issue. I imagine I will get a bill for an extended exam which I didnt come close to getting.I just recieved my bill and it was absolutely worse than I expected. Very minimal, poor exam, 2 small lesions frozen and $400. I will never return to this office and cannot recommend them.

Today was my first visit to Pinnacle Dermatology - Brentwood, and I was extremely happy with the service I received. Dr. Jurgens was professional and friendly, as was the entire staff. Very pleased!

In additon, they treated me for a couple of other minor issues without requiring a new appointment. I was very happy with their medical skills and the way that they engaged with me.
