Personal care and attention. These folks know how to do it right! I had a bad toothache and Dr. Hill called me personally (having never met me or had me as a patient) and talked to me about my problem and walked me through my options. She ended up sending me to Endodonics specialist in the area to have a root canal and saved my vacation that occurred the next day. I was overwhelmed with the results and the personal attention that Dr. Hill gave me. When I told her so, she simply said “I would do it for any of my patients.” Highly recommend Dr. Hill and her staff!

New to area, found positive reviews about this dentist. Setting up first appointment was easy. They had to reschedule due to all of the snow and ice closures, but was able to quickly reschedule the appointment - for just a few days after the original date. Staff from front desk area to hygienist to dentist were all professional and friendly. I recommend without reservation.

Absolutely awesome visit. And of course she found a problem that Embassy Dental caused with a crown. Embassy told me I needed a root canal! Also was not pressured to buy 100 other services like Embassy ALWAYS did. And the office and staff all like each other and have been there as long time, I never saw the same dentist twice at Embassy. Was taken back early for my cleaning and Becky spent over an hour with me. Such a great experience, wish Id switched years ago.

I see Dr. Hill here, and she is amazing! She is gentle, thorough, and kind. She gives good explanations and is very attentive to make sure you are comfortable. She and the hygienists are very committed to making sure you have a great experience.

After moving to Nashville 2 years ago from Canada i was unable to find dentist of my liking, changed 2 dentist in Nashville and now since i moved to Cool Springs area, i decided to give Dr Spencer a try based on wonderful reviews online. I would say that Michelle from front desk to my Doctor Spencer, everyone was friendly and i felt no pressure in my treatment plan. Cleaning was done right with no pain. Dr. Spencer explained very well the treatment plan and at no time gave me impression of pressure to get things done fast. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area looking for dentist. I Probably will shift my whole family to this clinic soon.

Everyone in this office is fabulous. They have always been so nice to work with and as accommodating to our crazy schedules as possible. I am convinced that dentistry is part art and part science and Dr. Spencer has it all. I have had crown work from previous dentists and her work just seems to fit and feel better from the temporary through the permanent crown. She works hard to make sure everything fits and works together well before she lets you out of the chair. I am also a very nervous dental patient. I have been going to Dr. Spencer for over 5 years, and have referred others. Love her for being friendly and honest in her assessment, treatment plans, and billing. I never thought I would look forward to visiting the dentist, but I absolutely love coming in every six months. Absolutely an incredibly different experience from other Dental work I have had done. Dr. Spencer made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I have had a number of difficult and upsetting dental experiences and I could not believe how easy she made the extensive work being done seem. I feel blessed to have her as my Dentist.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. I have just had a baby and dont have a lot of free time to myself. That being said I needed a new dentist that could get me in and out. I called and asked if they had an opening for a new patient and was informed that they had just had an opening!Great! I was able to get seen quickly. The receptionist was very friendly and was able to get my insurance information approved quickly with no problems. Mary my hygienist was friendly and professional. Very good job. Didnt need much from the dentist. She came in, inspected Marys work, took a look at my x-rays and my teeth. And that was that. Very efficient, friendly and professional. What more could you ask for.The facility was clean and modern. TVs to watch while getting your teeth cleaned. All kinds of fancy machines. Will definitely recommend.

Dr. Spencer is great. Doesnt pressure you in to doing any procedures you dont want to. But is very helpful with suggestions. Mary cleaned my teeth (and my kids as well at an earlier visit). I cant say enough good things about her! She is gentle and checks in with you often to make sure youre doing OK. And she was so fantastic with my kids.

I was Dr Spencers first Nashville patient when she took over at this location a few years ago! I am very happy with her authenticity and I truly feel I can TRUST this dentist office. I have been to other dentists where you can feel the financial pressures they extend in that they get paid on commission and try to push for unnecessary work. The front desk administrator Michelle is very sweet, helpful, and fast. Mary performs great cleanings and explains things very well. They also have a lot of availability and openings unlike other Nashville dentists. Overall, a great experience!

I did not have a good experience here. The dentist was nice enough. They did a cleaning on my son and that went fine. I was seen and had a cavity done that I ended up having a lot of pain with. Her assistant and the woman at the front desk were extremely rude about it. Isnt that the measure of a doctors office? The pain was so severe, and they questioned it. Like I was lying? The tech actually took some kind of small hammer and started pounding on the tooth and the surrounding teeth. They ended up saying that I needed to go get a root canal or an extraction. After doing some research I opted for the root canal. After that whole thing I found another dentist and it was the first dentist I found in Tennessee that I thought was great. He ended up telling me that he would have redone the filling before sending me off for a root canal or extraction. Whether or not that would have helped who knows, which is why I am giving 3 stars. The woman at the front desk is brusque, the assistant that pounded on my tooth, I dont know what to say about her. She did not treat me right. The dentist sent me a nice note saying good luck but I really cant recommend.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Spencer and her staff have been wonderful. They are caring, considerate and willing to adapt to the patient. My previous dentist seemed too eager to do unnecessary work, but Ive not felt that pressure here.

I had a MAJOR root canal this morning...fully expected to be laying on the couch crying in pain tonight...Instead I have had Chinese food for lunch and a Greek gyro for dinner...I have had very little Advil, more so for inflammation because she said to but not because I have been in pain. I have recomemded Dr. Spencer before for some other work but I am AMAZED right now. She deserves every star they have and then some since Im not hurting tonight. (Ive had 28 teeth pulled by dentist and 4 impacted at the same time then had dry socket from other dentist...so I know something about teeth and pain.

I didnt have to wait long in the waiting room at all. Everyone was extremely friendly and approachable. She did a fantastic job on cleaning my teeth and fixing my chipped tooth.
