I am scared of dentists in general. Been avoiding going to one and then one of my tooth started to hurt real bad. I called Comfort Dental Care. They were very helpful. They explained the process and scheduled me for exam the same day. After evaluation Dr Porwal helped with the infection and gave me antibiotics. She explained how it was important to let the infection settle and brought be in after few days for extraction which was so easy that I was like why have I been pushing seeing dentist for my tooth. I have a dentist now I can comfortably go to.

The name says it all!My visit for cleanings and dental implants has been very comfortable and painless.Dr. Porwal and her staff are very friendly and professional. Her rates are reasonable and she has in depth knowledge on dental procedures and preventative maintenance.The place is very clean and has modern equipment. Event though I live in Elk Grove, CA it is very well worth the drive.

This has to be the worst shadiest dental office I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I have dentalInsurances and the biller tried to charge me full price for a bunch of work I didn’t need. Didn’t even bother running it through the insurance. Who does that?! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Dr Porwal is the best!My son who is a nervous wreck had a great visit with her. He had three of his teeth pulled. Her skills to give painless shots is amazing. Quick and precise work. Front office was great in accommodating our schedule.Very fair costs for the quality of work !!

After our dentist of several years retired, we started looking for another dentist. Dr. Porwals reviews were great so we started going to her about 3 yrs. ago. We have been very pleased with her. She does all kinds of dentistry so its very convenient getting most work done in one place. We would certainly recommend Comfort Dental Care and Dr Porwal wholeheartedly.

I love this place!! I had so much anxiety just thinking about walking into a dentist office, after having a bad experience with a previous dentist. I ended up having to find a new dentist to take care of a painful tooth which ended up with a root canal. I knew I had a few things wrong with my teeth but always deferred treatment earlier to which it got to the point where my tooth was hurting. I was pretty nervous about my visit based on past experience. However from the moment I came to this place it has been a very comfortable experience. They are very friendly all staff and the Doctor. In a matter of first 5 minutes of my visit my anxiety levels were down. Dr Porwal took the time to explain all the issues to me. It was such a eye poping moment when I understood why my teeth was in the state it was in. No one in the past had talked or explained about my perio and bone impact of these issues to my tooth in such clear way that Dr Porwal explained. Once I understood the cause she gave me the solution recommendations.Just simple, straightforward information. She said I am the one to make decision. With all information I now had decision was very easy. Dr Porwal lets do it! My teeth are in much better shape now. I highly recommend Dr Porwal and Comfort Dental Care.

I found Dr Porwal online on yelp. I was looking for a dentist that does all implant procedure in house. I didnt want to go to several offices during the whole treatment. Dr Porwals credentials looked good and reviews were great so made an appointment for evaluation. The evaluation for implants was complimentary which is always good. The office is very nice. The reception area is nicely done like a homey feel to it. The office is also nice you know like non threatening.They have all the latest equipment, and the office is very clean. There is a television above each dental chair so the patients can watch anything they choose to during their visit.The evaluation went very well and Dr Porwal explained the process very well. I was in a rush to get everything done quickly and she explained the process and why she would like to do things a certain way. It all made sense. I am very happy with the service and office and would definitely recommend the office.

Had a terrible experience here! Recommended work that didn’t need to be done (received other recommendations to confirm this) and tried to overcharge for the work that did not need to be done. Buyer beware!

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Porwal!!! The pain shot was excruciating even before the needle was applied. After an hour of waiting for work on my tooth I decided to just leave. I was not going to let her give me another pain shot. I will NEVER go back!

I went for a consult for Dental implants after consulting a few other places. After meeting with Dr. Porwal I knew this was where I was going to have my full mouth restoration. The Dr and staff were professional to say the least I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked through the door.

Absolutely the best dentist you will find. From the moment I walked in I felt genuine care from everyone. Each staff was friendly and took care of you. Dr Porwal is very personable and she knows her stuff is clearly evident when she talks with you. She explains what her findings are in great detail. I had a lot of questions and she took time to make sure all of them were answered to satisfaction. Awesome job! The couple of other dentist I met regarding the issue didnt seem to explain the root cause which in my case for bad bite./alignment. Dr Porwal not only explained why fixing it in short term is important but also why working towards getting the right bite is important. Thank you Dr Porwal

I called this office first as an emergency patient. They were able to accommodate the same day. I am scared of dentist to say the least which is the reason why the emergency came in the first place. But here I felt very comfortable. Doctor Porwal was very gentle with the needles and seemed very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and nice.

This is the absolute worst dentist office in the area. I took the day off of work to come in and get a whitening treatment done. The head dentist is a Indian lady and I feel as if she is racist

I have tears of joy. Dr. Porwal and her staff are caring, sweet, attentive and supportive. Ms. Ashley knew how afraid I was to have the work done. So she made sure I would be at ease having the procedure done. She and the Dr. answered all my questions. The day of my procedure, they made sure I was sedated and at ease. Dr. Porwal was sweet, comforting and quick. I have had horrible experiences with dentists so I was beyond petrified!! Comfort Care Dental has changed all of that. I love my new dentist professionals and I can smile with confidence because of them. I highly recommend this practice. Im a client for life!!

From the moment I made the first call to this office I have loved this place. Great Friendly Staff. Great Doctor. Dr Porwal is genuinely interested in the care of her patients and takes all her time to explain the treatment and answer all question/concerns. Never did I feel rushed or felt just like another customer. Infact in my first visit I felt so welcome and appreciated that I felt I have been coming here for ages. With Dr Porwal as your dentist and a great staff to support your needs you cant go wrong!
