Hannah was very knowledgeable. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and she made it seem painless. I even received a 50% off discount for my first time. Its a great location. Very clean and they have protocols for Covid19 here in place. Every bed has a new paper lining to lay on. Hannah walked me through each process and I will be a returning client from here on. I arrived to my first appointment early and the host was very friendly and accommodating. She booked me with Hanna so I could get in sooner and Im so glad I did. Hannah was amazing. She talked me through her process and gave me expertise and personal experienced advice on the products I inquire about.

At first I was really excited about this place it was clean, I liked the blue wax they use it was gentle but when I got home I realized she missed large areas, and it doesn’t even look like she paid attention to the fact she missed sections. I paid for a full Brazilian and even gave a large tip to come home and find out how much hair she left. I have done wax for years and have never had it done this poorly. It literally looks SOO unfinished. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The best Brazilian wax I’ve ever had! Andrea is the Sh*t 😂 she was so gentle and quick, I barely felt anything while getting my brows done and my Brazilian wax was almost painless. I’ve already recommended two people to her and my appointment was less than 5 hours ago, she’s absolutely great! We talked and laughed about different things as she was doing both of my waxes I felt very comfortable. The girls at the front desk were friendly as well. I love this place I will definitely be back every-time I need a wax!!

The absolute worst wax job ive had on any body part ever. came here for the first time for a full brazilian and left still covered in hair. literally was no point in even coming here cause i went home still needing to shave everything. aside from doing an awful job, the girl had ZERO personality and did nothing to help ease the pain or the awkwardness of the situation. wouldnt even let me get dressed alone and refused to leave when i asked her for some privacy. i could not recommend this place less!!!

Leah was absolutely amazing. I just moved to TN a month ago and was nervous about finding a new wax specialist since my last was my favorite. My first visit here was great, the receptionist was very friendly and they were very health conscious and had guests wait outside of the lobby. I walked around until I was sent a text that my appointment was ready. The room was very clean and Leah answered any and all questions I had. I told her I have a very low pain tolerance and she was helpful in getting the job done quick and easy. I had a Brazilian and my under arms done in no time. I’m so relieved I found a great place to get my waxes done!

Love EWC and LOVE the Brentwood location! After getting zero response from the Green Hills store after numerous attempts, they gladly accepted me and made sure to get me in. I would highly recommend them!

I’ve made two appointments here. While the service is great, customer service at the front desk is mediocre at best. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my services.Edit: I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars after a conversation with the manager. I appreciate the fact that they took the time to reach out, hear about my experience, and then explain the steps they will take to make sure my experience will not happen again.

The receptionists were very friendly. Being a first time customer, I got a free eyebrow wax. My eyebrow girl was friendly, gentle and attentive to keeping my brow shape the way it suited best to me. The normal rate (being that my forst time was free) is $21- which after doing my research, it was the most inexpensive. Overall the experience was great! They earned a new customer.

I’ve been to multiple European Wax Centers and the Brentwood location is the best one I’ve been to in terms of staff and quality of services. My back waxes at other places before were always painful but after my first wax here there was no going back for me, I’m so glad my girlfriend suggested European Wax Center.Being a man I’ve never felt awkward here. Their staff is always accommodating and friendly.

I want to first say I have given this location two weeks to call me back about my concern before leaving a review.My experience on 3/29 was the oddest customers service I have ever had. There was no consultation, there was not questions about what i wanted. I honestly felt as soon as I got on the table and laid back she slapped the wax on my face. My eyebrows now look like two Julian Fries laid across my forehead! The receptionist was great and recommend Zoe as everyone else has on these reviews. Just very disappointed there was not even call back about my concern.

Took me in as a walk in. I had an appointment at another facility that wanted me to get a dr note (I have ptsd due to sexual trauma) just to have my partner in the room for my first waxing. EWC was kind, understanding, and very accommodating for my needs. Would totally recommend again.

Terrible customer service. After an extremely disappointing encounter with the receptionist, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told the manager would call me the next day. I also asked to speak with the owner and was told their contact information could not be provided. I never recieved a call from management.The receptionist had argued with me over arrival time although she was on the telephone when I arrived. The late policy is extremely rigid. You will not be seen if you walk in 10 or more minutes late by their computer clock. I arrived 13 minutes late. The receptionist argued with me about how many minutes I had been there although I openly admitted I missed the 10 minute mark.I will never return and would encourage everyone to be sure to arrive at least five minutes before your appointment just in case their or your watch runs a bit slow or fast. Truly disappointing...

ErinP has been my waxer for several years, and she always does a GREAT job! Erin has appointments available that work with my schedule (afternoons, nights, & weekends). So check it... Appt at 6:15 and I hit traffic (wreck I suppose?) on Old Hickory. I call them before 6:15 to let them know and they say that if I get their 9 min late, theyll have to cut one of my services. I had my shoulders and back planned.I get in the door at 6:25 and they say I cant get my back. I say Im fine removing shoulders, but they say they cant do the back.And that was it. No offer to reschedule, no remorse. No we can go a bit faster - just stone cold. I like EWC, so Ill chalk it up to whomever worked the desk on July 9th.Capitalism is efficient, lots of places to spend your money.

Ive been a EWC customer for several years now.. Had a few hiccups regarding appointments & one experience that left me in pain but the tech was new and the hiccups were not major so I continued to patronize them. Today that ends. I had an appointment for Friday. Recieved a call/text Thursday canceling that appointment because the tech wasnt coming back in town so we rescheduled the appointment to Saturday after 1pm. Then I recieved a call Friday telling me the Tech I was rescheduled with couldnt come in, so now theyre rescheduling me to a new time on Saturday. At this point im trying to accomdate EWC to recieve a service & pay them for said service, so Ive adjusted my schedule twice. I was going to bea few minutes late, no way around it, so I called to let them know. I arrived 8 min past my appointment time, found a parking spot at the end of a very congested parking lot and walked in the door 1 min past their 9 min grace period gate and was told I could not be serviced because unfortunately I was over their grace period time & the computer locked them out so they could not put me with anyone else Im completely at a loss. Had THEY not moved my appointment around not once but twice I would have never had to rearrange my schedule to try and meet theirs to spend money with them. But this is Customer Service now, we spend our money & accommodate them....thats all! I wont be back & will tell anyone who asks not to spend their money with European Wax Center!!
