Hands down the best treatment center in Tennessee. The staff is amazing they all deeply care about your recovery. Great community it was like one big family. It was a bitter sweet moment when I left. Sweet because I was ready for my new start. Bitter leaving behind the great relationships built. Did not want to leave. A+

This place builds you up and works to better you. Gives you hope. The food is amazing! Your laundry is done for you by the staff whenever you need it, and is always neatly folded. By far the most accommodating and comprehensive treatment facility I have ever been to. From the janitor to the administration everyone truly has your success and well being at heart. I have never been so supported in my journey to sobriety. The facility is clean and well kept, and everywhere you look there is an outlet for your creativity. The rooms are spacious and full of first class amenities. The curriculum is well designed and relevant to give you the tools you need to be successful in the “real world “. They have world class outside musicians and speakers which make their NA/-AA meetings one of a kind never before have I enjoyed an AA meeting, here I didn’t just enjoy them I even chaired a few. If you are considering this place for yourself or a loved one I would highly recommend it above other facility’s such as Cumberland heights which is well known as a top notch treatment but don’t even compare to RU. There is a reason that they have a higher completion and success rate then other treatments it is because they have a superior curriculum facility and staff. I can’t say enough about recovery unplugged. Thank you guys for helping me to get my life back. World class and one of a kind I am so lucky to have found it.

Love Recovery Unplugged! I have already told as many people as I can that I really trust the clinical staff here. I know that many of the staff (including but not only the therapists) are very dedicated to giving individualized care, which means that they see the person as they are, and dont try to use a one-size-fits-all approach. A lot of time and energy is spent determining the best way to help each person, and it really shows. A person struggling with addiction who loves music or art will really excel here.

This place exceeded my wildest dreams. I was apprehensive as I was walking in, however I am leaving this place amazed. From the techs, therapists, cooks, nurses, case managers, coordinators and directors, they all went above and beyond. This is not my first treatment center, however, I walk out with hope and confidence that it will be my last. I walked in here a broken human and I’m leaving a confident and hopeful man. If you’re looking for a group of people who genuinely care instead of just looking at you as a payday, this is the place.

My experience with Recovery Unplugged was the best I could have ever asked for to get the treatment I needed. I am 57 days sober and feel so much better. I can honestly say they saved my life. RU truly cares about your recovery and getting you the help you need. The entire staff is amazing they go above and behind to assist you in the program. There is 24/7 nursing staff, counselors, Drs, therapist, caring techs, music therapy, live music from recovering addicts, nice comfortable beds, and great chefs that cook 3 times a day, amazing unlimited amounts of food. While it’s only a beginning in a new life, it’s the solid foundation that I needed. The therapists were amazing and each group was led with purpose. If you are struggling with addiction I highly recommend the RU Nashville location. The staff (therapists, techs, and even the kitchen staff) goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and loved. I was at one of my darkest times in life and with the guidance of RU was able to better understand the emotions of my addiction and relapse. I learned something about myself during each daily session. The use of music as therapy is a unique benefit as well. There was something very relaxing about music being played throughout the facility at all times. I loved being able to spend time reading and writing or simply hanging out with the other resident addicts watching movies in the common areas. I felt safe. Knowing I was not alone in my journey to stay sober is a great feeling. I made many friends and left staying in touch with many of them. RU was home to me for several weeks and I took that time to really focus on myself and my recovery. I should also mention the food and bedrooms were also top-notch!

I completed a detox and residential program at Recovery Unplugged Nashville in September and couldnt have had a better experience getting sober. I was absolutely terrified at the thought of going to rehab but every single person at RU made me feel as comfortable and cared for as I possibly could. The nurses, techs, counselors, and chefs are all wonderful. Group meetings were beneficial and the days are busy and structured to keep you engaged.The facilities are hotel quality, your health and comfort during the detox is closely monitored, the food is great - (Im a picky eater and there is no way anybody could go hungry here) and your ultimate goal of sobriety is the #1 focus! The integration of music into recovery is great and you in no way need to be a musician. When I neared graduation they set me up with resources for aftercare to begin once I got back home since I had traveled to Recovery Unplugged from out of state and wasnt sure where to begin once I returned home.I felt compelled to leave a review here since reading the ones for Recovery Unplugged ultimately helped me decide to go here for my detox/rehab. Look no further for an exceedingly positive rehab experience.

RU Nashville saved my life. I checked in during Christmas time in 2019. They have a brand new facility that is extremely cozy and accommodating. The staff go above and beyond for the clients, I bonded with every single one of them. I loved the musical aspect of the program. I never thought music could be such a huge part of my recovery. They have weekly jam nights and invite musicians with years of sobriety to come play and share their stories. I will never forget my experience at Recovery Unplugged!

I just got completed the program at Recovery Unplugged Nashville and I really could not even express how much I loved the experience and how grateful I am for everything they did for me. Starting with the amazing staff from the first call to the case manager helping me find employment and an amazing after care plan, to the chefs, nutritionist, nurses, techs, and especially the counselors/ therapists, everyone that works there really cares about each individual and makes sure every need is met. Also the facility itself is very beautiful and the beds were amazing also TVs in your room really made a difference during those rough detox days. Then the cherry on top is the integration of music in the classes along with live musicians coming every week. Plus if youre a musician yourself they have plenty of instruments or you can bring your own. They say music makes the difference and I know that is true for me personally. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of recovery!!!Thank you Recovery Unplugged for being the place that finally made the difference for me getting on the best path to stay clean and have a better life!

Recovery unplugged was a great place toGo for my first time in recovery. They made me very comfortable when I first arrived, calmed my nerves and allowed me to sleep for a few days which was crucial to me, I needed the sleep! After I got some good rest I was encouraged to go to group but it wasn’t mandatory. Once I was feeling up to par I joined in on group meetings. The therapists here are incredible and highly accredited. The medical staff and the techs truly care for your wellbeing. Overall I rate this experience a five star, as far as treatment centers they are top notch, I would recommend this place to anyone!

The facilities are OUT OF THIS WORLD! They made me as comfortable as possible in order to smoothly begin my recovery process. The staff cares very much, from the therapists who dealt with my sour attitude with kindness and understanding all the way to the cooks who knew me by name and cooked personalized good food that I could eat! After years of going from facility to facility for recovery I finally found one that worked. From techs to nurses cooks and therapist the nicest, most encouraging helpful staff around. Food is great and as a musician it was awesome. No shortage of fender tube amps. I’m going from barely putting two days together to coming up on six months clean and I owe so much gratitude to Recovery Unplugged Nashville for it. This place was exactly what I’ve been looking for! Been clean 7 months since I relapsed and I got the opportunity to go there. Different than any other place, I knew once I arrived I was going to stay and make it .The staff -was incredible!My room was amazing. Beds are so comfortable and my room felt like home.But the best part is the music. If music is a part of you and your life, this is your place! Live music in the dining room on certain evenings and I’ve seen clients get up and play.Since I’ve left I’ve received calls to check on me and been given resources for help during pandemic.I’ve been to several places, this is different, this one works! I highly recommend!

I am so disheartened by the outcome of this journey with RU. I put all of my honesty into calling them back and explaining my relapse and they refused to help me go out of state... something I definitely needed because obviously Florida was not working. They have a wonderful program but for someone like myself who referred over 30 people to them and counting, they were not willing to go out of their way to help me go out of state and continue this journey to success. I will go elsewhere for help.

I was blessed with a scholarship through Face The Music for a 30 day treatment and I can honestly say that deciding to go there has been the best decision of my life. The ENTIRE staff is incredible. Everyone that works there genuinely cares about the community. Not to mention the atmosphere and awesome food will make u feel right at home. Its crazy.. The other rehabs Ive went to I was counting down the days until I could go home. But this place was kinda difficult to leave. The connections w the staff I made and friendships i made there is something I am truly grateful for. All of the tools I learned to stay clean while being there are REALLY working. I will be 90 days clean tomorrow Jan 18th. And I know I wouldnt be able to say that right now if it wasnt for R.U. I really miss all of yall very much! And I will come visit ASAP!! Much love! Always! I was at Recovery Unplugged for 28 days and it was incredible. They have full size comfortable plush beds with TVs in each room. They have around the clock nursing staff and techs. The client lounges have TVs and Xbox, there’s a ping pong table. The outside smoking area is really nice where you can play basketball or corn hole. The staff is AMAZING they are there for you and actually care. They have the best advice because they have been through it. They check in on you once a week when you leave as well as have an alumni meeting once a week. Their groups are so fun and different. The open mic once a week totally helped everyone grow and it wasn’t just singing! We really built a community there that I still see now outside of there. RU really feel like home especially with Nick and Amanda’s cooking! They cook all 3 meals and they are BOMB EVERYTIME! I didn’t want to leave when it came time. I would totally recommend Recovery Unplugged to anyone struggling. It saved my life!!!

Recovery unplugged gave me hope when i had none!! the staff members had a huge impact on my journey most of them share our same story. I will forever be grateful to this little community!!! They dont shove na/aa down your throat like all the other places ive been before. They focus alot on your mental health, and help teach you healthy coping skills. Today if i needed help and needed to reach out i know 100% hands down my fellows alcoholics and addicts would be there with open arms, go way out of the way to make sure i am okay and would not judge me. Heard about them from 1029 the buzz. Cant say enough good things about this place, the staff, the healing, the facility... The Food! Counselors that will push you forward, to let you know they have your back, and Alumni that do it right.

Excellent facility. All the staff from admission, nursing, counselors, technicians, etc are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone I know. The use of music is fantastic. Plenty of instruments to use during down time. There is nothing more there I could have asked for.

This facility is exceptional. Everyone here is amazing - the counselors, directors, techs, and staff really care about each and every client. They go out of their way on a daily basis to make sure clients have the best experience and treatment possible. The music integration sets this place apart from other facilities. I would highly recommend RU to anyone suffering from addiction. Cant say enough good things about this place.

I just wanted to add an update to my initial review, it has been a year now and I am still doing great. I am currently enrolled in College to get my Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice/ Human Services. I also still go to meetings and give back, and so many more things I cant fit on here and it all started with Recovery Unplugged! I still own my life to this program! Now this is the review when I first left *I think that this program is progressive. Its a great way to help someone with the disease of addiction get through the detox and and first stages of recovery in a intelligent, soothing, modern way. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with this disease!!!
