Everyone was wonderful. So friendly and I didnt have to wait very long.

My experience with this clinic was awful first they keep me waiting for almost 4 hrs. second the installations are old and nasty , after all that experience i receive a latter in the mail saying that my insurance din t pay $200 of my MRI , so i call them and i set a payment plan of $20 automatic payments per month, i see they charger me with the first month and i was ok with that , i din t worry about that anymore, and 5 months later i receive a call from a collection agency saying that i need to pay my $209.59 bill with Brenham clinic MRI and my credit was already damage because of that and i dint believe at first so i call the clinic and they told me that my account was send to collection already and i need to pay my bill with them and i was why?!? if im in a automatic monthly payment and the lady very rude say sir we dint receive any payments and it looks like the payment plan was settle wrong and i say so how you charge me the first month or send me some notification like a letter phone call or a email ??? and the lady answer I dont know and you need to speak to the collection agency this is not our problem anymore , sir i have 3 more calls in hold and i need to answer them i wish you the best ok luck bye and She hung up on me, so rude !!now i trying to deal with the collection agency and trying to fix my credit. i din t receive any latter saying that i was late on my payments or something,
