The ladies at brenham clinic are very professional and always willing to help in anyway they can.I really enjoyed my experience

The main staff manager I guess you can say whatever she was had an attitude. I explained my situation and I understood they missed up something that wasn’t even my fault And she had an attitude that was toward me. Very unprofessional no matter whose at fault. I didn’t get an attitude, I didn’t argue with her I just walked out. I’ve been coming for years and it seems to be getting worse. Only staying because Dr. Baker was there and had another training under him. Need more people like Dr Baker. Or more positive like him. Staff is just plain rude.

For thirty years my wife and I have benefitted from the care of excellent doctors and efficient staff. The increase of part time specialists these past 10 years has only added to our praise of the facility and staff. May they serve the community for many years to come.

THE ONLY REASON WE GIVE THEM ONE STAR IS DR. BAKER IS A GREAT DOCTOR . BUT AS FAR AS THE OFFICE HELP AND THE PRICES...WOW LACKING FOR SURE. NO WONDER INSURANCE IS SO HIGH THESE FOOLS THINK THEY SHOULD MAKE $600 PER HOUR. TOOK MY DAUGHTER IN FOR HER 5 YR OLD CHECK-UP $150 FOR A 15 MIN APPOINTMENT. FINDING A DIFFERENT DOCTOR

Not really comfortable getting any kind of medical care here. Im really disappointed with the care I receive there

This clinic is not what it used to be. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of Dr Baker. He is very good with my kids. Its hard to even see him these days..I dont like anything else about this clinic. We are currently looking elsewhere.

Dr. Loesch is one of the most knowledgeable physicians. I am so blessed to have him as my attending physician. He really cares about my medical needs. You cant find a more caring and knowledgeable Physician. His staff is wonderful and extremely caring too!. Thank you! Cynthia

First class and professional. Some waiting, but unless youre a Dr or have worked at a Drs office, you dont know the amount of people seen and care required. The same people who complain about waiting complain when the Dr doesnt spend enough time with them.

Ive gone here since I was a child and now my daughter sees dr hussman. Nothing bad to say! They always thoroughly answer all questions i have. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long but its more than worth the wait to have a doctor who listens.

A joke....... basically all I can say! Wish i could rate a zero star. Dr.Husmann is a complete waste of a doctor. So many skilled Physicians out there looking for work, but yet our small city gets this!

It took Brenham clinic 20 minutes to even answer the phone while making my appointment and they were very unprofessional when answering. They wanted to know what exactly I needed to see my doctor for which was very personal. Not something I wanted to share with reception. When I went to my scheduled appointment on the 1st which was almost a 2 week wait, they had naturally “LOST” me in their new system and blamed the computer. I had taken off work and scheduled around this important doctor’s visit. It would be nice if they acted like professionals.

I have yet to have a bad experience with this clinic. Sweet staff and drs. Not understanding why so many bad reviews. Ive yet to have an issue with scheduling an appointment. I never wait. It must be the times people are choosing to call. Not understanding that clinics too have rush hours. Keep doing a good job staff. Youre doing great.

The only reason Im giving two stars instead of one is because of two incredibly sweet ladies. Other than the two of them I spoke with one shockingly rude lady with a horrible attitude! The mess up was on their end but she spoke to me like I was an idiot and wasting her time. I should not have to call four times to have something fixed (be promised a return phone call and never recieve one), or be spoken to like that. I was raised to treat people with respect, I was never rude nor disrespectful, and I expect to receive the same in return. Sad to treat customers like that, we will be taking our time and money to another business

The Brenham Clinic has taken a nose dive in service quality with the takeover by Baylor Scott and White. What used to be a highly efficient clinic is now mired in corporate inefficiencies. You wait 10+ mins on hold to make appointments now. You wait 2 weeks to see a doctor that you could often see the same day previously. Referrals happen without the proper information being passed on to the specialist.Great doctors, great staff, horrible administration by corporate. Thanks BS&W for screwing up a great place.

EDIT: After Baylor Scott and White took control of the clinic, I took a chance to make an appointment with their awesome pediatrician, Dr. Jennifer Jones. Weve taken our kids as needed for the past year, and Im happy to report that the previous poor quality of their billing department has been corrected. Im now a fan of Brenham Clinic and would recommend it to anyone needing care in Brenham.I have visited Brenham Clinic many times in the past year, both for my three children, and myself. The care is excellent. We love every doctor, nurse, and PA weve seen. However, something is amiss with their insurance filing department. With over half of the visits, something has been mis-filed, and weve been told we owe more than we do. And it doesnt matter which insurance you use, either - weve had two different major companies in the last year. Every time, I have to call them, point out the mistake and they say, oops, yes, we goofed. Most recently, they goofed, but reported us to a debt collector instead of fixing the problem. Im still fighting them about this to get them to call off the dogs for their mistake. As much as we love the doctors and nurses, we will have to switch to a different office for our familys care. I cant waste my time chasing down every billing mistake.

Purposely scheduled first appointment of the day for a booster vacination. After checking in at the front, I was told to go to the childrens waiting area and they would call to let them know we had arrived. As we waited, three others went in before us. None of the nursing professionals asked if we had been helped or what we were there for. I had to go find the nurses station myself and ask about our appointment before we were even acknowledged. No one apologized for the wait or seemed to care. Needless to say, very disappointed.

Im only giving them a star because I have to. Ive been trying to get medical records and unfortunately its difficult to get a return call from them. Long story short I finally had someone email me the release form. I got an email back the next day saying my husband had to sign it and Also, it is not filled out correctly. Really? When all they send you is a form without any specific instructions or that maybe you cant sign the form which by than you have wasted more time. Wow! Not only are they rude on the phone but also unprofessional when they send emails. I guess Im going to have to drive to Brenham and guess what I wont be surprised that no one can help me when I get there.

This is really just a review for the transition to Scott and White. For those that didnt know it, Brenham Clinic is now part of S&W. And, the transition is a total cluster. The phone wait times were usually bearable before, but now they are HORRIBLE. I realize its going to take some time, but 20 minutes is ridiculous. And, shame on you for changing your phone number after 900 years of having the same number. Thats such BS. The new website is unhelpful. You have to be registered with S&W. But, hay, cant do that unless you talk to them or make an appointment. Bit of a runaround. Heres hoping the transition to bigger and better things gets a lot smoother in a short amount of time.

I have have been using the clinic regularly for 3 years and have always found the staff very helpful and responsive. Its very convenient and responsive to peoples needs and gladly recommend them to family and friends.

This place is a joke. I only go to the doctor if I feel horrible. Ive been feeling like I have the flu for 5 days, so I figured it was time to go. After waiting in triage for 30 minutes, my name was called and heres what was said Dr Mikeska says no. You havent been here since 2015 so she would have to do a full write up and she doesnt have time. Im not going to lie -- I lost my cool. How completely unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Very disappointing! Ive been going to the Brenham Clinic for over 5 years and since Scott and White has taken over its terrible! The hold time on the telephone to make an appointment is about a 15 minute wait. Last week I contacted Scott and White to have a nurse return my call concerning a question I had with my sons doctors visit. It took 4 calls and two days for them to return my call. Today I contacted Scott and White because Im having problems with the medication they prescribed me. I called 3 times today to get a hold of my doctor to see what I need to do, after waiting 7 hours I have not got a call back. In the past the nurse always returned my calls within an hour. This is just sicking!

I had a problem with a doctor and called Melissa McCune the Hospital administrator. Ive left 3 messages and she still has not returned my calls.

Since becoming part of Scott and White the Brenham Clínic has become a nightmare to deal with. At no fault of the doctors

Staff and Dr were rude and unhelpful when I was trying to make an appointment. I can not even imagine how unhelpful they would be over the long term! Dodged a bullet by going to Baylor, Scott and White.Clearly the Brenham clinic does not need business!

Whenever you are made to Pay Before Any Services Rendered -- Be Very Suspicious! I went here only because Ive recently moved to Brenham from Houston - I brought in my labwork taken 5 days prior to my appointment, my prescription bottles and was needing to have one medicine written for adhd Ive taken for years. The doctor was more concerned about showing off to impress the two interns he brought in the room without asking my permission first, then preceded to insult me - literally calling me a liar to my face and checking my honesty with another doctor who VERIFIED my honesty...and without apologizing - actually looked shocked when I DEMANDED my money back! He then preceded to tell me he did a LOT for me... ?!! Really? I said ... youve insulted me and called me a LIAR - youve done nothing to be proud of! I told the Director I have Socks older than that quack and he clearly has had NOT received training regarding speaking to a PATIENT... I was reimbursed - but still give 1 star only because I must in order to warn people -- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and APPALLED BY THE RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THIS DOCTOR!

Front desk staff run the place better than any other office. Dishonest in their billing and insurances offices. Report you to collections on bills paid 10 months before.
