Took my 5 year old son here to get a hair cut for picture day. 1st the lady didnt ask what we wanted done. I eventually told her what we wanted. She said she would use a #1 I told her no not that short but she decided to use it anyways. I stopped her before o had a bald child.. even though it was a little late for that.. It ended in her giving the most awful hair cut. I have never actually cried over a hair cut until that day. Chunks of hair gone she couldnt even try to fix. Never will go to this location again. I shouldnt have even paid for that hair cut!!

Worst hair cut of my life! I just got a trim and shampoo less than an inch off. And the lady charged me $30. After my shampoo my hair was in knots and she started using a comb to brush out the knots. But she did it so rough that my head started to hurt, and there was a hair ball in the combs she was using. She was extremely rough on my already fragile bleached hair. Not a good experience at all…

When patronizing a place like great clips, I go in knowing that speed is one of things to expect. And, while this isnt the pricier shampoo, scalp massage, cut, and style sort of establishment - I did not walk away feeling that I received a discount haircut at a discount price. I felt that my stylist heard and understood what I wanted and even asked some clarifying questions before getting started. If you have a more complex desired style or have hair that takes more specialized care then this probably isnt the place for you. But if youre looking for a quality cut that fits a tight budget, then I suspect that youd be pleased when you leave the chair.

Desiree or however you spell it (I do not care to learn) was an absolute disrespectful employee. Riddle me this. If you have an appointment, you would show up on time and expect to be taken at that time or a short while after. After waiting for her to be done with her appointment she then takes another customer. Claiming “we’ll he checked in before you.” Mind you we checked in around 8-9am and set the appointment for later. We had said “no we checked in earlier and set an appointment.” She then told us we need to check in again and wait until 6pm. She then decided to be rude and very unprofessional. We walked out and have decided we will never be going to this location again. Due to rudeness, lying, and unacceptable behavior. She claimed she was the manager but her other coworkers looked very unsure of that. I do not recommend anyone going to this location especially to see Desiree. 0/10. Worst experience ever. We loved going here until we were lied to and belittled.

Yeaa no. i went for a haircut, the usual, low fade, looked terrible i had to ask for them to fade it more to the point where i said if they could just raise the backs cus you can clearly see the line. i get out to the sunlight and i see the fade line even more. never again. good people. not a good haircut for men.

I like they have my haircut records which gives me the same haircut each time. I also like getting on the list before I arrive. Good and friendly service every time.

Definitely not a stylist salon, it’s definitely somewhere to go and get something fast and easy. Employee definitely messed up my hair and I would’ve preferred her telling me she didn’t know hot to cut my hair the way I wanted instead of making it worst…

Had my sons first haircut today! They did an amazing job! Calm patient and always professional. Done in about 10 minutes.

They put us on a list and made us wait 2 hours. Then closed without telling us so were waiting in the parking lot. No notification about we are closing, you didnt make the cut, nothing. When we called they said they were closed they cleared their board. NO notification about we are closing nothing. Very infuriating and unprofessional.

It was a long wait but I did the electronic check-in so I got all my errands taken care of while waiting. My hairdresser was super nice and Im very pleased with my haircut.

Excellent food and given the pandemic, they are curtious to the diners eating within.

Originally visited this place because I heard great things about my coworkers wife Desiree. She cut my hair to perfection and I havent visited another place since. Ive even been cut by a couple of other stylists here who did a great job as well. Give this place a shot!

Ive been getting my haircut here for the past 20 + years and they have never failed me. I got my haircut a couple of times elsewhere and found out that it was not a good idea. When something is not broke.... Dont fix it!

Haircut wasn’t great, kept having to tell the stylist to go over the same spot. This was after showing up and told I had to wait outside while waiting for my haircut but once I was in the chair 2 people were allowed to wait inside. The stylist was also visibly upset that I was using a free haircut coupon from Veterans Day. Overall not the worst but save your time and go to the Silverdale location.

Not good. I wish they would listen to what my daughter wants. Weve been here several times and she got a good cut only twice so we came back. Today was terrible. It was even but not at all what she asked for.

My reasoning behind two stars is after both my son and I went over our desires for his trim the stylist decided to undermine my request and chose her own style. Though my son was excited to have his hair styles again it was not what either of us asked. Due to Covid I was asked to stand outside while she trimmed his hair. Otherwise, I would have intervened. When I asked my son why he didnt say anything he stated he tried but she was to persistent. I am very upset and will not return due to this issue. The shop was clean and everyone was polite. I hope this helps.

Nowhere to sit.Better off checking in online, but call ahead to confirm when to come as time gets very sporadic. Stylists wear plastic gowns and face shields. Overall a decent experience despite challenging times.

Staff is friendly and do a pretty good job, but you cannot choose your hair stylist, so the jobs between stylists can be inconsistent.

What can you say about this awesome crew. From the manager Jackie down, this crew is all about the customer service. If you are sensitive to how your hair is cut, just say so and theyll take extra care to make sure you are happy. Since they all come from different back grounds and schools, you are best to speak up if youve never been here before. They are even sensitive to those like me who are losing their hair.

Good location. Usually get my hair cut when i am also out getting groceries and gas. I go in every other weekend. Mainly good barbers but high turn over so you may see some fresh faces and unexpected interpretations of haircuts. I like that you can check in online and then show up right when youre expected to be seen. Online check in is probably the best feature for me. Also, most haircuts are $17 + tip. Super Cuts in the same complex was $22 + tip.

Its a great place for fast friendly service. Ive been going there for 1 year now and liked everyone who cut my hair. They keep notes in the system of your style, likes and dislikes.

Poorly managed. Their electronic check in system means that you have to wait on people that aren’t here. I got into a staring contest to an stylist that was waiting for a customer for 5 minutes. Why is there money more valuable than mine? I get that they should get priority if they are here. But while waiting for their arrival they should make every effort to service walk in customers.

For being apart of a chain, the stylists there are good at what they do. the Gal that gave me a beard trim even asked what kind of trim i wanted and she did a phenominal job at making sure my beard was as even all the way around as possible. they all have a keen eye for detail and quality at this branch

Reason for a low mark is the fact I checked in online and arrived on time, only to be bumped and told to wait for an additional 15min.If I were to show up late I could understand but this was not the case. I took time out of my day to download the app and drive to this location based off the wait time. The other location at Silverdale was a 110min wait. This one was 25min wait PLUS my 15min wait = 40min wait.

Reliable for boys haircuts. Coming for a few years and its been consistent. Nice that they save your style, makes it hard to forget what you like and easy to communicate what the other stylist did.

Liked my stylest. I signed in online so it was only a 5 minute wait for my hair cut. She listened well to what I said, i just didnt say what I meant so my hair ended up a bit shorter then I expected but everyone still loves it and its hair itll grow back.

My second haircut there I dont believe Ill go anywhere else Im very satisfied theyre all polite and friendly and I love the way my hair looks when they cut it just the way I like it !

I have been getting the same haircut for the last 15 years. I have NEVER gotten it so poorly as I did the other day at this establishment. Its a basic mens Cesar cut. My hair is uneven, and looks terrible from every angle. When I asked the stylist to shorten the sides to look right, she told she would have to take it all down... Not to mention she wouldnt stop talking about blending and blended it HORRIBLY. Now I will have to go a real barber and pay to this atrocity fixed. I will never waste any more of my money here, and will do my best to make sure nobody else does either.

Worst service. Told bf will be 20 min wait. No one is in there. 5 mins someone comes in and they cut his hair. Another person and they do his. 20 has past and a family of 4 come in and they start on the family. So we left.

My husband and I both went in to have our hair cut. The staff was warm and welcoming when we arrived so, I hate to do this...My hair was waist length when I went in, maybe 3 inches above my bum. I asked for 4 to 5 inches to be taken off. My hair only passes my collar bone by maybe 4 inches now!!!!!! Ive spent years growing my hair out and now I have to start over again. I was finally happy with my length and now it is gone. My hair was pulled and tweaked and RIPPED the whole time.My husband had his hair cut by a different person and had the same issue with roughness. We both have thick hair but comn... The back of his neck is uneven. One sideburn was trimmed while the other was left unattended (we noticed when we got to the car). He brought in a photo that was completely disregarded.We tried to give this place another chance. My hair was butchered here a few years ago. This was it though. We have no intention of returning. Ever. Well take our business to supercuts around the corner and local barbers from now on.My husband and I both hold the mindset that, Its just hair. It will grow back, and I hate to leave bad reviews. I am so sorry but, I have never been so consistently dissatisfied.

The last time i went there. The girl that cut my hair didnt listen. And cut it to short. I was not happy she was upset because they had so many people and was adked to stay late to help. And she took it out on the people instead of jyst saying no. Not going back there.

My boyfriends gotten his haircut there twice now and both times he has left with a terrible haircut. Both times we have had to go to a different place for it to corrected. We won’t be returning
