I have one of his wigs and it is great for in between appointments. It was a total life saver when salons were closed and great to take on vacations, when I dont want to fuss😎

Jack is a talented and experienced hairstylist who consistently does a fantastic job on my husbands hair, and recently did a super cute A-Line Bob on mine. I am so happy with it, and it is a cut that is difficult to on my hair. I was searching and searching for someone who could do it right, and hes the only one I know who can. He was so patient, making sure I was really happy with the cut. He also makes his own hair products, which smell really good. My favorite is the Crystal Spray Laminates (smells like watermelon!), which really helps keep fly away hairs in check. Some of his products are concentrated, so you have to use them sparingly, but it gives you more value per product. I like going to his studio because the atmosphere is soothing and calming, too. Very informative and professional....no inventory tho, not enough choice

Just give me the haircut I want. Stop selling me all your signature products. I dont want to rub conditioner on my hands and wave them around to feel how light it is. Hour of my life Ill never get back and gave me this signature razor cut that made my hair crazy poofy and used blow dryer to cook my scalp and then tell me all about why my hair is damaged. It was fine before I walked to this chop shop.

Both of them are very knowledgeable experienced and are happy to share that knowledge and experience without making you feel inadequate. You couldnt be in better hands!

I came in to get a consultation prior to purchasing my wig (I have very short hair and was wanting my femininity back). Jack really took the time to sit down with me and educate me about the differences in high quality and low quality wigs, he even took time to play around with my budget so I wouldnt spend a crazy amount, and was longsuffering despite my disgruntled attitude upon walking in. I highly recommend for anyone who wants not just quality products but quality customer service as well!

I have been going to Jack for over five years. He has always been very professional.Trust and integrity are very important to me and Jack fits the bill. Since going to him, my previous issues have been thoroughly addressed and I happily recomend his service to friends, After each appointment I always look and feel more beautiful than when I walked in the door.

I went there looking for options and styles to try on my face. He was a very pushy sales person. I do not think he cared one bit about my satisfaction or happiness with the service or the product. I honestly dont think he actually listened to what I was saying either. I do not recommend this place or person at all! I would rather spend half the rpice on line than get vervally pushed around by that man! (The wig I bought was $130 on over 5 different online retailers, same name same brand. hecharged me $270! I did not realize this until after he had my money, such a dissapointment) I also tried to cancel my order as I was having second thoughts, this was less than 12 hours after I left his studio! he claimed he could not cancel the order, however, ironically he was able to order another wig in a different color! Live and learn
