5 Stars - I highly recommend Redeem Tax. They helped prepare both my personal and business tax returns. They completed the work diligently and was extremely responsive and patient. Once they had all the correct information, they filed everything almost immediately. The whole process was so easy. I will definitely use their service again!

BEWARE! I filed with them in 2017 and 2018 and now that my audit recently has come to an end; the results did not turn out well. I was left with TAX BILLS + PENALTIES + INTEREST! I agree with the other reviewers that they are friendly and responsive, but they honestly lack the education to truly maximize your return while upholding tax laws.I not only was scrutinized by the IRS Agent for information about my preparer, but I was audited both years only to find out that they cheat to get you the “maximum” refund they advertise. When I go to a preparer, I expect to my taxes to be done in accordance with the tax code. Isn’t that what a preparer is for?Prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for. I would rather pay more for a CPA or EA to prepare my returns in accordance with the law than to have Loudette come in and apparently have FRAUDULENT “MAGIC” done to my returns. Don’t be fooled by their friendliness. Look for a more competent preparer!
