Applied for Covered California since March before the quarantine and had so much trouble signing up but it was all fixed thanks to Andrew at this enrollment center. We called around noon and Angel, the receptionist, answered and was very nice. Then we came in around 4pm-ish and we checked in and only waited a minute. We got assigned to Andrew and he was super helpful. I was dreading going because I’ve had so much problems with Covered California in the past but Andrew made it so easy. He was super patient with us and got me signed up. I 100% recommended going here. All the staff is very wonderful. Thanks Andrew!!!

Check in at the front and they get you in so quickly. Super nice and friendly staff. I was helped by Niary and she was very personable, understanding and explained everything very well. Got me set up fast. No one ever wants to go take care of stuff like this but when you have to, Niarys your girl. 10/10 would recommend.

I’d signed up to renew my Covered California plan online and was somehow routed into Medi-Cal coverage, instead, because of a technical glitch.This happened at the worst time of the year, since the deadline (today) was approaching, and I needed to get the problem resolved to insure the continuity of my coverage.Even though they were completely overworked due to the impending deadline, three staff members there patiently walked me through everything I needed to do in order to take care of the problem, which necessitated coordinating a couple stages of resolution with the county of Orange.I need to call out “G”, Chelly and Hector for having gone beyond the call of duty to help me out when I needed it most!

Chelly is super helpful and fast. It was very quick and I was able to get o with my day. Also chelly is very nice to do business with she holds a good conversation and is very respectful.

Awesome staff. Very chill and helpful.Easy to deal with. They answered all my questions and also discussed the different tiers / choices for insurance.went on a Friday afternoon. No lines. Just inputed my info on a tablet and waited for less than 5 minutes before being called in.Was able to register and get coverage. since Im moving back to CAKudos. :)
