This was the worst cvs I have ever seen. They messed up 3 out of our 5 tests and we now have to pay to get a rapid one because they couldnt even tell us they messed up within 3 days. I know they are new but come on.

There rude there were giving me so much bullcrap for a covid 19 vaccine when its suppose to be free ,for every one they need god

The pharmacy employees are incompetent.They lied about my prescription status and it took them about a week to fill it. They told me they resubmitted a prescription revision to my doctor on a Tuesday afternoon. I followed-up with my doctors office on Wednesday afternoon and they never received anything. I went into CVS that same Wednesday to inform them of this and the employee told me she was going to follow-up and get back to me within a few hours. I never heard back so I called them in the late evening of that same Wednesday. They lied and said my doctor didnt respond so they were going to submit the request again. Thursday morning I contacted my doctors office and they confirmed they had only received one request dated that Thursday morning electronically. Within 20 min, my doctor reissued the prescription. I then called CVS pharmacy after speaking to my doctors office. The CVS employee continued to claim they didnt receive it. I explained to her that it was electronically transmitted. After telling her that, she proceeded to say she found it. I also told her my doctors office had confirmed they only received one revision request dated that Thursday morning. She began to stutter and was lost for words as she realized they dropped the ball. Mind you, this was over diabetic necessities. Never ever conduct business with this location.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy and company Ive ever dealt with! They dont care about your health, youre just a number!Someone in CVS headquarters should do something about this. Being a pharmacy, these people are dangerous!

After enjoying years of using our friendly and competent neighborhood pharmacy. FISHERS, we now have to deal with this terribly frustrating pharmacy due to the fact that through no choice of our own, Fischers transfered all existing prescriptions and customers to this CVS location, without prior notification.

Absolutely horrid service. I was trying to get a script filled for seizure medication and the pharmacist was mumbling and was so vague so when i told her i couldnt hear/understand her so started shouting with such a rude tone. Then they lost my script then to find out she put it under the wrong name. Working with Janh Nguyen as a pharmacist is a nightmare. Save yourself and go to any other location.

I wish I could give zero for this pharmacy. The store is good, but the service of pharmacy is very bad. We had a vaccine appointment at 5pm, we get there at 3:30pm, they asked us to come again at 5pm and refused to serve us at 3:30pm even if there is no one waiting for vaccine. Will never come to their pharmacy again.

Very rude pharmacist. She had me waiting for a long time and I wasnt feeling well and wanted to go home. I almost cried. Never will be back

We purchased a gift card $500 the day after we used it kept getting declined we tried a few places thinking maybe it was their machine. Called the number on the back of the card balance was $0 we had only used $89.36 reading the reviews about this Vanilla card is shocking, we have spent hours and hours trying to speak to someone to get the issue resolved, they give us different answers, tell us to call back, they claim they never got our claim form, just a complete scam. We cant believe that CVS would sale these cards, no resolution, unaccredited bank if its even a bank. I would like to speak to someone at CVS regarding this matter, i have the original receipt and details.

Was assisted at front counter by Beck. Informative, friendly and since this is a brand new CVS, a great employee to have at the front counter! Everything was well stocked as well.
