I came in with a special circumstance and needed help with getting a mouth guard for my snoring and mild sleep Apnea. Everyone in the office was professional and all jumped in to help me with my paperwork, and getting my records from my previous dentist which was no small tasks. My dental appointment on Thursday December 5th, was a long one. Dr. Nebeker and Renee worked on my teeth practically non-stop for close to 7 hours. Have been going to Dr. Nebeker since he acquired the practice from Dr. Schlott and we continue to get the same quality service, and same smiling faces that make seeing a Dentist something more pleasurable. Recently, we were about to lose out dental coverage, and the TEAM worked our appointments around to make happen before the coverage ran out. Over the years they have become like an extended family, not just a business, and we looked forward to working with them for many years to come.

Everyone that I speak to is nice. They’re also fun. I travel 30 miles to see them twice a year. I fight traffic to see them… I’ll keep going as long as I live in the area. Good folks there!

Dr. Nebeker is one of the nicest, most professional and hands-on dentists I’ve ever seen. He always takes the time to address all of my concerns and he even did my routine cleaning for me. I don’t know if that’s how he usually operates, since any other dentist I’ve ever seen has their hygienist do the cleaning and they just swing by after, but I appreciate a dentist that at least occasionally takes the time to get in the trenches and care for his patients hands on. I lost my morning teeth repositioner that I have to use each day after wearing my sleep apnea jaw appliance. I expected a long process to get a new one. I was able to make an appointment within 4 days. When I came in, I was happy to find that it could be done in just a few minutes.

I specifically had asked if they do sleep study and they said yes they do. So, I made an appointment to come in and when I did come in. I got a dentist who told me that I need a primary care doctor’s referral for sleep study ...?!!!! Yet I had told the receptionist or appointment booker about my condition, situation and what I needed. But as unethical and insidious as these suppose to be healers phyisicians always are and that is to make you to come in for their unrelated service. ..so they could systematically charge you wrongfully and unethically.
