This place is great! Martha, Sandra and Doc are the real MVPs. They are all about people and every experience has been great even when Im getting a tooth removed. 10/10!

10/14/2021Im so impressed with the service, professionalism, and the caring personnel. I was highly recommended to them. Every single person was amazing, caring and helpful. Martha, made me feel so comfortable and explained everything and truly made me feel that they were there to make me comfortable and that my needs were met. I always stress when I have dental work because of anesthetic issues (wears out too soon). Dr Kang and Sandra made sure I was ok the whole time, taking their time and giving me breaks. Truly amazing! I have always been scared of the dentist. Coming here I was nervous. The staff here made me feel at ease with their friendly attitudes and helpful explaining of everything. Love this place.

And just this past Saturday was when I got them out and I was more nervous about feeling paining during the procedure. But they told me I’d only feel pressure and they were right. I want to give Dr. Kang , Sandra, Jen and Martha 5 stars. My boyfriend came in and he was really impressed with the quality of care he received and also with their great staff. Hes waiting time was less than 5 minutes and his appointment took just 30 minutes. He said he thought he will take a nap while the doctor came to room but as soon as he closed his eyes doctor was ready for him.He said he will definitely make this office and recommend it to you!!!!

I had the best experience with Cosmetic and Dental. From the front office. Great customer service. Made me feel like family. To Dr Kang and her assistant. Treated me with kid gloves making me feel calm with no anxiety. I wish I had this experience when I was younger. With other dentists. I am so pleased.

Dr. Kang walks you through the processes and shows you everything visually, ensuring honest treatment and recommendations for best solutions. Martha and Liz sit and talk with you about your options based upon your insurance coverage and out of pocket expense, thus allowing you to plan on what you are able to accomplish. And Jen, when she answered a ton of my questions patiently and thoroughly, gave me my options, walked me through the process...I mean, finding a dentist for my father who had a horrible stroke was hard and by phone, and Jen made it all so easy. The visits that Ive had recently with CDIC have been great. Being a new patient, the process was fast and Jen helped out with all of my questions. Sandra and Dr. Kang were very professional, polite, and so gentle with the services I received. They provided me with water as well and great care. Lastly you have Martha whom was so nice with the scheduling, and also took care of my questions. This location and staff are a great team and I am very happy that i found them.

I’ve been going to this office for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Jen and Martha work in the front and are always super kind and helpful when filling out paperwork. Sandra works in the back and always does my xrays and cleaning quick and efficient. This is the best dental office that I’ve gone to over the years.

This place is in it for the money came for a cleaning for the kids they tell me it’s 50$ each. I said the insurance covers one cleaning a year she goes on to say you don’t have insurance it’s more of a discount card. Go home call my insurance they say I have one cleaning a year. Call back this place and they tell me I have a free cleaning the 50$ is for the drs paste that she puts on. Had they told me that in the office I would have said just a cleaning please. Very unorganized and unprofessional. My kids are 5 and 7 by the way who need a cleaning still because I can’t switch the dentist. Unbelievable really how people try to get over even when there is kids involved. The whole office has to be in on it to because not one of them tried to stop me from leaving after I said I don’t have 100$ right now. At that point you should inform a person well we can just do a cleaning and not the paste. Who wants to work for free tho right I guess my “discount card” isn’t good enough. It’s n insurance card I pay monthly for.

Had a great experience at CDC. Martha, Veronica and Sandra were great. Dr Yang was great. I especially appreciated the follow up phone calls after my visits to make sure everything was okay and I was doing well. I will definitely recommend this office to all my family and friends.

So far my treatment plan has gone really well. I have dont have dental insurance and its pretty expensive. I have help from my mother and I am paying in three phase. All of the staff are very friendly. Monica handles the financial part and she takes the time to explain everything in detail. Today she said if I have any question while she is on vacation I can send her an email. Its pretty crazy that she would take the time out for me on her vacation. The dentist is very nice. He makes you feel comfortable. Im really glad I picked this dental office so far. I am only in the first phase. I will update my review once I get closer to the end of my treatment.

Most amazing experience ever. I have neglected my teeth for many years. I was extremely embarrassed for anyone to see my teeth. But Martha, Sandra, & Dr. Kang made me feel so comfortable my nerves and worries went right out of the door. The office is amazing with snacks and drinks in the waiting room. It is one of the cleanest offices I have ever been in. I will definitely be referring my family members to Dr. Kang and staff.

I had the same experience as one review stated. If you want to get ripped off, this is the right place. I had the feeling that the money nurse sells services on commission. I have my long time general dentist. Unfortunately, I had to downgrade my insurance to HMO, which he does not work with. While I was there I took care of a dark spot on a molar. I was over charged for a desensitizer. Did the dentist used it? Only she knows. The staff is nice as they should be. I do not know how skilled the doctors are because no work was done. I will not go back because I had problems being referred to an specialist. The one in office supposedly is not in my network. Laura gave some big BS. The insurance rep had some issues with Laura as well. I changed dental office and dont have to deal with the front office ladies. The nurses and my female dentist are nice and polite. I was given a large estimate for some gum surgery. The money nurse wanted $160 for an antibacterial wash with my regular cleaning or no work would be performed on me. I politely declined to her demands and told her that I would skip my regular cleaning. Why is so hard and expensive to find an honest dentist in America? Greed, greed.

I finally went to CDIC Dental in Brea and had a terrific experience. My wife has been a going here for several years.Parking was easy to find and very close to the practice. I walked into the reception and lobby area and the space was clean, modern, large tv to watch while waiting, and even free snacks and water.I was greeted by two friendly team members, Martha and Alejandra. I checked in and began filling out the new patient forms on a tablet and was done with that part within 5 minutes.Alejandra then assisted me with my x-rays and even experienced a panoramic x-ray in a cool machine I have never seen or used. Alejandra was friendly and got the x-rays done correctly and efficiently.Then I got in the chair and Dr. Tuan came over and introduced himself and went over my x-rays in detail. Then he performed the first portion of my dental cleaning with techology/tools that I have never experienced before. That was very cool. Next Alejandra finished up the second part of my cleaning and all the while I was able to watch some college football because I had my own personal tv to watch in front of my chair.Lastly I checked out with Martha and scheduled my next appointment. All in all I had a fantastic experience at CDIC Dental in Brea and I would recommend Dr. Tuan and his staff to anyone in the area looking for a great Dentist (DDS) and wonderful staff. Im glad I went with this dental office, I usually dont like going to the dentist . The staff there were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Another thing I liked was when I was given a shot in the mouth which I hate getting shots, did not feel them.

I am a major coward when it comes to going to the dentist so I cannot express enough how incredibly grateful I am to the entire staff at CDIC for their patience and understanding. I starting crying out of sheer nervousness before they even did any work! What an amazing response from dr. Kang and the whole office. They were so kind, and so good to me. I ended up getting some much needed work done on a broken tooth with minimal pain and/or discomfort. What a relief! I will gladly recommend them.

I suppose this place would be ok if you didnt mind getting ripped off. I have insurance. It is an HMO. Which apparently is a big red flag to triple prices and try to get you to buy them a new car. I went in for a cleaning. The office was nice. Flat screens, nice staff. Parking a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker. Had my X-rays done. Fine, no problems. Doctor comes to see me. First thing out of his mouth - you need your wisdom teeth removed. Now, this is a pet-peeve of mine. I feel strongly that this a a cash cow. Why, oh why, would i bother to have them removed? 2 are fully grown in. The others, not even a twinge or a peep. They are sleeping. Leave them alone. His reasoning the ones that are grown in are hard to clean. Um, sure. Moving along ... he looks at the x-rays, does not check my gums, calls out 3 cavities, and reminds me I need those wisdom teeth out. Then leaves and the money nurse comes in. Ok, dr recommends a deep cleaning, anti-bacterial wash, 3 cavities filled, wisdom teeth out, etc. The prices are ridiculous. $500 for cleaning, in the thousands for the wisdom teeth. I politely state, all i want is my regular cleaning for now. No, no, you NEED a deep cleaning. I can give you a discount to $400. Um, no thanks. Just regular cleaning covered by my insurance. Then you should not have an HMO - they are no good, but also, WE OFFER FINANCING! No, it is not that I dont have the money, I just dont want the treatment. Well, we refuse to do a normal clean on you now that the dr has recommended a deep clean. ??? excuse me? Ok, then I am leaving. WHAT??? Yes, I do not like to be price gouged, nor pressured to unnecessary treatment. Have a nice day ...Wow.So, I went to another cash paid dentist the next week. Gums checked out great. No cavities. Regular cleaning - $50.So, not sure if the problem is the insurance, or the greed, or both, but I would avoid if you dont want to be treated unnecessarily. I am now clean toothed and cavity free and several thousand dollars richer for avoiding.

Dr.Nguyen and I have known eachother since 2008. I was referred to him by my boss at the time and I am always so appreciative that she did tell me to see him. He meets all expectations as a dentist and as a friend. Ive had terrible experiences as a child and teen, with not feeling comfortable. I have seen many dentists throughtout my life time and when meeting Dr. Nguyen I explained my past history and he said not to worry and I recall clearly what he said to me Dont worry sweetie we are going to take good care of you and get you better. And he byfar has kept his promise to me. The staff members have been more than nice to me from the Placentia office and now here at the Brea location. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and his services. Thank you Dr. and Staff!!

Overpriced wow

I love this dentist! I used to have a fear of going to see the dentist because they would always off the bat want to do crazy amount of work and charge an arm and a leg. Here I feel as from day 1 she was very clear about was was critical and urgent to do right away, such as a cavities and then separately suggested a guard for my teeth grinding, etc.The staff here is amazing! They follow up to see how youre doing post appointment/treatment. They now know me and my son by name. Theyre all friendly and kind.

It is a very comfortable place. All the members here are true professionals.

They give a kind and efficient treatment and I like the service and kind treatment of Martha Verónica Sandra and Dr. Kang.
