A great credit union! Michelle Cummings the Branch Manager got back to me right away with some pricing on ordering a stamp for check deposits. At times lines are long, but it is what it is. Everyone does their best to be attentive to each customer that theyre helping while making sure that those who are standing in line are not being ignored. Tough balance, but in my opinion, being done as best as it can be. Most customers seem happy with this branch and generally have a better disposition than other customers I run into at other large banks. They always seem to be upset with the bank over something. Im a new customer and so far Im enjoying my switch over. This bank seems to have customers in focus and I feel that Im being dealt with fairly each time I go there. Juan has also been very helpful each time weve gone in for services. Hes a pleasure to work with. Great team all around.

Went in to inquire about opening a business account. Staff was rude, not helpful, and customer service was non existent.I needed to open a business account as the Chase bank in the same shipping center has been closed. I run a business where our customers provide tip to our employees, so I need to change large bills for smaller bills.They stared at me blankly and acted as if they did not want my business. I felt judged and was racial profiled upon.I would advise to avoid this bank. As they have lost my business forever.Message to manager: please review your practices, values, and customer training. An apology is not accepted, but rather your employees actions speak much louder than words.

They offer very competitive rates, staff is really friendly they don’t rush for anything. Very smooth process for Loan & Credit card. I would say best credit union I have ever dealt with. Definitely recommend if you are looking for lower APRs on loans, and they offer pretty good APR on savings too.

I love this credit union. They are all very nice and the take care of my daughter. Give her coloring books and even giving me a Father’s Day gift! Great people.

I went to this credit union off a referral from a friend for an RV loan. The process was super slow. Ive been in the Brea branch twice. First time there was nobody in line and they still made me wait to get service. The 2nd time, when I went in to pay my loan, I was treated very unprofessionally. I had to wait as Mayra continued her personal conversation about vacations with her current guest. Once it was my turn, she had a hard time processing my payment and then restarted her computer and didnt let me know why it was taking so long until I made a remark that it shouldnt take 1/2 an hour to process a loan payment. Yes, exaggerating... The other clerk ended up helping me and as I walked out, she made a very rude remark. Thats now how I believe a business should be ran. I will be pulling my loan as soon as possible!

Terrific customer service! Much more pleasant & unexpected follow up than any bank. More about a good relationship than just having accounts there!
