Dr. Lehman is so nice and gentle. He is always considerate and his bedside manner top notch. He does not say what your havent done he just looks forward to get you started with the work you need done. His goal is for your teeth to feel better.

The office is very welcoming. The whole staff was very understanding and very willing to help in every way possible. Staffing Jamie, Doc.. and secretary have been the best.. people... especially Jamie for helping me out with understanding my insurance. The place is clean and dose practice social distancing. Thank you all!!..

The 2 receptionists were rude and unprofessional. One was a latino guy in with initial J and a white girl C. Didnt have anything to do with races just so you know who to look for. Two other latino guys were so lovely, though.So I was trying to make an appointment on the phone and C did make my appointment, she just wasnt friendly on the phone so I thought maybe she just had a long day or whatever, but the most unprofessional bit was when I came for my appointment that day, she was on the phone so I waited for a minute to check in and then just said, oh the Dr. is till with another patient and theyre doing some big surgery and it might take long and I cant tell you how longI said, oh OkayBut in my mind I was like, whats the point of making an appointment and have that scheduled if you cant plan your day ahead. If they knew theyll take longer for a big surgery whyd they put me at that time instead of giving them extra time in between??Also most importantly she just called me in the morning to confirm about that appointment, just 1 or two hours before the scheduled appointment, why couldnt she tell me that there will be a surgery with another patient and itll take longer?And then she just told me that when I came without apologising like it was my fault to come to the appointment? Straight up saying itll take longer, cant tell when, do you wanna make another appointment?Wow just rude and unprofessional. Such a waste of time.I wouldnt recommend it to anyone to come here. Such a bad experience.

This place has been canceling and rescheduling my appointment since March, four times. Twice, I drove all the way to the office for my scheduled appointment, and nobody there. Never again.

Thought I I would give this place one more try as they have a new doctor and dental hygienist and I’m glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was extremely friendly and professional. The doctor was very friendly and I had the best cleaning ever done by Yasman! I’m a fan again and will definitely recommend this office to friends and family!

Scheduling an appointment was simple (via phone call w/ Veronica). Arrived and was greeted by staff. Veronica assisted me personally, explained paperwork and procedures performed during my visit. Jessica performed my X-Rays, check-up and cleaned my teeth. Jessica was gentle and efficient. If you can select someone to clean your teeth ask for Jessica. Dr. Came and explained my options for my follow up procedures. Establishment is clean and follow Covid-19 Safety Precautions (cleaning all gear and equipment). Highly recommended to all!

Horrible service ever since the primary dentist changed. They use to be excellent, but now they are rude and unprofessional. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t respond to emails. They promise to do things and never follow through. I have called them 4 times since September regarding pre authorization on a treatment plan and we are now in September and they never completed this. I confirmed with the insurance they never submitted anything and I filed a complaint with the insurance.

I came in the morning for my routinely check-up and a cleaning, and the girl at the front desk helped me immediately. After waiting a short while, I had my x-rays taken with no trouble or pain at all. For my check-up, the doctor was very nice and patient, especially with my wisdom teeth concerns. For my cleaning, however, the dental hygienist, Vivian, was incredibly gentle and thorough - I left the office satisfied with my stain-free teeth! Cant wait to come back for another cleaning; I hate visiting the dentist, but her passion for her work and the tangible satisfactory results make it all worth it.

Dr. Lehman and his staff are the reason I still come back to this dental office after I moved 45 mins away. Dr. Lehman is knowledgeable and patient, explains to me before any procedures. He likes to think in his patients best interest. Highly recommended.

I needed a deep clean, which requires 2 visits. My hygienist, Zora, was excellent and both visits were pain free and no issues.

I have NEVER been to a better dentist. There is not a single thing that stands out for me to compliment them on. It was everything they did! Dr. Jeong Kim is exceptionally amazing. He explains the situation, the procedure he is going to do, and why it needs to be done. This was all said to where I was able to completely understand everything. Dr. Jeongs assistant and the X-ray technician were all part of the wonderfulness. I had such great service from these 3 individuals. They are genuinely kind, caring and most important, they are all extremely knowledgeable in their field. I do not know how to put the reason why my experience at Gentle Dental was so great into words. I do know that I will be recommending this office to everyone from here on out. Thank You again Dr. Kim. You are the BEST!!

WOW, love this place. TBH I hate going to the dentist or anything related to my mouth. But this place is amazing, their staff is so nice and caring. Especially their Dental Hygienist, Vivian Le. She really knows what she is doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time when I was in her chair. She could tell I was very nervous about being at the dentist, but she was tentative during the process and talked to me the whole time and explained everything she was doing to help keep me calm. I am coming back here every 4 months for a teeth cleaning from now on! I still hate going to the dentist, but I really enjoy coming to the Dental Hygienist Vivian Le now. :)

I highly recommend Gentle Dental in Brea. Dr. Lehman and his assistant Manny are both very knowledgeable and personable. They explain everything that is happening and they truly live up to their name of “gental dentistry.”

The most horrible office staff. I would give them 0 Stars if I could. I made an appointment a week ago, first-time client. They said that they had to verify insurance. They didnt call until yesterday and just left a generic voicemail. My appointment was this morning. I picked up my messages and called them back before I left for the appointment. The girl in the office said that they couldnt verify insurance information and needed me to check it. I asked if I should reschedule and she offered for me to come in there and call from there. I said I had no information and it might take a while. I told her I have a rescue dog and literally cant even leave him to go to the grocery store, so Id have to drop him off at daycare. If it takes me awhile to get the information and then they end up not being able to take me, I would be paying for daycare for nothing. I said I would try to get the information and call her back. I called my insurance and got my correct member ID. I called her back, gave her the information, and asked her if I can still come considering my appointment was at 10:30. She told me yes. I said okay I just have to drop the dog at daycare and then I can come straight there. She said okay thats fine. I went and dropped off the dog at daycare, drove over to the dental office, and the girl at the desk tells me I need to reschedule because theyre going on lunch in a half hour. I told her that I called and verified whether I can come in or not. She acted like she couldnt possibly imagine who I would have talked to and claimed that I must have called the call center. I literally called the same number that I called before when I spoke to her. She said if anything, Id have to come back at 1 and then wait for other appointments to begin because its not fair for them??? Now another office worker comes and sits down at the desk. They have no communication in the office clearly and she just lied. There is no call center. Im simply going by what they tell me. I told her I had to be all the way in Lake Forest for a work appointment at 2:30. She said they can do my x-rays now then its up to the doctor to make that decision at 1 when he gets back from lunch. Hes here till 12. I have an appointment at 2:30. Its 45 min away, I need to know before 1 if this can happen at all today. I need to know what to tell my client. She got really nasty as if I was asking a lot. If I would have known any of this, I could have dropped him off at daycare later for my work appointment and just rescheduled so I didnt have to pay for it in the meantime. They kept claiming it must have been the call center that told me that and they dont know why. As I got more and more disgusted with their attitude, being completely unapologetic, and seeing them take no responsibility, I got more and more angry and decided to say exactly what I thought, not nicely and just leave. They literally laughed at me as I went to walk out. They have no respect for other peoples time at all, no professionalism, and horrible work ethic. Who does that? So, when I got to my car I decided to call the number back that I called earlier. The same exact lady answered the phone that I just spoke with inside. The same lady I spoke to verify whether I can still come in. Disgusting, unprofessional, liars. She didnt have any idea what to say. Im assuming its a new office. What a way to start out. Either that or their reviews were so bad they started a new yelp listing. Do not bother even giving them a chance.
