If I could do 0 stars I would. My hair looked ok when it was dry but I paid $30 + $7 tip for my hair to look like this… no further explanation expect I don’t live in CA & am going home tomorrow to AZ & can’t get a refund. Don’t go here. Honestly.

I liked my haircut, I have a simple style so Im not very picky. So long as you can blend and dont ignore my input (several barbers have done this). I do appreciate cleaning up my head/face a bit more than the average barber. Olga definitely was attentive.I would warn against relying on the online check in system if you can. It was obvious that the system does not take input from the staff so the staff are struggling to keep up with automatically scheduled appointments. Software should conform to people not the other way around.I definitely plan to come back. Just a heads up they currently have $5 off if you happen to buy cookies from the super popular spot next door.

I got a very good haircut from Maria who stated that she has 20 years of hair styling experience. She asked me several questions about how much of the length to cut and if I wanted it layered. She was very thorough and efficient. I got a receipt that showed I would get $6.00 off my next cut and a card that shows another cut would be $12.99. I will go back again for my next cut.

This place frequently offers great deals on haircuts (especially for going back to school). Ive gotten three haircuts here and have loved it so far. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. Just got my haircut again today and it went well. They have a New year promotional for $10 and back to school is the same. Wheel-chair accessible, no dyes/coloring or anything with chemicals including perms, and they do not take checks. As well you do not need an appointment but can check in online and check wait times there.

Really great first time experience here not only was this location super convenient in the shopping center but my stylist Irene was so helpful she was super informative with styles and very helpful explaining the procedure as it was my first time. She was really friendly and helpful with all my questions and made sure I was happy with my look before I left. Definitely check this location out and ask for Irene or Im sure another stylist could help you but Im sure you will appreciate the atmosphere and the new look.

I am done with this place. Tonight I made a reservation and was turned away, as the rude worker said they wouldnt honor my reservation from the website because it wasnt in their check-in queue, even though i showed her the text I got confirming it. I told her I would never be coming back based on her attitude, and I suggest you dont as well, unless you enjoy aggravation.

She interpreted my vague directions and my hair looks great- aka Im not waiting for that awkward week or two for my haircut to be what I ACTUALLY wanted. Friendly and also made sure everything was clean so no worries there!This was also my 1st time going so its not like she was familiar with me specifically, it was delightful

I’ve been here two times and they are always very quick to help. Location is very clean too! Your experience really depends on who you cuts your hair though. My second visit was not as enjoyable as the first but they cut my hair well nonetheless!

Been here multiple times. Overall, not a bad place. It depends who cuts your hair. Some are good some are fair.

Excellent haircut and an interesting conversation with the person cutting my hair. Great location to go to get your hair cut and then, go do some additional shopping at the nearby stores, or get a meal right next door. Clean, tidy, polite, and professional.

Had an appointment for my 2 boys. Showed up on time. 5 people ahead of us get called. No sorry were behind or anything. When lady finally asks for my sons names she says oh yeah and walks to back and starts cleaning. Then they call 1 more person after that. Worst customer service Ive seen. I will never be back.

I usually take my son to the one in Whittier but since they aren’t open yet and my son needed a haircut bad I ended up coming here and now I regret it the lady did a horrible job she didn’t know what she was doing I should of just waited!!!never again

They have one who is great, one that does ok and one that you can not understand. Her English is horrible and trying to describe what you want to her is near impossible.

The worst great clips I have ever tried . She even had no idea to use the hair cut machine , refused scissor cut when the result was an ugly uneven hair excusing it is because of type of the hair and too short for scissoring .I think pictures can explain everything about 6-7 min job costs $15 . I will never ever go back to great clips will try supercuts instead .Im still thing about here rude behavior when toll me if you leave unsatisfied and come back I will charge you again .

This place is garbage they dont cut your hair good and customer service sucks.
