No matter what I have done at Venus, I know I am going to leave with the best results! I have had lip filler and Dysport injected multiple times at this location and always love the results, no matter who the injector is. I also have to mention their pricing. My first ever injection was at a Plastic Surgeons office and I left there spending at least $750 on lip filler. I knew this was something I wanted to keep up with, but I didnt know how I was going to afford it. I am so glad I googled other places and fell upon Venus. I about fell over when they told me their prices and how good of a deal I was getting! ALSOOOO, they ALWAYS have specials going on!! Love this place! :)

I rarely write reviews but this one could not go without posting. Went to Venus Medspa because I heard many wonderful things about Tracy Burke... Tracy answered all of my questions and concerns. She made me feel comfortable and explained every step that took place in detail. Then Tracy performed the procedure, pain free and professional. The outcome was Fabulous! Cant wait to go back! Been to a couple of different places, but after my visit with Tracy, I wouldnt trust anyone else. She does great work. Thanks Tracy for making me feel Amazing!

In 10+ years, I have NEVER had such a bad experience. WASTE OF MONEY . I had all three areas done before Christmas. I needed a touch-up and had one with zero change in results. I called and explained that the touch-up did absolutly nothing and was told they were not going to inject any more product. I told the reseptionist that I didnt feel it was fair that I paid for a full correction and did not receive one. She transferred me to a nurse who reiterated what the receptionist said. I felt they should try to make it right in some way which they did not. They said they would have a manager call me on Thursday 1/2 and today is 1/9 and I still have not received a call. I have been receiving dysport and botox for over 10 years in two states and have never needed more that one correction and have NEVER been told ...theres nothing we can do. So basically I wasted hundreds of dollars and look the same. I dont know if its bad products or poor technique but one thig is for sure, terrible experience and will never go back.

Mary did my lip filler and did an incredible job. I had a brain bleed 2 years ago and had a crooked smile, however, it is full and has symmetry now. I am so pleased!!

Victoria was amazing! I wanted to get a skin tightening treatment done and so I tried the Venus viva. I was a little nervous because I thought it may hurt but it did not since Victoria took such good care of me. I saw some of the other reviews and I am shocked! Victoria educated me through the treatment, which I love because it’s very helpful to understand why getting these treatments are so beneficial for rejuvenating your skin. I used to work in a spa and I have gotten many treatments done over the years so I know this spa has great aestheticians like Victoria. I would recommend this spa all day long and especially Victoria! She is amazing!

All of the reviews are for people that dont work there anymore. I went in expecting to get this great person based on the reviews, but they didnt work there anymore. I was told by another employee that the turn over is high. I decided to proceed with the Botox and fillers anyways. I was so excited to do this. I had been contemplating doing this for 2 years. I had no issues with my results. I was told if I still had movement in my forehead to come back no appointment needed. I went back and she said that Id need to make an appointment. So I did. Then the girl reminded me that I need to make it to the appointment otherwise if have to pay again. The overall experience wasnt great. I would not recommend.

Tracy was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely professional, knowledgable and so attention to detail. This was the best botox I have ever had. She really takes her time and did a fabulous job. I will not go to anyone else. Thank you Tracy and Veus Med Spa.

Absolutely love Muriel! She was so meticulous during my lip augmentation and really tried to achieve what I was looking for. During the consultation, Muriel explained each filler and gave her opinion on which filler she thought would be best for my wants. We ended up going with 1 syringe of Restylane, which happened to be on special for $399 ( now on special for $359 in the month of March) . I wanted a fuller pout with smoother lips, correction of my Cupid’s bow (which is crooked), and for my lip lines to not be so flat to my face ( if that makes sense). Muriel gave me exactly what I was looking for and I was so happy with the results! I can not wait to go back for just a little more fullness. Please don’t be deterred that it is a med spa located in a mall!! I will post a few photos of the before, immediately after, and about 6 weeks after.Also, she uses a cannula instead of a needle to reduce bruising and swelling. I barely had any bruising and the bruising I did have lasted maybe a day. We also saved the very last bit of the syringe for any corrections that may have needed to be made.

Stephanie has given me 2 microneedling sessions and my face looks great. She is extremely professional and courteous. I would like to see more of her services advertised on the website.

The Brandon location is great because of Tonia! My last visit went so well. Tonia is attentive, helpful and my injector Rebecca was excellent. Tonia has the ability to connect with her patients and be kind, understanding and still manage without being rude, or off putting. When I had an issue, she solved it with the utmost professionalism. It’s important to remember this is a med spa. Clients like their privacy and she takes that seriously and to heart. I have been a client since 2013 and love it! Please don’t lose Tonia. She’s a keeper.

Stephanie is awesome! She’s been doing my facials for over a year and completely got rid of my acne problems. She taught me how to take care of my skin and is very informative. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for an esthetican. Great service!

Do not waste your money here. They may not be using real product or they don’t know how to apply it. I paid for dysport in three areas in December and only received correction in one area. I went in for a touch-up that did absolutely nothing . I’ve been waiting for someone to call me for nearly 2 weeks. I’ve been a dysport / Botox user for 10 years and have never experienced this level of dissatisfaction anywhere. I will not be going back because it’s basically like throwing money out the window. I also don’t trust that the product is legit since I’ve never had an issue with it working.

I was referred by a friend to go to Venus Med Spa. I went there to get a consultation, not expecting to actually have any work done. I spoke with Najah and she answered all of my questions. I felt so comfortable with her I decided to go ahead and have my lip filler done. She was so patient with me, as I was pretty nervous. I am so happy with the service I received! I would highly recommend Najah! I will be going back to her for future work!

I had such an amazing experience at Venus Med Spa at the Brandon Towncenter! I went for a microneedling session with Stephanie and now I’m hooked! My skin showed amazing results that lasted! Stephanie was so warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about skincare and what your skin needs. I made sure to follow her advice for a skincare routine and use the recommended products and I’m so happy to say that I have completely stopped wearing makeup on a daily basis. The gift was a bottle of their new CBD peppermint bottle valued at $150. Then I was walked to the back and Muriel performed my procedure. She was exceptional. I have been coming here for well over a year and I can’t say enough good things about it. Muriel is hands down the best injector I’ve ever gone to. My first experience with lip injections elsewhere left me less than thrilled about my results (looked totally unnatural and obvious that I had some work done) but I’m SO glad I decided to try one more time and happened upon Muriel! Best decision I made! She is unbelievably knowledgeable about her craft and a true artist. I tend to be extremely picky with things, especially things done to my face for all the world to see and I trust her skills fully. She is detail oriented and I promise you that you definitely want a perfectionist when it comes to your face. You can’t beat the prices or the quality of work. Ask for Muriel, you won’t be sorry.

Muriel is amazing! She completely explained everything. She took her time and used every technic to make the lip injections comfortable. The pain level was about a 2/10. She used lidocaine cream and liquid lidocaine in the product. She was very sweet and professional. She didnt not rush at all and made me feel so at ease. I highly recommend Venus Med Spa! Ask for Muriel! Also their prices are very reasonable. I researched a lot before I went here. Did not regret!

So whats the point of stating you are open till 9pm if you dont take appointments for 730pm.. I have been trying to get a 730 appointment. For Friday here or the brandon store... Both shops state they. Dont make appointment s that late..If that is truly the case then your hours of operation are incorrect..Feeling very frustrated. I went here to get dysport done which Ive been getting for years never have had a problem with dysport they barely put any in your forehead and frown lines and then I went for a touch-up cuz they do offer that still did absolutely nothing called them back and a month and a few days later after my visit first visit and they refuse to do anything about it you are better off to drive down the road take your money in your hand and throw it out your car window then to walk into this place its a scam Ive already talked to another plastic surgery place about getting Botox or dysport he told me that was ridiculous that they do that he said they are known for being the Walmart of Botox and dysport

Everything was smooth and wonderful until last december (Almost one year of being there), but things went downhill dramatically and drastically in just 45 days, still trying to digest the fact that an institution could be so unethical, unlawful and balantly fraudulent. i bought a package from them for $499, which was 3 part service, i used one part of it then they offered a free service for which they later deducted remaining of my package money. I was shocked and tried to have saint conversation with them which was not going anywhere then Alinia accepted to address this and refund me for the remaining 2 parts, she was then convinced by the other ladies that the free service was indeed chargeable. I couldnt believe the unethical practices these guys have there. why on earth does a customer who has spent more than thousand will want to debate about small items such as this. am anyway going to take them to court but wanted others to know whats going on. so here you go.These guys (Stephanie, Tania) are very good with you until you are giving them money the minute you either talk about results or not wanting to take another package you see their true behavior which is unprofessional to the core.
