Fantastic experience. It was really easy to set up the appointment and they got me in the same day. The staff was polite, responsive and friendly. PA-Arron was excellent. He listened to my concerns and took his time explaining my options. Truly a great place. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and effective care.

I was extremely satisfied with the services and the level of attention from the doc. First off, I called them in the morning and they were able to provide me with an appointment over lunch. I had absolutely no wait! Doctor Bezalel was very attentive and knowledgeable. He even provided me with samples when he found out that I currently only have overseas medical coverage. Cant speak highly enough!!!

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. It was great because I did not have a long wait time nor did they take long to come to the room and complete my exam and procedures. They explained everything as they went too.

The doctor there really care about you. They gave me a sample of the ezcema shot even without knowing my insurance was involved yet since my skin was so bad lately. Also took off a mole at my appointment. Had no issue just coming back to check on me and do it the same visit.

Experience with Dr. Kate Schwed was limited to 2-3 minutes of her time, where she was not fully engaged in the desired outcome of the patient and resulted in a recommendation for a long-term treatment plan with no ability to provide a reference when requested. Her 2-3 minutes of time resulted in a $225 insurance bill. We were billed in the office the day of the appointment, which I had to call back to request a credit following insurances payment. When asked if I didnt call back for a refund on the overcharge, they were unable to answer when they would have gotten around to this unfortunate event due to their many, many customers; however, I do note that Leah in billing was quite friendly while handling the situation but was unable to provide a solution to remedy a very disappointing experience all-around. Additionally, a billing error caused an erroneous invoice to be issued a month later.Following an appointment with a provider outside of this establishment, which bills insurance first and then the patient, resulted in a short-term treatment plan at a much lower price. As such, I do not recommend anyone to utilize the services of Dr. Schwed.

Martin and the staff are great! The office is clean and run efficiently. Martin is always patient, explains things and LISTENS when Im relating a skin issue or answering questions. He is conservative on treatments, gives options and really cares about his patients. Highly recommend Martin and his staff at Suncoast Skin.

Was diagnosed with psoriasis a couple years ago. Was given referral to see Dr. Hedricks? I dont really know because I have never even met him. LOL. So why the 5 stars? Well, the front office staff are always very nice, quick and efficient. Never have to wait really long to be seen. If my is at 8:30 I am seen by 8:40 max. Very efficient service. But the main reason for my 5 stars is May Ko. She is amazing. Warm, caring, non judgmental. She did such an amazing job with my insurance company. Of course, they wanted to deny all my treatments. She wrote letters, fought on my behalf and got me what I needed. When I found out that my co-pay would be 400.00, May got me on patient assistance program so quickly, I did not even know it happened. I now pay zero. And my injections have completely taken away my psoriasis that was visible throughout my whole body. I HIGHLY recommend this place and espcecially May. This is why I dont even care I have never seen the doctor. May is my doctor.

May was so nice and gentle with my 11 old daughter. She did a fantastic job , she did it very fast and told my daughter everything thing she was doing .

May is very thorough when I have my skin checks. After having melanoma, it is important to receive regular skin checks from head to toe. She is very professional and friendly, making sure I have nothing to worry about. I feel very well cared for by May and the staff at Suncoast Skin Solutions.

Outstanding services from appointment, front desk to the professional examination. I wish I had not put off the visit and will definitely visit every 6 months. The freezing of several suspected moles were quick, efficient and painless.

I am generally not one to leave reviews if my experience is not positive. I always have felt it is important to talk privately first to the individual in which I am working with. Generally from one professional to another it can be resolved even when the outcome or diagnosis what you want to hear. There should still always be some empathy shown and a willingness to listen when it involves one health. My appointment/experience lacked both. It felt very cold, uncaring, and without a real look at what I made the appointment for. I had heard such great things about Dr. Wishik and while he was not available I was assured any individual I saw would not only be qualified but would request any test needed. The experience I had with Kate Schwed was not only abrasive but lacked any empathy. My appt if I could call it that was a quick once over with NO time spent even looking at the spot on my nose and the main reason for my visit. While my other few areas of concern mattered this one was my most pressing issue. The total appt time for my $160 was at the most 15 mins and again with NO time spent on the spot that was my main concern. Thankfully I had scheduled another dermatologist same day for a 2nd opinion. They asked for my to get a full blood work panel, went over over treatment options, both insurance covered and non or cosmetic that they could do. Shared before/after pictures and suggested meeting with an endocrinologist if I hadnt versus just primary and even asked about food. I was even given a few suggestions of names they have partnered with. I am happy to have found a solution and a caring dermatologist team to work with. Both appointment cost me $160 but a major difference in the experience, service, and outcome.
