I had an appointment for partial highlights with Mariela on Friday. She was polite. However, she did not wear a mask or offer to wear a mask during my service. While washing my hair she took a phone call which turned out to be a 10-minute phone interview for a position at a bank. Perhaps this is where my hair appointment went wrong.Due to poor lighting in her room, I was not able to see the full final product of my service. I checked out at the front counter provided her with a $20 tip and left.However, once in my car and in natural light I was able to see that my face framing highlights were not blond. They were brassy at the root and then a shade of light pink.I called the salon on Monday and spoke to a gentleman who gave my number to Mariela. She then texted me back the same day. I sent her photos of my hair. I shared that I was satisfied with the cut and highlights with the exception of the face framing highlights and asked for her to re-do the front face framing highlights. She offered me an appointment at 10am the following day, which would not work with my schedule. I replied immediately and gave her my availability. She did not respond. I sent her another message in the afternoon. She did not respond. I sent her a third follow-up message hoping to hear back from her with availability and she did not respond.I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and basic knowledge of customer service at this salon. I would recommend that future customers save their hair and go elsewhere.

Found this establishment on Groupon, the ladies where very nice, Vyvyan was amazing with communicating with me. I felt very comfortable, she answered all of my questions. I was very well taken care of. I used the laser lipo which helps me. Can’t wait to try the other service’s that are provided.

Its my favorite spa! The owner is very nice and she personally makes sure that you are well taken care of, and her assistants are awesome. Good prices. Great place to relax.

Ive been a client for 6 months already and Ive had nothing but an excellent experience with this office . I am treated like a friend, not just a file. She remembers things about you and chat with you while waiting to be seen in the waiting room or while getting your treatment done. She is concerned about you as a person: emotionally, mentally and physically. If you need to get in quickly, she does whatever she can to get you seen immediately. If you come to her with questions that you cant figure out, she will use all of her knowledge and resources to find a solution. This is a nice place that you should be going to if you want to look great and thorough beauty and healthy matter.

I had the best experience with the foot detox treatment. I went back for the fat freezing treatment and I did lose half an inch of fat in 3 weeks. She had great customer service too. Will be back for a different procedure.
