Great work...relaxing atmosphere

I absolutely loved this place. I came in for threading for my eyebrows and left with pedicure, nails, eyebrows done. I wad so surprised when I saw the numerous colors they had on there. They probably have the best quality nail polish selection. This definitely is a hidden gem. Definitely will be visiting again. The service was wonderful the owner was the one that took care of me that day. She stayed open late just fir me so I could try her different services. She even went as far fastening my seat belt so I wouldnt mess my nails up!

I enjoyed my experiences with Michelle. My facial was amazing, and she microbladed my eyebrows ... They are perfect. She listen to everything I requested and was able to provide the exact look I was going for. Since I started going to the Comfort Zone, I really dont need the big posh salons with the big posh prices. I will stick with Michelle.

I have been going to Michelle for probably over 10 years. This week she did my eyebrow microblading 6 week touch up and my eyebrows look amazing. She’s been asking me to do it for years as I have one bushy eyebrow and one very thin. I was always reluctant since I don’t wear makeup. Then one day I was in for my eyebrow threading and she had another client there and I couldn’t believe how natural hers looked. So I booked an appointment and now I’m sorry I didn’t do it years ago. Michelle has a life long customer with me.

I was extremely happy how Michelle did my eyebrows. She understood what I needed, shaped them and didnt make them extremely thin like some other places. I would definitely recommend Comfort Zone😊

I had my microblading done with Michelle. She was awesome and I love how good my eyebrows came out. I was a little leary at first due to the location but once i was inside it looks like a normal salon. Michelle was very warm and inviting gave us alots of background on herself which made me very comfortable with her doing the procedure. I will come back to her each time I need a touch up.

First impression is one of the most important thing for a business to establish and secure a reoccurring relationship with a potential customer. Here were some of my observations:When I first entered the establishment there wasnt anyone at the front desk to greet me. I stood in silence for 2 minutes until I said hello and a young lady approached me then on after. The young lady gave me a form to fill out; which by the way, had several misspellings and did not have any kind of questions about my skin type or medical/allergies information I should inform prior to my services.The spa smelled musty and everything looked very dingy . I was escorted by the young lady to the waxing room with instructions of stripping down to the waste and laying on the chair with a tiny towel. When she left I was mortified with the condition of the waxing room. They did not provide me any wipes to clean the bikini area or they did not provide me with a disposable underwear. The room had a shower in it which was blocked by a chair that contain numerous clothes/towels on there.The place was very unsanitary, I just wanted to run but I needed to get the waxing done because it was last minute thing. The chair was dirty and the tiny towel that they provided me was filthy too. I had to dust it out a couple of times before I felt it was okay to use. The towel barely provided any sort of modesty, any OBGYN office would have provided more modesty with their paper garments. The lady who did my waxing was very nice but I guess being opened for so long people tend to cut corners and she definitely cut corners with me. She proceeded to tell me that she was going to spray me with lidocaine spray without even asking me if I had any allergies with this medication (which by the way lidocaine is only prescribed by doctors ONLY not by cosmetic techs). Then she insisted on conversing while she waxed me... REALLY?? I couldnt even finish a sentence without yelping or jumping. She was very hasty with my waxing causing a lot of amateur errors... example: not applying enough pressure, reapplying wax in the same area more than twice, dipping the stick too deep in the wax causing my skin to burn. She was done in twenty minutes and kept on giving me prices.. I am still hurting and bleeding from it AND I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!! Hey I know in Brandon its hard to find a decent place to get a Brazilian wax.. so if you compromise quality for price this is what you get. BE WARNED! Enter at your own risk.....
