From the entrance to exit I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr Cuva explained everything that was going on with my eyes. The selection of glasses and explanation of what my insurance paid and what I paid. It was so easy and fast. Thank you so much for the great and friendly personnel.

My family and I are thrilled with Dr. Jessica Pierce and all the staff at Pearle Vision in Brandon. Dr. Pierce is very friendly and a delight. Her enthusiasm and personality helped make our son, Oliver, feel comfortable. Annual exam went very well. Dr. Kirkland is a true caring professional and I will not go to any other optometrist as long as she is around.The Pearl office staff need some work on their customer service skills. When I walked in they handed me a clip board and told me to fill it out. It contained PII and they did not explain why they needed the information since I have been going there for more than 10 years, so I ask them what it was for and they explained that the Doctors request it every 2 years. Since I go every year they should already have the info and only need to ask if anything in my PII has changed.The music in the store is too loud and not very good.

This is by far the best Pearle Vision Center I have visited. Kudos to Sarah and her awesome staff where customer service is top of the line. They treat everyone with the upmost respect and take care of your eyes not your pocket. I would recommend then over and over again, since I am a repeat customer.

I absolutely love Dr Pierce! He’s has an amazing sense of humor. He has a great attitude always and can see the positive side of any and everything! Today I was a bit under the weather but soon after he had me cracking up. I appreciate him and the staff so much.

Dr. Jessica Pierce was amazing! She did amazing with my 7 year old! She spoke to him during the exam to get his answers and really listened to him which was great! It was great having a doctor who is thorough and kind for the whole family! Our family has found an eye doctor having moved from Orlando! Also she follows the CDC and still wears a mask which also was great!

Dr. R.Pierce is amazing as always. Very mindful to hear our concerns and takes time to answer all our questions. We also love his staff and especially we LOVED Emily. Took my 6 year old to be checked. I mean shes 6. Not easy. But the office was kind and patient, and Dr. Cuva was the best at finding her needs and making her feel comfortable. The staff during the pick your glasses was amazing, especially Andrea V. I recommend this place!

Dr Kirkland is exceptional! I wear Mono Vision contacts and I know that it isnt easy to make me happy. The balance and the vision have to be aligned and she pays attention to the details. I just went to my insurance-required provider in February of this year and simply couldnt take it anymore. So I dont care what it costs, I am dropping the insurance and going to Dr Kirkland. I have been seeing her for about 20 years. There is no one I trust more with my eyes!

Dr Pierce was lovely! I’ve been a patient of her dad’s for years, and Dr Jessica was truly a professional, just like her dad. It’s great to see both generations working side by side. It’s nice to know that still exists and I am proud to support them.

Dr Kirkland is phenomenal and thorough and her staff are friendly & helpful. The only downside, which may be only related to insurance plans, is that she is expensive. Regardless of that, she is the absolute best optometrist Ive ever had and will continue using her office for all our eye care needs.

Was surprised at the efficiency of the staff from start to finish. Had my prescription in about 20 minutes. Picking out glasses is my least favorite thing, but the optician offered assistance right away. Every option was explained and expedited. Will definitely come back here.

Had urgent eye situation. Had no idea it was mostly from chronic dry eyes and allergy related. They fit me in. Was kind even though they were packed. Got prescription for antibiotic/steroid drops. New OTC allergy drops and dry eye drops. After 4th time using them. Amazing, my sinus issues and eye issues subsided. Thank you. Was miserable. Now Im feeling awesome.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Pierce Is great Dr and explained things well. The only disappointing thing is that Dr Kirkland does not accept Medicare or my supplement insurance.Lucky Dr. pierce had an opening today and he is smart enough to accept what I worked 50 years to obtain. There are many people my age who need good eye care and are forced To go to sub par eye Dr.s and clinics.
