Dr. Taylor and her staff are wonderful! I highly recommend them! If you looking for a professional, friendly and outgoing place for your eye care needs, this is the place.

Putting a review up here again don’t waste your time Ann Taylor is a joke she can’t even get a baseline curve on glasses correct and if you complain about it they talk about putting a reflect on the lenses after they have been made that will cost you $80 save your money save your insurance paperwork save your time. Would give a lower review than this but can’t do it

Dr. Beatty is my favorite eye doctor of all time! He is so thorough and takes his time with my exam and is so good at explaining in detail the results. The girls on staff are so courteous, knowledgeable and helpful and are always smiling! They get my contacts and glasses in quickly and call me immediately. I have never had one person here be anything other than professional and courteous! Cant wait until my annual follow-up in May, 2020! :)

I have enjoyed Dr. Taylor and her staff for several years now. They were measured on how well they treated my daughter at the time and she has enjoyed her visits every year. Great team! They dont always have the styles Im looking for, so I order the contacts through them, but get the glasses online.

We just recently started going here and so far everyone is very welcoming and nice. They have a lot of patience with children!!! 💙 thank y’all so much for great service.

My daughter and I have been going here for about 4 years and I have always been happy with my service. The exams are thorough and our glasses have always been ready very quickly. I have always been treated kindly and have no complaints.

I love Dr. Beatty. The lady who I dealt with first in the front was also amazing. However, the last young lady that I dealt with was horrible. She did not greet me at all when I came up to the desk. She simply asked me if my eyes were dilated and looked my information up to tell me how much I owed. Once I paid, she sat the receipt and the pen on the counter. This is a pet peeve of mine. However, I chose to try to overlook it and simply returned the pen and the receipt the same way that it was given to me. When she handed me my receipt she did not say thank you or anything as I walked out the door. I wouldnt have wrote this review if this was the first time that Id received horrible customer service at this place. Last year my visit was worse b/c none of the front office staff had any manners. Luckily, the first lady was awesome today. I dont know if the racist claims are true, but I definitely cant say theyre false for most of the staff! Needless to say, I wont be returning or purchasing anything else through them.

Secretaries are causing this business to lose customers. Staff is very rude and disrespectful, dont waste your time or money here. Not a good selection of frames either.

I have waited almost an hour for someone to get to me. The staff didnt seem warm or welcoming. This makes me not want to use the eye dr office and its ridiculous that they can be nice over the phone. They cant be nice in person. And the wait time is to long, and when you were here before someone else then, its like they skip right over you. Im tempted to get up and just walk out.

I have been bringing my son here for a year and a half. They were very caring and patient with him as he learned to use contacts recently. Good people.

I wear multi focal contacts and the doctor I went to the first time took 3 months to get it right, Dr. Taylor hit the mark the first time! All the staff was very helpful as well.

Rated 2 stars, Did not feel comfortable... was not warm and friendly to Me!?? Maybe it was what I looked like, BF, Just saying. It took a week to get my glasses which I called and asked about but a few hours later got a call saying they were ready. Pick them up and they were totally messed up... took them back and they tried to adjust them and I told them I still wasnt able to see good in them and they kept talking to me like I was ignorant. I felt they didnt want me there any way. After this visit .... Im done!!! Want recommend B-people to go there.

I have been going here for two years and I have never witnessed any of the staff there being cold , unwelcoming, nor RACIST towards ANYONE!!!! I have always arrived a few mins early for my assigned appt time, and was called back pretty quickly. If you do not like going there, then do not go, but dont post false accusations just because you have your feelings on your shoulder or you yourself are RACIST and just looking for something negative to say......

Worst service ever!!!! Long story short my co-worker and I have the EXACT same insurance. They took hers 3 weeks ago and refused my today. I saw the review about them possibly being racist and unfortunately I have to agree. Yes she is Caucasian and lets just say that Im not.

Worst eye dr ever office staff is rude and rips clients off at least has my family and other families! She refuses to speak to patients about anything after exam! Office staff is rude and very disrespectful dont waste your time or money! Obviously I didnt learn my lesson the first time update! We went to them last week and still waiting on my glasses and daughters! The lady at front that checks unout is still rude as last year! No one wanted to help us pick out 4 frames we bought there! The place is a joke still the rudest place in Brandon Ive been to. I will drive all the way to Ridgeland to a provider of our insurance next time! Dont waste ur money!

I was really disappointed in this office. I took my child here to get glasses because they took his insurance. They did not help him pick his glasses,they did not fit them to hos face and they did not mesure his pd (pupillary distance). Then a month later when he broke his frame the office did replace it (because it was under warranty). However, when they went to change the lenses they stripped one of the scrues and forced the lenses in. The lense is not in the frame right and its buckeling under the pressure. I felt like my childs vision was not a priority and did not matter to them. I will not be going back.
