I had two bad experiences with my previous dentist and THANK GOD I found SmileWright! I was greeted very politely and cheerfully when I walked in (by Dawn and Christine) and given detailed information about the required in-take paperwork, fees, etc. The waiting room is a very lovely and comfortable environment. My wait time was less than 10 minutes and I was attended to by Vashad (the hygenist) who was very kind, friendly, gentle, professional, and informative. He was very transparent about their services and making sure I was comfortable and well attended. I loved the big windows in the rooms and the painted ceilings. I did not have to wait at all to be seen by the dentist who was also exceptionally kind and professional. The staff has great energy! I would recommend SmileWright in a heartbeat and I hope to be able to keep going there for all my dental needs for as long as possible! They feel like my new family dentist office. Gentle, thank God! I was given the prior medication I needed for pain relief during my procedure and the Hygienist waited long enough for the medication to take effect before she started working on me. I have future appointments to go back for more work and Ill be the first to admit I am not an easy dental patient.

She makes the office run like a well-oiled machine and she knows all the ins and outs of your insurance policy before you even walk in the door for your appointment. She is welcoming and she honestly was the reason I switched dentists, usually office managers are pushy and rude and try to get you to open a care credit card but dawn actually cares about each patient that walks in.I had Bishal as my hygienist and he did AWESOME. My last experience with a hygienist was less than adequate but Bishal really got in there and made my teeth squeaky clean. If you have a hygiene appointment, make sure it’s with him. You won’t be disappointed. He takes his time and is very thorough.Dr. Grieb is frankly the best dentist I’ve had. Every filling I’ve gotten at a different office has made my teeth sensitive and most the dental work I’ve done with her was having her redo my old fillings because they were causing me discomfort. She catches things other dentists miss and the material she uses doesn’t make the teeth sensitive. I’m so impressed with how great of a dentist she is. She looks young but she has over 10 years of experience and she is kind and humble.Overall my experience as smilewright just gets better with each visit. Dawn is a joy to see walking through the door. Bishal made my teeth brand new. And Dr Grieb is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had.

Chipped tooth on Saturday and googled dentists near me. I found Smilewright, Dr. Tori Grieb. Read the reviews. I recognized a few patients and liked what I read. I emailed their site for an appointment and someone called me on Monday. I made an appointment for the next week but was put on a waitlist. The next day they called and I was seen. The office is very clean and relaxing with windows looking out into nature. Tina and Dr. Grieb were very gentle and made me feel comfortable. I needed a crown and they were able to start right away. Dr. Grieb and Tina worked well together as a team and made me feel comfortable. They explained every step of the procedure. I would definitely recommend this dentist practice to anyone.

I have been a client for many years. I consider their professional and highly competent staff as family. I look forward to my visits to socialize while being administered to in a compassionate manner. I am highly comfortable placing my trust in them for any procedure to be performed on me. The clerical staff is second to none in their interactions with me. It should be noted that I drive 50 miles one wayto utilize their services when I have many dentists within two miles of my home. I have been going to this dentist for years and I have never had a bad experience. Ladies at the front desk are always super nice, the hygienists and doctor know what they are doing and I always know whats going. Their new covid precautions made me feel 100% safe.

The place is super clean and nice. They have floor to ceiling glass windows in the rooms where they take you to get serviced. The outside scenery is so nice and calming. Dr. Tori is quick, nice and so knowledgeable. I felt very safe in her care. The staff help ease any anxiety because they are so friendly and inviting. I panicked because my original oral surgeon wasn’t able to perform my extraction and thank goodness I found Smile Wright at the last minute and they were so accommodating! It’s a good thing to because she serviced me at a fraction of the price! My other oral surgeon didn’t provide me with any options and made me feel as though I HAD to get sedated. Whereas Dr. Tori allowed me the freedom to chose by explaining ALL my options.

Great dentist but front desk staff rude and not knowledgeable about billing procedures. Be careful! My daughter received braces...and the clerk that billed the insurance company made errors. Instead of billing for full amount she billed for partial. Insurance paid what she billed and closed the claim. She then came to me and expected me to pick up the amount she was negligent on... saying that the insurance company was a scam and that accounting doesnt allow for billing of services not rendered. As an accountant I know this to be be untrue. It is classed as deferred revenue and realized when the service is performed. The amount in question was 187.00. She has now turned this over to a bill collector and is attempting to ruin my credit. My insurance company has told me not to.pay this portion because it is not my responsibility. I suggest to the dentist you train your staff to be more polite and have a better understanding of how claims are to be billed before expecting the patient to be given the liability of her negligence. I wont be returning..very unhappy.

Excellent friendly staff. I had a root canal and crown today and I never felt a second of pain- even the numbing injection was painless, when usually that is the worst part. The doctor informed me of every step and ensured I was comfortable. Dental work is expensive- the office staff gave me options and did not pressure me. I have left several practices due to rude and condescending staff- not the case here- every staff member is exceptional.

They got me in as soon as they could. I needed an extraction I was in pain they did it the same day with no discomfort. I will be going back there. Thank you ladies so much. The woman at the front desk was also such a doll so welcoming.

Today my 8 year old daughter came to the office and naturally she was apprehensive but she had thee best experience I think any kid could have at the dentist office! Always pleasant, my entire immediate family from my husband and I to our children (19 and 8 yrs old) have only experienced top notch care, amazing follow-up and friendly staff. Highly recommend. The location/setting is also much better than your basic strip mall or stark, stuffy office setting. There are also big picture windows in front of every chair for a nice serene view.

My teeth are a total wreck after 81 yrs of neglect. Dr. Grieb has been extremely patient and creative to save me enough to get thru whatever time I have left without charging me enuff to buy a new Mercedes. I really appreciate her and her staff.

Always a great experience here for both the exams and maintenance. My hygienist is superb, and the dentists are always caring and patient with hearing my history and answering questions. I was devastated when I had to stop going here for a couple years due to insurance, but immediately got back on board when we allowed them again. My highest compliments!
