Poor customer service. Called the office to speak with office manager, receptionist stated she was in charge and that no one was over her but the Dentist. Receptionist hung up on me during conversation and was not willing to understand the conflict that was happening. Im not sure that the Dentist knows that he is losing patients due to the customer service being provided.

Been going to Dr. Edgars office for about 8 months now, their office staff has always been really great, and the staff in the back are super fun and hilarious! Their office is quick pace, in and out, which I love!

The front desk clerk at this clinic is so rude. They speak to patients like they are above them because so many are using medicaid. To move him you would have to have his braces removed and started all over and no parent wants to put their child through that. She questions patients with the third degree like she is the owner and she only works there at the desk. Dr.Edgar is so sweet but he needs to retrain some of his staff on manners and why they have a job because of us! (UPDATE) 04/22/21if you have medicaid you do not have to put up with these people! Call your insurer and find a dental clinic in network with your baby insurance! I did and Im so thankful!! They need YOUR MONEY AND INSURANCE to stay employed!

I love this place. They are very helpful and talk you through the process. They help you if you are struggling. If you have a question dont be afraid to ask. They are very funny and know how to lighten the mood.

I started taking my son to Dr.Edgar office in 2019. The orthodontist office was very clean. Dr. Edgar William is a very nice and understanding orthodontist. Dr. Edgar Williams explains thorough information about what is going on with your child teeth. It is fully staffed you dont wait a long time for your child visit. I encountered a rude and not professional-like attitude with the Orthodontist manager. An older white woman that has an attitude problem. She doesnt have patient communication skills. She talked to me any kind of way with her attitude, I didnt feel welcome at all when it came to talking with her it was almost like she was racist. I dont feel a person should treat people like this. Professional health care workers attend school on how to work in a health care environment and this include dealing with communicating with your patients or with a patients parents. I am going to find out how to report the orthodontist manager because she needs to be fired.

This place the entire time we have been there has been RUDE!!!! The staff at front desk is awful and if u get Medicaid they treat you like a charity case and talk to you as if you are nothing. My 18 year had been there since he was 16-17 and soon as his Medicaid turned off they stop trying to schedule him. I told them I could pay it didn’t matter, they would come up with different reason why Medicaid is not paying.... I’m like omg duhhhh... so they was saying he has to transfer dentist but no one will want to mess with someone else work... I just politely told them take them off... I have had enough. I hate this place with a passion. I wouldn’t even take my enemy there. That staff will make you say some things that you didn’t know you could say‼️

The receptionist is extremely rude. After telling her the reason for missed apointment, she question me about me being at work and how they paid employees to be at work and why did I confirm the appointment. She was unprofessional, rude and childish. I asked to speak with boss , then she hangs the phone up on me. The dentist need to get rid of the receptionist... BAD Business

The staff is very rude. If you are a Medicaid patient please do not go there. They feel its ok to talk to Medicaid recipients like sh!t with no remorse.

Dr. Edgar and his assistant are very rude and does not work well with special needs children. I do not recommend his services to anyone.

My child has been going here for almost 2 years and unfortunately they always have rude employees. They will not let you in the room with your child during dental work. The only good thing coming out of here is Dr Edgar himself

We have been going here for almost a year. I have had no problems with any of the staff. My daughter loves coming here. Chairs in the waiting room sucks.

Dr. Edgar is a wonderful man. But he needs to get rid of his RUDE receptionist if he wants to stay in business!!!!
