We have loved our experience with Dr. Simpson and his staff! Tina & Ashton are wonderful assistants and Jill is the best receptionist! They are all personable and make you feel at home in their office! We couldn’t ask for better!

Simpson Orthodontics is clean, organized, and well kept place. The staff is polite, nice, kind , and friendly. The best place I recommend anyone who needs braces, they are number one. From the time I start going there, it has been nothing but a pleasant time with them . Anytime I needed to call them or I had a emergency, they was quick to handle it. I love Dr. Simpson seems his entire team. You can tell that they enjoy what they do. My boys love the video game waiting area the most.

My experience was with multiple staff members and each time was an exceptional encounter. Not only was Dr. Simpsons staff amazing, he was amazingly awesome also. I enjoyed the different themes at different times. Never a dull moment. TVs, games, coffee, and when the braces come off, look for an amazing experience, surprise, along with your beautiful smile! Families of Holmes County your orthodontist Dr. Simpson, the best, is also in Koscuisko, Ms on certain days.

The staff at Simpson Orthodontist were great. The also made our visitation convenient. My son and I have no complaints. They also sing a song to you at the end of your visit to make your day even greater .

(He told my son the importance of wearing his bands and my son would quote him whenever he was looking for his bands after a meal..) Thank y’all so much and we’re grateful that his teeth are perfect but we’ll sure miss seeing y’all.

Dr. Simpson is the best! First of all, hes brilliant and very gifted at his profession. Second, his staff is second to none. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. My childs teeth are perfect. We were patients of Dr. Simpsons for three and a half years and have nothing but positive things to say about him!

Dr. Simpson and his staff are awesome! They truly believe in ensuring customers or clients are taking care of in the most caring and professional manner. I actually drove from New Orleans to their clinic each visit and they always made sure to try and accommodate my schedule each time. I would highly recommend using their service over anyone else within the local area!

Both of my girls had a great experience at Simpson Orthodontics. We are so proud of the results. They both had their braces for the amount of time indicated by Dr. Simpson when they put them on. Every appointment was quick & on time. Wait time was minimal.

The staff here is indeed kind and courteous but Dr. Simpson is extremely rude and arrogant. I was recommended permanent retainers and told that it would keep my teeth from shifting. One year later, there is a gap on the side of my teeth and his response is “we can’t always predict that”. I made him know that from medical school I understood that the human body can be unpredictable but it’s GOOD PRACTICE to let your patients know of such possibilities UPFRONT. His response “good luck practicing with that mentality when you get out of medical school.” I was shocked. How disappointing! He maintained I would need to pay for removable retainers to push my teeth back then they would re-glue my permanents back on (which clearly didn’t work the first time). Makes absolutely no sense that your permanent retainers didn’t work and now I have to pay to fix that issue. His response is “i am donating my services to you” lol first of all, ITS YOUR JOB, and this same PAID FOR service did not stop my teeth from shifting the first time as I was told at install. Can’t trust it. Just know if any service you receive from him goes bad down the line, it’s your fault from his standpoint! What a clown way to practice any type of healthcare. I will echo this review anywhere I can! What a Shame. Choose your doctors wisely!!!!!

An excellent orthodontist. Very nice staff. The entire office is run impeccably. You almost never have to wait more than 5 mins for your appointment.
