Thorough dental care and the most gentle hygienists Ive ever had. Family owned and very reasonable rates.

The Dentist and her staff are great and have always been that way. The Dentists, father (I think), who seems to run the office, is the rudest most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. He has a tendency of belittling and disrespecting females. I had a simple question to the office staff while I was waiting for the dentist, to see if I had the option to return my new retainer as I didn’t like it and I honestly didn’t have much time to wait for it to be fixed. So I wanted to be advised of what my options were. My perspective is that anything is returnable - from custom jewelry, to opened makeup at Sephora, to even opened food at Trader Joe’s - anything can be returned. So I didn’t think it would be a big deal to ask if I was able to return my new retainer. The office manager made it an entirely big deal, screamed at me that I was “about to get him mad” and threatening me to not get him “mad” and interrogating me on if I even had an appointment (which I did) - all because I asked a simple question. A literal screaming battle between a 60 year old man and a 25 year old female - to the point where the dentist had to come out and calm her father down. I believe as though this would not have happened If I were a man. I 100% believe the office manager is sexist and self unaware and has a lack of emotional intelligence. I feel as though the office manager has talked to multiple young females that way, with out being responded to with the same energy, and that was a trigger for him to be talked to in the same way. An office manager should not be speaking to a patient as if a father speaks to a daughter he just caught sneaking out... his lack of respect and self awareness is completely unprofessional and makes all the wonderful staff look bad... and unprofessional. This used to be the best Dentist I’ve ever been to. I felt safe and comfortable, but how am I supposed to be comfortable when the manager of the staff is so angry and on edge. This was one bad experience so I wouldn’t say to not be a patient here. The dentist and staff are truly the best and really take care of their patients. But the office manager father, kind of clashes with that and ruins the experience as a whole - to the point of me not wanting to recommend anyone here.

Ive been coming here since 2013 and Ive been very satisfied with the staff. They have all of the amenities of a top-notch clinic (a TV to watch, while you get dental work done, etc). Everyones been very pleasant and helpful and the billing department does a great job of making sure you understand what youre being billed. Id recommend anyone new to the area to give them a try.

Wonderful dentist and staff! Everyone is very friendly, the office is clean & comfortable, and Dr. Vicente is excellent at what she does. I’d highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

Dr. Vicente is, hands down, the BEST dentist I have ever had. She is kind and talented and her staff is extremely accommodating and patient.I have been going to the practice for several years now, and 8-10 other friends and family go there also.About a year ago, I convinced my husband to try them as well (he hates the dentist in general) but he was so impressed!! He loves the hygenist, Amber, she has been so patient and gentle in dealing with his dental issues.He has had several emergencies and they have been so helpful in laying out a good plan to restore his teeth and smile.If you are looking for a great dentist for yourself or your family, I cant convey enough how highly we recommend them.

The best dental practice I have ever been to in my life. I wish I still lived close by because nothing in my new city comes close. Highly recommended! No paranormal activity as well, bonus!

I really love my experience here! Every staff member is a delight to interact with and truly makes you feel like you matter to them. Dr Vincente is super supportive and really great at what she does. She really knows her patients, their needs, and how to fulfill them in a way that supports what they have going on personally. Everyone here puts a smile on my face and thanks to their expertise that smile is looking better and better and healthier and healthier. Thank you all!

The people are very nice and friendly. Didnt take long to get in and out. Had a nice view of the pond. Didnt have any issues and I will definitely return. :D

These guys are great! They are flexible with scheduling. The hygienists and the dentist are easy going and professional. They even take care of your insurance stuff so by the time your visit is done, you know what youll owe and what youd owe for any suggested work. It doesnt get any easier.

The doctor and nurse were great!! The entire experience was destroyed when I had to deal with billing matter. I had connected them with insurance to ensure that there is no confusion before my visit. But still there was confusion. I hope they fix these issues and let me know else I am not visiting again.

Excellent Dentist and Practice. Staff is very friendly, and informative. I have been 3 times now, and no complaints at all. Every question is answered, and the Dentist explains every detail and makes you feel comfortable.

Amazing!!!!! going in I was completely terrified I had explained to the staff that I had a prior visit from another dentist that was horrible I left that office in tears. Dr. Vicentes and her staff assured me my visit would be completely different. She was so patient and understanding she took her time and explained everything that she was doing and about to do. I was printed out a form that had everything I needed to know that needed to be done and was assured that it wasnt in any hurry to be done. They really care about their patients, not just their wallets. She will be the only dentist that I will see and same goes for my family. Thank you so much Dr. Vicente and Staff

I seriously love this dentist and this practice. Everyone is always so kind, gentle, caring, and friendly. Beyond that, theres the benefit of reasonable prices and feeling very comfortable that Im not being taken advantage of. When I lived in St. Pete, I saw a wonderful dentist and was so upset when I needed to find someone new in Brandon/Riverview a few years ago. Vincente Family Dentistry made the transition super easy and I could not be happier.

Place is a scam, i went about 6 months ago for a cleaning and they informed me I had seven cavities and that they would cost $75 to fill each of them and that they could only do a few and i would in turn have to pay a co-pay each time. I recently moved and went to new dentist in Clearwater and they took all new x-rays and bite impressions and informed me i have zero cavities. I told my parents the good news that i had no cavities and that the other place Vincente Family Dentistry must of been scamming me. They informed me that when they went (mother and father) they too were told they had about 6-7 cavities that needed filled. DONT GO HERE OR YOU WILL HAVE CAVITIES THAT ARENT REAL!!! $$$$$$$

Very professional office! Dr. Jennifer Vicente is a very intelligent, skilled and compassionate dentist. Great chemistry was exhibited between her assistant Lesley. Lesley is awesome! The hygenist Amber furthers my appreciation for the practice! The front office, consisting of Iris, John and Axias(spelling is probably butchered), is very knowledeable and warm-hearted. The overall family-oriented atmosphere made what would be a normally anxiety filled dental experience enjoyable!!!😃
