I cannot believe how efficient and fast Dr. Conta was with doing my filling last week. I was in and out of the office in 23 minutes. I was able to make it to an important meeting that wanted to be at. Thank you to all of the staff at Dental Excellence. My son now goes to your office and was satisfied with his visit also.

This dental office has very friendly and professional staff. I was pleasantly welcomed from the time I walked in until I walked out. They took time to explain and present everything to me in their findings and made sure I was comfortable with it.

Great dental office. Great people. Went in for a teeth cleaning and was very happy with results. Gaby was really cool and took her time cleaning my teeth so that I wouldn’t feel any discomfort. I arrived at 12:54 for my appointment at 1. I didn’t have to wait very long to get seated. And I was on my way by 1:30. When I got home my wife mentioned how white my teeth looked. I definitely recommend this office. They are very professional and knowledgeable and give great advice on how to maintain a great smile. They don’t take our Humana HMO, but they have very affordable pricing.

I would give more stars if it was an option. This office makes me feel safe, considering we are in a pandemic.Dr Conte created these aerosol boxes and it was different at first, but made me feel safe. The staff is so friendly and even offered me a blanket!!! They went above and beyond to ensure my safety and provided the best customer service I’ve ever received from a medical office ever.They even have a relaxation room that has a massage chair to keep patients from being too close to each other.I cannot thank them again for treating me like a family member versus a patient.

Had been having some issues with my teeth and scheduled an exam with Dr. Conte, and ended up getting there and they were able to go ahead and clean my teeth as well. My normal hygienist was out on maternity leave and so Dawn worked on my teeth. She did the MOST thorough, fantastic cleaning I’ve ever had. My teeth are still looking flawless several days later. I definitely hope they make her part of the staff full-time!

Amazing dental practice. Friendly staff. Have been coming here for years and they always take great care of me and my family. Late hours available for those that work. They also have a great in-house plan for basic care if you are uninsured. Best dental team. Highly recommend!

In the past I was always nervous to go to the dentist, but everyone is so nice that eventually I have become totally relaxed when I go. This is the appointment to go to where I “rest”.

Ive gone to another dental Place for while and it was my husband who introduced me to this Dental Excellence, and the very 1st time that I went with him to his appointment I knew right away that this place was home for my teeth care. The doctor and entire Staff are like family. When you walk in its so warm and so inviting and they make you feel so relaxed and so important. The dentist is also very friendly, gentle and kind , very patient and listens to what you have to say. I was never felt like I was being rushed or hurried or for that fact just another $$. Great first visit, all the staff were very friendly and caring! I especially loved my dental assistant she was very understanding and made sure to take extra care with me because that I have a tiny mouth so I cant open my mouth very far without my jaw hurting but she made sure to check on me and make sure Im comfortable every step of the way. The hygienist was very nice and gentle as well. Im glad Ive finally found a dentist office that I am not anxious and nervous to go to!

Scheduled a cleaning and they started to do all these X-rays. They did not advise me this had to be done prior to my visit I asked the hygienist what she was doing. They then called and my insurance did not cover it, and the front desk said that it’s my responsibility but the least they could done is advised ahead of time me so I could check. Finding new dentist office.

I am not a fan of dentist but Dental Excellence of Brandon is amazing. They got me in to get a crown a few weeks ago and stupid me bit into somthing that moved the crown. I called and they got me in immediately to fix the issue. Dr Conte and the staff are gentle and made me rethink about my previous dental issues. If only I started here I never would have had any concerns.

I’ve been going to Dr Conte for a little over a year now. I was recommended by my brother. Dr Conte and his team are by far the best! Proficient in his practices and offers the upmost care. He diligently works with you and comes up with a dental plan that will specifically fit your needs in a timely manner. The communication is easy. You can call or text. They keep you updated with your appointments. Everyone is so friendly and they remember you by name ! It feels so at home. They even have a relax room with a massage chair for people who may have anxiety before seeing Dr. Conte. They have tea and coffee at your request. I absolutely love it here. For me to say that, is a pretty big deal. As I am very picky when it comes to my health and hygiene. I can guarantee you’ll be just as happy with Dr Conte and his staff as I am.

I dont recommend this office. I got 2 fillings here several months ago and the dentist seemed to really rush through the procedure. As a result, Ive had pain and sensitivity in 2 teeth for close to 8 months now. Its horrible. He agreed it could be an issue and tried to fix it at my last cleaning but it is still a problem. How ridiculous. Ive had a few fillings in my life and Ive NEVER had a problem like this. I called to cancel myself as a patient and wasnt even offered an apology. They were happy to delete me. Ok thanks a lot! Im in the market for a new dentist who actually does his job correctly the first time.

I always love coming to Dr. Contes office for my dental health. The office staff is always welcoming and very knowledgeable at their jobs. The atmosphere is very family like, so going to the dentist is not a dreaded thing every 6 months. They may give you a little bit of good harassment on flossing , but what dentists doesnt! Lol.. I highly recommend this office! There are people who come to the office that live over an hour away. That my friend speaks volume!
