Wow! I just realized that writing this review that I’ve been going to this dental office for a very, very long time. As a hint my birth stone is lava. And the reason for this loyalty is that my experience here has never been anything less than exceptional. From the moment I arrive these folks make me feel that I’m not just another patient but that I’m special. So if your intention is to become a geriatric like me then come and see these folks so your teeth can enjoy the journey with you.

I had my routine cleaning the other day. As I enter the waiting room, I am greeted by a smiling person behind the counter. As soon as I sat down, Heather the hygienist came to get me. Everything was very clean and the environment was calming. The cleaning was gentle and thorough. Dr. Williams came in for a check at the end and was very nice and gentle as well. I highly recommend this dentist office.

We are from across the country and unexpectedly ended up here, all while my daughter is undergoing Invisalign treatment. Dr. Williams’ office coordinated with our dentist back home to perform scans for them so my kiddo’s treatment could continue uninterrupted. Everyone in the office was kind, professional, and made sure we had what we needed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Williams & his staff are hands down the best dental office in the area. When you walk into the office you are welcomed by the sweetest office staff. It’s very clean and short wait times. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist because Dr. Williams has always made them feel safe and welcome. The hygienists are always sweet and interact on a personal level. I love that they all take the time to talk to each patient and get to know them. We will forever be patients of Dr. Williams! ❤️

This office is few, far, and in between! I’ll tell you why: The location is great, the office is very well maintained inside, the staff is AWESOME!! Ami & Tina are so polite and professional. They always welcome me with the happiest “hello”.I swear I can’t think of 1 time in the past 6 years or more that I’ve come to this office that I had to wait in the lobby for a long time after my appointment, or any issues with this office at all. I love this group, I refer all my family and friends.

After chipping my front teeth, I was so worried about how my smile would be in the future. It turns out that chipping my front teeth was a blessing in disguise! Dr. Williams spent so much time perfecting my smile, I am absolutely ecstatic!!! I constantly receive compliments on what a great smile I have. People don’t believe I have veneers. I had the Dental Hygienist Nanci and she was amazing with getting me all set up for Invisalign. She was so nice and told me everything I need to know. My younger brother had Heather and she is great! She worked with him so well and is hilarious.

The office has an inviting feel when you walk in and ladies at the front desk treat me like theyve known me forever. I have been going to Nanci for my dental cleaning for 10 years. She is the best! I do not like going to the dentist but she is gentle and patient and she actually has me so comfortable with the process I now go every 4 months instead of once a year!

Extremely fast and thorough. I asked about whitening and the hygienist and dentist both talked to me about options, but neither pressured me to buy from them. Nancilee Pelose is HANDS DOWN the ABSOLUTE BEST! I’ve been seeing her ever since I was a little kid and will never go to anyone else (until she retires which she knows she’s not allowed too). She has such a bubbly personality and always cleans my teeth 🦷 to perfection!

My husband and I were long-time clients of Dr Belton and his wonderful staff!! Our only regret was moving out-of-state. Dr Belton was the kindest, most empathetic and compassionate dentist I have ever had in my life. That says a great deal when some of your prior experiences were traumatic. We learned to trust Dr B and his team, and over several months worked through each of his treatment plans until both Chris and I had healthy teeth and beautiful smiles again. Dr. B and his staff are amazing!! Hands down the best Dentist and office i have ever been to. I have had a lot of work done and previous doctors were not up to par with work or cost. A un named previous office told me that i had over 20 k left to do, and every visit was painful to say the least. Due to my wife pushing i went to Dr. B. On my first visit he told me not only did i not need that much but it really wasnt as bad as i had been told. He then gave me a total cost breakdown for 4 different procedures to finish the work that i needed and to my surprise the total cost was lest then what i was paying at the old place for one tooth! I scheduled my first real appt and everything was great i was expecting hours of sitting in the chair with a sore jaw and a lot of pain. Before i knew it Dr. B slapped my sholder and told me i was done. Almost no pain at all. So great. The staff are amazing as well if your only getting a cleaning or a root canal they are there for you and very pleasant. All smiles and very helpful. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Dr. B has helped me to get my teeth back in order and made it a great experience. Thank you to you and your staff Dr. B!

Above Expectations!! Im a new patient to Dr. Beltons office and my first impression was this is the best customer service Ive experienced in years! The level of professionalism and how staff knows their patient names was astounding. I am not a big dentist fan, but with such a warming and caring dentist and office team I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I hated the dentist. I hated the dentist so much I had a panic attack in the chair the first time dr. Belton filled a cavity. After I calmed down, he talked me through the whole thing. 7 minutes later he was done. Ive had several cavities filled by him...no more panic atracks, no more anxiety about going to the dentist. I bring head phones and blast music while hes working. Hes always done in 5 songs or less. He and his staff are all warm and friendly. They are great about staying on time with schedules. I cant say enough about the quality care they provide for their patients. They are all amazing.

Ive looked for a dentist where the staff was kind and compassionate and they didnt treat me like just another appointment in the book. We get the same hygienist every time we go. She remembers our names and personal information to help us feel comfortable. My son is a teen who has had horrible anxiety about going to the dentist for years. He wouldnt even pull out his baby teeth. He also told me he loves this office and that he doesnt even have his hands shaking while hes in the chair. Ive had regular cleaning and even a crown and have always felt like they gave me the family treatment. Were moving to Ocala AND my insurance is changing and the office doesnt take the new plan unfortunately. We decided that were going to continue driving for regular appointments and Ill just pay out of pocket for our family instead of finding a new dentist closer to our new home. My younger son will start going there next year as well as hell be 13 years old and will need to leave his pediatric dentist. My oldest tells him hell like this office better than the pediatric office!!!

The entire staff strives to make me feel welcome and meet my every need. Dr. Belton’s wealth of experience equipped him to provide an affordable plan to bring my husband and I back to dental health. We were in great need, and arrived with our fears. Dr. Belton noted our fears and took every possible step to create a fearless relaxing environment for us. Professional, friendly, efficient

Been a patient for a number of years. Dr Belton is excellent but yesterday, I had the Best cleaning ever.

I scheduled my appt 2 weeks out and was clear about what I needed when I scheduled.The office sent me at least 5 reminders but THE DAY BEFORE my appointment emailed that Id be charged 61.00 unless I got my charts in before 1130am the next day.That was my first irk.Secondly, not so much as an apology about basically dismissing my concerns about what I wanted which was a filling. I called and stated I wanted fillings first before anything which can be done with an individual xray and an ENTIRE full pano set is not needed for that...so yes, the office DEFINITELY plays games with your time.plus Amy told me she called my insurance and was told Id already had them done on 1/18/18...soooo the office knew Is need the xrays up front but waited until the day before my appt to send me an email to get them in before 1130 next day OR ELSE its 61.00.What? Lady, do better. They basically dismissed the fact that my mouth was hurting and scheduled me for a service THEY KNEW I didn’t need. Where is the professionalism? Where are the ethics?The dentist not so much as called or apologized or anything so I canceled andI went over to Westshore Cosemtics in South Tampa...same day..in and out.I rate 0 stars for the poor handling because I took off of work to make time and expressed clearly what I wanted. This dentist sounds like all he was about to do for me is pop in and charge me 60 bux for something that I didn’t need done for another 2 years at least.I also rate 0 stars bc Amy was condescending and rude and made no apologies for not having HER job done and trying to be a pushy sales person rather actually caring.So what, they know your name that is basic and I’m not impressed.What’s important is how you treat me as a consumer and whether can I depend on you to care about me not just how much you can rack up on my insurance.They are complete sharks. If youre looking for an honestdental office KEEP IT MOVING! They try to overtalk you and are very pushy. Its a shame bc I was hoping to gain a great dentist.Amy is rude and because of her poor attitude and poor patient management I elected to pass altogether.My cash is green like everyone elses and if its a problem I wont do business. I am SUPER picky about the way Im treated.
